A reasonable sum of this money stolen will still find its way back to those that provide the most goods and services to the masses in this country. This is how they keep getting rich even when others are crying about hardship. Even banks lend this stashed money out to them for their importation and manufacturing businesses. If you know you know. |
Very commendable. We are just getting started. This is little compared to what is coming. Soon we will be holding our own in other sectors other than commerce. |
He should be arrested as well. |
Minister of Aviation, Minister of finance and Minister of humanitarian affairs should be arrested as well. |
We have not even scratched 1/4 of our potentials. |
VinnyBaba:Well, some can be sha. I am not from Benue but I am a catholic. This one he come dey complain, I pray make the priest succeed make he no go fall our hand for there. |
VinnyBaba:I know what I am saying about the catholic church because I have seen firsthand what they can do in any sector they step into. His complaints surprised me anyways but about the Rev. Father stealing, I wonder what he will use the loot to do. They are mostly not covetous of material things. |
I don't know how the catholic church operates in Benue state but the Catholic church I know have the tendency to bring anything that is in ruins back to life. I expect the Rev. Father come, Governor, to do well in Benue state. |
I saw our commissioner of agriculture sharing coconut and palm seedlings to individuals and I begin to wonder if he is doing the right thing. I feel that the best thing to do is to establish plantation of any of those plants in one of the towns in Anambra state. This will be more productive than handing it out to individuals that has little or no knowledge of how to handle them. I tell you that less than 50% of those plants will survive in the hands of those beneficiaries. What says you? |
Nice project. I hope he is ready to kickstart the project immediately after demolition? If not, he should calm downooo! Some of my Nanka peeps that have shops along that road will be affected. I feel for them but it's for the common good anyways. |
OblorOblor:After paying the high tax, it will then reflect in the price of goods and services nonindigenes offer. That guy doesn't know that action and reaction is equal and opposite. |
Do not be deceived. This is organized protest to justify their course. This is too childish from whoever that is involved. |
These comments here are laughable. It seems as though they are interpreting the statement wrongly. The way I see this, it's for the benefit of all Lagos occupants. I mean if the indigenes are happy, it'll be to the advantage of nonindigenes as well.😎😎 |
Why are they even making this SP of a thing big deal for Igbos? How many Igbo leaders are even lobbying for this position? These people always try to paint every situation to look as if Igbos are losing out and yet we stay calm and unbothered. Whoever gets the SP doesn't add anything to average Igbo man. |
IVM is positioning itself for the future. Good move.👍🏼 |
This people are really funny. Even if it's only SS and SE will go strike, the fed gov. will still find a way to negotiate with them and come to a common ground. The fight is for the benefit of all and not for a particular region. |
This post is shameful. I mean very very shameful. Doesn't speak well of the people from the west.😮😰 |
If one is not careful, nairaland can mess up your mind as well and turn you into something else. More like a tribalist. |
Onitsha and Nnewi are the two cities where the majority of our IGR comes from. One would expect that more priority should be given to these cities to enhance the movement of goods and services in Anambra but none of such. There is no significant infrastructural project going on in Onitsha rather he is busy building roads in rural areas. Touts are still causing troubles here and there in the state while he treats them with kid gloves. Soludo needs to realign his visions because Anambrarians are not happy with him. |
This tori is interesting. You write so well my dear. I miss Ughelli town sha. |
That amount of capital will be insignificant to any entrepreneur. I will suggest that the governor use that money instead to revitalize all the technical colleges within the state and also construct more. This will help curb the rate of unemployed youths that our contemporary colleges and universities churn out year in and year out. My 2 cents. |
If you are yet to improve your earnings capabilities, then I am sorry for you. God help us. |
Abysmal and pathetic. This nigga failed his people big time. |
Welcomed development. All hands must be on deck to move our state forward. I commend Soludo for the improved power supply in the State. I implore him to find a lasting solution to this agbero menace in and around Onitsha. God bless Anambra. |
tsdarkside:He is simply hustling for his on share of the contract given to Tompolo by Buhari administration. The surest way for him is to pick on Igbos. Read between the lines. God willing, we will all be alive to see who will fare better in this incoming administration. |
tsdarkside:You'll make a good comedian bro.🤣🤣🤣 |
tsdarkside:So Asari talking in the nonsense is now wahala to Igbos? Joke🤣🤣 |
Gross ignorance on display. |
This is lovely. To all the Igbos and her well-wishers, may we have the course to always be proud of our root. Kwezuonuooo! ![]() |
mrvitalis:Even my state Anambra can do it also. If all this commercial banks can work with importers in main market confidently, imagine how easily they will be willing to work with manufacturers. |
Imagine how a sane country will borrow money and use it to feed school children and Construct a whole lot of nonprofitable projects. How do you intend to pay back those loans? |
