In PH rain hardly falls if it does, it’s mild so it is with Bayelsa State and most South South states. But what is wrong with the Northern States?

Probably climate change
Also lack of good drainage system in most parts of the Northern states. State urban planning never planned the cities with a long term view, looking at the possibilities of what if the weather pattern changes one day. How will they cope.

In what has been weeks of continuous heavy downpour, residents of Maiduguri woke up this morning to an unfriendly neighbor at their doorsteps. Report has it that Alau Dam located few kilometers from the city had been filled to the brim, hence the flooding in most parts of the City.

Most matches Thiago played last season he was the captain when Azpi wasn’t on the pitch. Besides RJ will be here for a long time. It’s good that he became captain this early. Could be more motivation for him to stay fit

Academy graduate Reece James has been named Chelsea's new captain following Cesar Azpilicueta's summer departure to Atletico Madrid.
WHAT HAPPENED? The defender fulfils a lifelong dream by taking on the armband having joined the Blues aged six. Now 23, James has been picked to replace former club captain Azpilicueta by new head coach Mauricio Pochettino, ahead of veteran centre-back Thiago Silva.

THE BIGGER PICTURE: Silva has captained Chelsea on multiple occasions in the past, but Pochettino has opted for James in a decision made alongside the club. Having been limited to just 24 appearances last season due to injury, the wing-back will hope to put his fitness issues behind him to fulfil the role to the best of his abilities.

WHAT THEY SAID?: Speaking to Chelsea's official website, James said: "I know I've got big shoes to fill because we have had huge captains here in the past, but I am excited. I have been at Chelsea pretty much my whole life. I started here when I was six and to come through the Academy is tough. But to go on and become captain, it's a great feeling for me and my family."

HELP!!!
I just got a call this morning from this very number; 09038986347, he called telling me that he's from my bank, he knew my name quiet well, but when i asked him which bank he was calling from he said "Union bank" (which was incorrect, i have nothing to do with the bank)....
He told me that they noticed an alteration in my date of birth, he asked whether my date of birth was 01/01/2019 or 12/12/2020 (dates withheld). I was surprised when he mentioned my date of birth, but i kept quiet i didn't respond, and he hung up.
Please help, don't know if i should be worried or not.
