SOuljah boy is hip hop (If u no like go jump inside river  ), Nelly too. If those guys fit the bill, so does Drake IMO. Most of them no fit rap half wetin drake dey rap sef.

Drake get skills anyhow. Girls love his singing and he catered his album to them. Doesn't make him any less of a talented rapper IMO . . . although judging from what people are saying it may not be unreasonable to call his album an R&B album as well. Don't hate the playa, hate the game.
