because I have written to support and I was told my problem has bn solved since i have not replied to support in 7days. whereas it hasn't bn upto 7days that I wrote to them and I was yet to be matched.

2c send him the TICKET NUMBER OF THAT LETTER WRITTEN TO SUPPORT..... you will find it at the top left corner of the letter, it usually looks like this Z3216D43
3 wait for seven to 9 days and then GH a small amount of money to see if your moratorium has been lifted as they wont even notify you!
if it has not been lifted, call your guider again to know if he forwarded your ticket to the support team.
4 if he did, wait for another 7 days then GH again, if it doesn't work, write to support again using the above procedures .......... and i am sure that it will be lifted
5 if your guider aint doing you well, contact me to help you get a serious guider
