So this is what Nigeria has come to?
Amaechi now a hero of democracy.
We are still waiting and watching in HD.
Cos I know this man is not as honest as he claims.
He should first by telling the world what happened to the monorail project, and the funds allocated for it.

Politics / Buhari's Inauguration Speech The Most Boring I've Heard. by kropelgrada(m): 12:27pm On May 29, 2015
I don't know if it's the heavily accentuated hausa grammar, or his inability to pronounce the words right.I really found it difficult to comprehend what Buhari read out in his inauguration speech. The most boring I've heard in recent times.Tried to prevent myself from dozing off a couple of times in the middle of his speech.. I think he needs to employ an English tutor real quick, or it will be boring listening to him.

Instead he will look for a way to cause trouble, making the transition process very difficult for Wike.

In my own opinion of the two evils in Rivers State(Amechi and Wike),Nyesom Wike is the lesser evil.
It's not a big surprise that Wike is winning because the people of Rivers State knows that Amechi and his cohorts cannot be trusted with the affairs of Rivers State for the next 4 years.

Politics / Re: Asari Dokubo Issues A New Threat by kropelgrada(m): 1:17am On Apr 02, 2015
lastpage:

First, For the last six years when Jonathan was President, the "struggle" was okay. Nigeria was just and there was no "supremacy or conquer"?
Again, If Jonathan had won the elections, it will be okay and integration will be working? There would be no returning to the Creek to fight for the "struggle"?
Like someone asked, "Who will vote for this clown and thug, if Niger Delta was a country"? grin

Let Asari Dokubo go Phuck himself! The Blackmail stuff is "Dead on Arrival" undecided
Though Jonathan did empower them, even as far as buying "WarShips" for them, (one of the reasons l laugh when they call Jonathan a "gentleman" or applaud him for "accepting defeat" immediately! grin grin ) Let Dokubo know that Nigeria has just taken a giant leap in everything, this weekend!

Buhari will be ready to wipe-out the whole Niger Delta if need be..... just like OBJ wiped out Odi, when it was needed.
Dokubo should NEVER mistake the weakness of Jonathan.... for Buhari.

Any part of Nigeria that threatens the "corporate existence" of Nigeria would be leveled ASAP.

As for using "crude Oil" to threaten the nation, let me remind Dokubo and his ilks that Crude Oil is available in many parts of the Nigeria from Ondo to even the Chad basin.
And remember that the price of Oil itself, is rather a curse to the nation and a Buhari has seen this and will diversify the economy into Agriculture, manufacturing, e.t.c

So, once again, l say Asari and his Creek militants should go phuck themselves.
Nigeria will level that place if need be........... No region is greater than the whole Nigeria.

Please be reminded that the days of "Sit-Down, Do-Nothing" is over!

"Those who dont learn from history, will make the same mistake over and over again"

Lastpage!

Hmmm...really?!

Let me address it all in perspective.

Buhari will be ready to wipe-out the whole Niger Delta if need be..... just like OBJ wiped out Odi, when it was needed.
Dokubo should NEVER mistake the weakness of Jonathan.... for Buhari

If he wipes out the whole Niger Delta, where will he get the financial resources to run the economy ?
Believe it or not,the Niger Delta region of Nigeria is the most sensitive region in the country. And until Nigeria finds an alternative source of income, these creek militants or thugs cannot be handled with kids gloves, they cannot be waved aside, they will always be in your face.So each time they issue a threat the whole country listens. As they know that this crude oil is what is holding this entity called Nigeria to this very day if not it would have disintegrated.

Odi massacre is a clear case of genocide and here you are drumming it up like some feat achieved by OBJ.In all fairness to the people of Odi it is grave injustice to refer to this callous act as a feat.Gladly ICC still has it in its file and God help OBJ when they decide to reopen that file.
If Buhari was as brave as you portray him to be,why did he run back to Mecca when he heard that Babangida has toppled his government..A soldier that had to put a gun to the head of a harmless innocent civilian to seize power is not bravery in my own understanding. He needed to brandish a gun to achieve what would have being an easy operation to some brave soldier..Smh

Crude Oil is available in many parts of the Nigeria from Ondo to even the Chad basin.

Oga the only place that crude oil is found in commercial quantity in Nigeria is in the Niger Delta...Those one they claim is available in those places you mentioned cannot be produced. Why do u think they are not producing them already.

And remember that the price of Oil itself, is rather a curse to the nation and a Buhari has seen this and will diversify the economy into Agriculture, manufacturing, e.t.c

Lol..this cracked me up.

Buhari a former PTF Chairman knows the importance of crude oil to the economy of this nation.
Even if he needs to diversify, revenue from crude oil proceeds will still serve as capital to achieve that aim.
Sorry Nigeria is over dependent on this "curse" like u said. And will take donkey years to free themselves from this "curse".

But i want to believe that you speak from the head and not from the heart, because i disagree with most of the points you made here.
And u are sounding like a bigot to me.Like some one that has some real issues with the existence of the Niger Delta and the Igbos at large.

When the hausa will say they are born to rule we will start ranting up and down. The crowd at each polling unit in the North will make you wonder if they are beeing paid in dollars to cast their votes, but come down to East (Onitsha to be precise) every household with their generators ON, watching telemundo and 'nkoli nwa nsuka'. Other prefer to go to the beer parlour to drink Origin and Nkwobi...(So annoying), but they want Goodluck to win..."How na?? Na magic??". You just need to go to main market, ochanja market. Relief market, infacts the crowd is so scary. Imagine Anambra and Abia could not produce up to 1M votes combined for Goodluck, haba!!!. The next you will hear is "my vote doesn't count, its has been rigged already" how na?? With recharge cards or voters cards??. So I will rather advice us not to argue next time we hear the Northerners saying they are born to rule, they deserve it because they work hard for it.

True word my brother..
Very disgusting but it is a fact.

GMB expected to win 21 states. GEJ expected to win 15 states + FCT.

So far, GEJ has played most of his cards i.e. 8 states + FCT. He has only 7 states left to perform his magic (Ebonyi, Delta, Cross River, Edo, Rivers, Bayelsa & Taraba). Only Rivers & Delta are expected to post meaningful results.

Meanwhile, GMB has not played any of his 5 NE states. Add Lagos to that equation + the other remaining states.

It's game over Boss.

#JonathanRunsOutOfLuck

Out of the 5 NE states, only Sokoto will post meaningful results as well for Apc..pls u guys should stop posting trash and wait and see what happens tomorrow. Pillocks!

Hmmmm........... Right under our eyes, JONATHAN has begun GOVERNMENT MAGIC! shocked shocked shocked

As for River State, there simply was NO ELECTION!

INEC must do the right thing: Announce a re-run of that election under better circumstances without Military harassment of all parties involved

Looking at the mammoth crowd protesting this cheating, one would wonder whether if they all voted for APC, will APC not have won the contest?
Their sheer numbers tells me "something" certainly went wrong in Rivers State.

Lastpage!

Oga stop consoling yourself..that crowd is not even up to one quarter of the population of Rivers State.
Elections in Rivers State was free and fair, except for in those areas where the Commander In Chief Of Trouble Makers.Governor Rotimi Amechi visited demanding to see result sheets. All in a desperate bid to foment trouble.
Well judging by his antecedence as a trouble maker, the people of Rivers State now know that he is not to be taken seriously.

His sole aim was to cause so much tension and heat up the polity with that protest march, and which could eventually lead to breakdown of law and order. But God did not allow him succeed with that.Because besides those gullible ones that he could easily deceive into a protest march, the rest of the population has an ounce of intelligence to know that Amechi is on a mission to cause trouble and bloodshed in Rivers State before his time is up,and wont stop until he achieves this purpose because he has realized that he is fighting a losing battle with the presidency and pdp.

Well we are watching to see which other gimmicks that he is going to throw up with during the governorship election.

LogicPower:
Yes, it is getting clearer, and clearer that PDP are up to something sinister.

But even though they have been rigging elections at the centre for so many years in collaboration with the security agencies, those who are contemplating doing it this time around need to think twice.

They need to fully understand that the present circumstances are ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from all the previous ones; the stakes are MUCH HIGHER, the potential risks for miscalculation are MORE POTENT, and the predictable and unpredictable consequences would be far GREATER and MORE SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS.

This is simply because the Nigerian citizens are far more informed and have much more readily available and instant way of accessing and spreading information, and the opposition have much more muscle, are more formidable and far more organized, more determined, and much more nationally spread, than in all previous cases of fragrant subversion of people's electoral choices.

And GEJ and PDP must be fully aware that the popular mandate Buhari/Osinbanjo has just got from Nigerians is a mandate that emanates from THE ORDINARY POEOPLE from all the regions, and across all ethnic and religious divides; and as such, any attempt by anybody to snatch the mandate would amount to daring the ordinary people from across the country.

And as history has shown, no matter how powerful a leader thinks he/she is, there is no way he/she can be more powerful than his/her people; all those who tried it in the past, were eventually proved wrong, as they invariably got crushed by the sheer weight of the people power and condemned to the dark part of history in the end.

Ok keep writing your long epistles.

My polling unit is St. Gabriels in Ife. The PDP won reps 359/87, Senate 378/79,Presidency 368/48. Jonathan and PDP trounced Buhari in Ile Ife. Congrats to our candidate for the House of Reps in Ile-Ife, Albert Adeogun.
He defeated the APC candidate hands down. GEJ has won every ward in my 4 local government areas of Ile Ife in Osun state.
Shame on the APC and shame on PremiumTimes and Leadership newspaper who falsely reported that GEJ lost in my polling unit, ward and LGA. We trounced Buhari in all.
