I have this neighbour who has a child & she's 5months pregnant. She's extremely lazy, sometimes I get irritated, her mom comes from festac to help her clean, wash & cook. Sometimes I wonder what the hubby would be thinking. I have a child & almost due for delivery, she'd say "ify u dey try oooo".

Although some women can be lazy & really dirty. But believe me when children are involved, person fit sick from house chores. It wasn't ENOUGH reason for him to leave. My hubby helps out sometimes. Can't he do that too

Sometimes you might end up with people with what I call tolerable deficiencies and this you can tolerate if you truly love her,who would let go of what he cherishes for some insignificant things that can be either fixed or tolerated.

Can you Imagine the agony this baby must have experienced? An adult that understands what pain is would be screaming,not to talk of a kid,a freaking toddler!
There is a reason for every behaviour in children especially the formative years...Its something some children do till they are even 5.. It's exploration and curiosity which is normal in kids that age.You have to keep on correcting,reprimanding,giving time out,if you have to,a tap on the bum(some even cane)...I believe that persistent talking and correcting could work wonders.
Ask the baby why he's touching his peepee,is it itchy?is he in pain? Does he want to wee wee? If no,then you tell him to stop..monitor him,keep stopping and reminding him sternly.Eventually it will end.

We should learn that there's a difference between discipline and brutality.

May God bless you real good. My thoughts exactly. Children that age don't just wake up & start doing weird stuffs, he's either seen someone do it or someone has done it REPEATEDLY. My 2yr old son would always experiment anything he sees others do. He's a fast learner, during this summer lesson, he used his teeth on a child s back in his class, I couldn't believe it, infact I tot the teacher was telling lies. When I told hubby, my mom & a friend the 1st they ALL said was "its a lie Ryan can't do that", cos he's more on the quiet side than a rough child. Until he tried to bite another child. He learnt it from my sis' kids, whenever we visit them and he takes their toys, 1 of the boys uses his teeth on him. So @Snazzy, that action was really inhumane for a 3yr old child haba

I don't have any "1 woman squad". I've never been lucky with friends. So I just caution myself. But won't mind a good married 1 tho. No man is an island

IyawoToBe: Wait! Why are inlaws like this? I just feel it's a vicious cycle.... Because your inlaws were mean to you, then you also choose to be mean to whoever sees you as an inlaw. And it goes on and on!

With the experience I've had with my callous and evil inlaws, i have decided to ALWAYS give any married relation a space. And when my children have their own spouse, I will NEVER interfer with their marital issues.
Life can be frustrating when your inlaws are devilish.

Godmystrength: imagine!!! I just shouted at my husband on phone some couple of minutes ago . My colleague's phone was
ringing and she went out to pick it (MD's office door was closed) only for her to come and call me and was pointing at her phone. My husband was the one on the line.... I just got angry collected the phone and told him in a raised angry voice not to ever call any of my colleagues' phone ever again because i am not teh only married person here and that is not how my colleagues' spouses call my phone. It wasn't that he called my phone and i didn't pick because i came back to check my phone and there was no miss call on it. It is not even 6pm yet...Jeez!!!! I even sent him a text to pls leave me alone..... Now i feel so bad . This life sef..... Different people with different characters.... Chai!!!!! Diaris God oooooo. My son is almost 2, he can't pronounce some words o, but the things he does, people who see him for the 1st time usually ask if he's 4yrs.

They obviously are there to frustrate you, you will have to KEEP yourself happy ALWAYS, don't stress yourself, you don't need it. Be VERY prayerful, if you can't do so alone, get pastors to join you. The Lord is your strength.

Emioga: @megamindmaster when we were courting no be like this o(at dat tyme he was building his house)immediately we moved in last year january BIL moved in and MIL moved in feburary.by april/may/june wahala don start(her food is small,i give her bones)etc so hubby separate food.since BIL came to stay we no dey greet(secondary skool boy)my MIL has 2houses of her own(1 complete and one unda construction)while she inherited 2 4rm her hubby(1 in lagos and 1 in ogun state)wonder y she cant stay in these houses!!!
