Who dey sell pepper no Wey use hand scratch gbola |
Stargurl20:So what do you say with regards to the word, 'hotel' |
So pathetic. How can we grow as a nation when the jobs available are not given to the most qualified persons? I'm pretty sure the president and vice also have their slots as well as deputy senate president and maybe speaker of house of reps. What is now left for the common man out there? Nothing. People think prayers will change things- it won't. Keep supporting these clown and collect peanuts while their wards and kids get the best jobs |
If those people were gainfully employed, I doubt if they would have come out on a working day to do this. My thoughts though |
So sad. You know what is more shocking, buildings, properties, electricity supply that has been damaged due to the typhoon will be fixed in less than a year. In some countries, a committee will be set up, people from the committee will come and look at the affected areas with handkerchief in their hands while they wipe off those crocodile tears, blames will be traded by some of the political parties, money may or may not be disbursed to fix this. If the money is disbursed the pace of work will be so slow with the contractors hoping another typhoon comes to cause further damage which in turn means more money required for doing nothing while the affected people keep hoping and praying. |
The president as well as the interior minister have already visited the site of the sad event. Goes to show how concerned a leader is to the plight of his people |
This country is in total shambles with no redemption in sight |
It's pathetic that these days we tend to hear of suicide a lot and most of the cases are from men. Life will never be fair and we should try to develop a thick skin or better still, grow a pair. On a side note, if those monikers are out to scam people, then that's shameful. I'll gladly support capital punishment for people who scam others off their sweat and livelihood |
Port-Harcourt drivers will use their halogen light to finish you even when it rains. |
So bad. So all appointments booked with these officials to see how bauchi state can move forward would have been cancelled all in a bid of welcoming someone. Can't we see that this nation isn't making any progress? |
Shibaraba:ASA said....one day the river will overflow, and there will be no where for us to go and we would run, wishing we had put out the fire. |
seborrhic:thanks bro |
seborrhic:I really want to know how they do the fantasy premier league. I have no idea whatsoever |
Ok. I keep asking myself what did the returning ministers achieve during their first term period which showed that their contribution brought about positive development to the country? I once discussed with a friend that will it be a had idea if the minister of science and technology can organize a biannual science fair in which individuals with great ideas and innovation, tech wise can come and showcase their inventions. These individuals will have to be picked from their various states, which means commissioners of science and technology in these states will have to be up and doing. Upon assembling these individuals in the federal level, say maybe in eagle square, fully televised, these individuals will speak on their inventions and the government, there and then will give their support to those which are highly rated. For example, if someone says he can design a machine that can produce electricity with the use of manure/ fertilizer, government can then fund that project, carry out detailed analysis on how many people can be directly employed in doing such projects, how the business of manure/ fertilizer will experience a boom, and how that product can be effectively developed and sold to Nigerians at a fair rate as well as being exported to countries still experiencing epileptic power supply. Instead the minister of science and technology said his achievement in four years was creating more awareness on the importance of science. That means all the budget they got for four yes was to carry out awareness campaign. |
DameB:believe it or not, with the way things are going, we won't hit up to 9000MW come 2023 |
dgetkaoakk:if he gets comfort and happiness being single, why change that? |
How can someone beat his chest and feel proud of these substandard projects? We've been so use to rubbish that we tend to manage the little we see. When you know how much was budgeted for these eyesores then you'll weep for my country |
As a utd fan, I'm concerned about our midfield. We can't let pogba go and we may pay dearly because we lack a bit of creativity |
That's great OP I'm not surprised that nothing has been done by the Nigerian ambassador and nothing will be done. |
Bayelsa state has no business been poor. With so much allocation that comes in, bayelsa ought to be a mini Dubai. The state has been cursed with pathetic leaders and the indigenes seem not to care. I weep for my country |
Not bad |
Chukwueze is a joy to watch. Musa gave that south African defender a run for his money all night. Brilliant football from Nigeria but the south Africans were there for the taking. We showed them too much respect. We ought to have finished them off first half. Well done Ndidi and etebo |
Yeah I remember that match as well as the comment of their coach after we won. He said ' at 2 nil down, we stood no chance of winning but that chap in number 20 added insult to injury'. That chap was osaze |
Our keeper is useless |
Who the hell uploads such x-rated picture to a public forum like this? |
Perfect. Hopefully, other clubs will learn from this. I feel more funds need to be invested in our league. The matches should be televised, teams with the most turnout may receive some financial incentives, some of our ex players or maybe celebs should be paid to tweet about some matches and hopefully attend. This will attract people to come and watch. Local jerseys could be worn by governors of the state as well as encouraging wizkid, davido to promote our jerseys. In no distant time, our league will pick up |
kenzosky:lol. That's just mean |
Acidosis:. I burst out laughing when I read that part. I pictured him telling people he deserves to eat the fruit of his labour with a pitiable face and teary eyes |
The idea is brilliant but what if someone drops his car for repairs and after the mechanic has fixed it, takes the car for test running and disobey traffic, so the innocent chap will get debited automatically or if one is been chased or has his cat stolen and beats traffic signs, will one also be debited? |
