Goal from rashford |
I just want my boy, martial to score |
Man utd just need a commanding centre back, a proper winger and a clinical hitman like icardi |
Will keep an eye on Huddersfield player by name Billing Anyawu Philip. I heard he's half Danish, half Nigerian with the NFF trying to lure him to the super eagles |
This is really sad. The service chiefs should be tasked to give solution to this ever growing problem or risk being sacked. Our borders should be adequately secured, funds meant for purchase of weapons as well as training of personnel should be utilized fully. It hurts to know that from now henceforth, most politicians will only be after their 2nd term bid and neglect the masses. This administration has failed woefully in terms of security. I can't even point my finger to any sector where they have fared positively |
Tomis954:but there's been series of bomb blast within the year. So many federal roads are still unmotorable with ph-aba top of the list. The oyigbo axis is a death trap. |
Last year fuel scarcity was the worst ever. Lasted for over 3 months but feels good to know that we didn't experience such this year. |
This man right here and sowore seem to be the only aspirants who have the required technical know how to rule this country but we will make the same mistake by electing the wrong leaders. I have seen people clamour for buhari to continue then I ask * has security improved compared to the last regime? *is our educational sector better compared to what was in the last administration and are we no longer witnessing ASUU strikes? *our president kicked against public office holders going outside for treatment during their campaign but he spent over 100 days at a stretch receiving treatment. I believe health is wealth and one must seek quality medical services so I won't fault the president on that. My concern is that after experiencing quality healthcare services abroad, what has been done to replicate such services here in Nigeria so there won't be need for others to go outside for treatment anymore? *have we witnessed fuel scarcity as we witnessed during the last administration? *has electricity supply improved nationwide? Have we been able to hit up to 10,000mw of power and if not, what are the steps put in place to achieve this or even more and what is the time frame within which thus can be achieved? * have we witnessed revamping of dead industries such as steel, textile industries? * what is the current state of unemployment and what is been done to aid job creation? When we honestly answer these questions, we may then know what to do to prevent more anguish on the land |
It would have been better drafting a player from the U-15's to replace lukaku cos he's of no use. I can authoritatively say that ighalo is better than lukaku |
So bad. He's shot himself in the foot. All his signings have been poor except zlatan and matic of last season. He's had issues with Bailly, rashford, lingard, martial, pogba, Valencia, shaw and his style of football hasn't motivated players like martial or degea to extend their contract. |
Smalling, Jones, darmian, pogba, lukaku, Sanchez shouldn't play for us anymore |
Princedapace:Exactly. Simple things that can be done, we always rely on God to come and do it for us. I guess he's the one giving the politicians the outrageous salaries they get |
jammer777:to be honest, Fred is a fantastic player. He's not been given enough playing time and mourinho has no idea on how to use him |
SmilingMary:. He did a good job at sevilla, and I felt any coach of psg would always win trophies in ligue 1which he did. I just never saw him as special. He's brought new life to the team. I'm a man utd fan but I can remember when Crystal palace defeated arsenal two seasons ago with Chamberlain the captain. I hated what i had seen arsenal being turned into by a small club with crappy players. Emery will take this team higher when he's able to buy 3 more players to make the team feel like his own N.B stop playing Czech. He's lost it. Stick with Leno |
How much did arsenal sign aubemeyang and how much did we sign lukaku? |
SmilingMary:wenger really lost touch of reality. I never really rated emery so high but he's outdone himself. This is sweet football. If arsenal had a player like martial, it would be crazy |
Mourinho is probably drawing up defence tactics to handle arsenal with no form of attack. We really need to let Jose go. Weldone arsenal. You guys play great football. To think that emery didn't spend much yet he's been able to tinker this side to play like this is great. If he's given 100 or 120 million pounds to invest, it would be crazy. |
Only God knows what arsenal will do to man utd on wednesday. I hope the outcome of the match on wednesday can be the last of Jose mourinho while we make attempt to cash in on pogba, lukaku and maybe sanchez come January. They've all been poor and no sign whatsoever for any improvement |
Fazemood:maybe it was but I felt if it was staged, the individual won't be afraid to video properly...maybe |
dominique:Stephen ayodele makinwa aka the tiger from Lagos played for them |
It's not just about establishing. How have the existing ones been maintained? |
Very lovely thread. Some of these photographers are high risk takers. The case of journalists in the face of war, doing their jobs amazes me because when NTA wants to talk about terrorist act in say, borno state, they'll just show you the map of borno. No live pictures nor videos. |
noturbusiness:. Would love to see Leeds United play in the app. I remember those days of Mark viduka |
See how Tottenham, without signing any single player, had a key player in the person of Son on international duties for over for weeks are dealing with Chelsea yet mourinho can't defeat palace despite the cash he spent this season. All his buys except zlatan have flopped seriously At this point is best I start watching ice hockey instead of perpetual dreary performance week in week out |
At one point in the video we can hear one of the insurgents shouting 'Allah akbar'. Now these folks carry out these atrocities and say they are doing the will of Allah. My anger is that MURIC and other Muslim organization have never come out to protest openly, carry placards and condemn these acts by saying that these acts do not reflect the core of Islam. When it gets to a trivial issue as ban of hijab, all hell is let lose. |
AkpaMgbor:. I just watched it and can't help but feel for the future of this country. Bread winners of families have just been killed and the ministry of defence and that of information hasn't come out to say a single thing. We know that boko haram has a major camp in sambisa forest so what stops us from deploying drones to level their hideout. While this is on going, foot soldiers would have been strategically placed as well as land mines to waste those that may try to escape Billions of dollars have gone down the drain and nothing to show for it. If Buhari, a retired general, with the tactical know how on how wars are fought has not been able to do something tangible, then he should hurt his head in sham and resign or sack the incompetent service chiefs or better still, request for better trained and equipped foreign manpower |
otipoju:spot on. I keep telling people that if our leaders care about us, they would have implemented policies in the favour or the citizens. Another point you omitted was stable power supply. If you know how much some factories, hotels, banks as well ad other business ventures spend per month in running and maintaining generators, you'll be shocked. With constant power supply, the initial cost spent in running generators can be ploughed back to the business, can serve as higher salaries, can be used to train staff etc. Our leaders know our problems, know the solution to our problems but have decided not to solve it because some folks make crazy amount of money from these problems. Our banks would almost never grant someone loan, touts will come harassing a small business owner for some silly levies that do not exist or are never remitted. |
Bad. Most people do not see the big picture of all these scams. We already have a not so good reputation on the international scene and these scammers are making things worse. Some people will try to justify their act by saying politicians take our monies outside while these fraudsters bring it back forgetting that two wrongs don't make a right These days, a child just leaving secondary school has his eyes set on being a Yahoo boy which is bad. I know the government has failed us but we shouldn't continue the already expanding rot. |
This is really pathetic. Are you saying that a fully trained army gets overpowered by people just brought together by some lousy religious misdirections? Sadly, huge amount of money is disbursed to the ministry of defence for further training, purchase of better weapons to combat these things but we seem to be losing the battle. Nigeria won't get better until we start putting square pegs in square holes. |
Like someone rightly pointed out, the kidnappers get to call, record videos and share yet they can't be traced? This is really sad. Isn't it possible to get counterfeit cash to the tune of 15m naira? Or stuff the cash in a bag with a tracker to it so that when the alleged kidnappers get it, they can be traced It's so sad that we no longer value human lives in this country. The chief security officer of the state is probably thinking of election and channelling all funds towards that direction |
These dudes really killed us with soft flows |
