Most people do not understand the gravity of this. I've been harassed by these folks before. We failed to nip boko haram menace from the bud now, they've gone out of control. We failed to tackle the issue of kidnappers when they started with foreigners, now the locals are no more safe. Asa, in her song 'fire on the mountain' said...'one day the rivers will overflow and there'll be nowhere for us to go. So we will run, run, wishing we had put out the fire'. If care is not taken, this issue of extortion by SARS will spiral out of control. |
When someone has done well, you say well done. Irrespective of political party, ethnicity etc, this is commendable. Now, i hope they have a maintainace contract in place to maintain the trains as well keep the train stations neat and tidy. It will be pitiable to see such decent works defaced with posters of churches, political campaign, computer schools etc. |
Honestly, this shouldn't be an issue. If you know you want to adhere to your religious beliefs, be it the way you dress, and your choice school may oppose it, you simply take your money elsewhere where it won't he an issue. Case closed |
If funds are duly managed in this country, we would be able to pay a minimum wage of 50k. When you know how much is spent to rig elections, you'ld be shocked |
Good gracious. How gullible can one be. Some folks will believe anything you tell them |
Zansu007:most sensible post ever. You took the words out of my mouth |
Nigeria politics stinks to high heavens. You rule a state for 8 years as a governor, get elected to the Senate under one party then jump ship with no cogent reason. |
I've heard this man speak and he sounds like one with a vision. However, one man can't change the world. If he wins, he will still deal with corrupt senators, corrupt governors etc. I keep telling folks that buhari is not the solution to Nigeria's problem neither is atiku. We seem to be considering the perceived 'lesser evil' For those screaming for buhari, check his campaign promises and see how many of them have been fulfilled, about being fulfilled, just kicking off or unattended to For those screaming for atiku, what was his track record when in customs, 8 years as a vice president Our problem can only be fixed when we put square pegs in square holes. When service chiefs are sacked for failing to combat boko haram threat despite large amount of money budgeted to fight terrorism, were people are jailed for mismanagement of public funds I knew this country was in a mess when I saw how a certain politician was given hero's welcome despite just serving sentence for corruption. Also, when people still canvass for a politician that has been taped taking bribe. We have a long way to go Shun ethnicity and religious sentiments when voting because some of these folks have enough wealth to last their generations yet unborn |
bayocanny:. Ferguson can never sign a player like lukaku. He probably would have signed harry Kane. |
The best thing man utd can do right now is strip lukaku off that number 9 jersey, give it to martial then give lukaku a jersey without a number. |
If we had adequate facilities, school friendly environment, competent lecturers and an educational system that seeks to improve students in character and learning, then a hike in fees won't generate so much fuss. When you have teribble hostels, lecturers who see themselves as gods, generators blaring from those people who photocopy materials, empty libraries, then it just doesn't justify the need for increase in fees |
2-0 Martial is so talented |
A very talented artist with an amazing vocal prowess |
It's hard to take this man serious. A great actor I must say |
cashlurd:. Kigali was voted the cleanest city in Africa last year. Rwanda' s economy has greatly improved over the years. Every country is leaving us behind while we keep electing the same set of individuals who looted the country dry |
Every sane parent's worse nightmare |
Martiallllllllll |
tokrizy:when you consider strikers such as Rooney, saha, van nistelrooy, berbatov, tevez and chicharito that once graced the United jersey, you can help but wonder why and how we got lukaku |
Ighalo is miles ahead of lukaku |
Watch mourinho order his men to defend now. |
I know they say to rome wasn't built in one day but progress in bits was seen to give hope. In my country, someone will loot millions of dollars and when he/she wants to be probed, we start hearing of witch hunting. We see how people gather to show support for criminals. As of 2019, politicians are still campaigning with bore holes, roads as election promises. Are we alright? For you to know how bad it is; go to YouTube and watch campaign promises made in 2007 in selected states. Those are still the promises made till now. We haven't made any step forward and we don't seem ready to make one |
SolutionMee:what were his achievements as governor of kwara state? What were the policies he enacted that made kwara an investment hub? |
Kali has been anonymous for this first half |
Why is the commentator saying ' the late peter rufai? |
Binikingdowm:my God. Must we always bring tribalism to everything? |
Goal. Musa |
If we win, we top the group after Seychelles held South Africa to a barren draw |
Ighalo is trying to pacify Nigerians for his woeful world cup performances |
Goooooal |
We have lots of problems in this country and no one wants to solve them. Our country is now a dumping site |
Moreoffaith:I thought this was only done in port Harcourt o |
This stadium in uyo was built less than 5 years ago and the pitch is already in a terrible state. Old Trafford was built over a hundred years ago and we all know the state of the pitch. Our poor maintenance habit has to stop. They can contract the maintainace of that pitch to private firms who will ensure that crusades, political rallies or conventions are prohibited |
