I don't know how true this is but if it is, then it's wrong on all levels. 150m can go a long way in putting decent projects in some communities across the country. That amount can fix up some dilapidated structures is some universities, purchase books to stock up libraries. We haven't made a single progress in this country and it doesn't look like we would anytime soon

This is bad. The service chiefs need to sit down and deploy strategies to combat these attacks. These ied's are locally made. They need to find out what's been use to make them, put a close watch on those that sell these materials, closely monitor those that come to buy the materials etc
The sad reality is that even if 100 suicide attacks were to be committed today, no one is held responsible for porous security sysytem.
You can't tell me that by now, the FG does not have an idea on a sponsor or some sponsors of boko harm because these guys are heavily funded. They need to monitor some of the supposed sponsors. We are yet to defeat boko haram and now we have herdsmen attacking with reckless abandon and no one has been brought to book
If they say the attacks are from libyans, Nigeriens, then all they have to do is tighten security at the borders, thorough check on every item coming in from these countries

Left for me, we need to look beyond the party of the individual and see if the said candidate has the required technical know-how to take the state forward.
