Looking to really explore the religion. Forgive me if I ask a lot of questions.

welcome to Islam brother. May Allah grant you the ability to see and know the sweetness of Islam.Actually I have some advice for you.
-As a new convert, you need a Mallam to put you through, coming on line to listen to people u don't see will confuse as to knowing what is right or wrong.
-Get a translated version of the Qur'an and Hadith(it may be arbauna or huswatun hasanatun.these are hadith books for beginners) you can easily refer to them in case you need exact explanations of some facts you may be doubting.
-I recommend you don't take anything from any body or Mallam if it has no Qur'anic or hadith backings in this way you will know who to follow and who not to.
lastly, Islam has divided into many sects.This is not a weakness on the part of the religion but that it was foretold to come through,your Qur'an and the sunnah(way of life of the prophet) of the rasuul should always be your guide and you will never regret it.
May Allah be your guide.

I only drank my water of fire, my mumsy went to convention for my sake with my pic, I resigned where I work so was able to view d program on TV and did as Daddy GO instructed, i remember I was always praying that God shld do it for me so that he alone will take all the glory cos we were to go for iui august cycle, while dh was on proviron and Addyzoa to boast his count to increase our chance of +be result.

On what I did differently.
I have been TTC for almost 4 yrs.I have underlying health issues(ovarian cyst and fibroid),but I was always told in the hospital that they are not really the course of my infertility.though, I was told to do surgery to get rid of the cyst and fibroid.my parents are against it so is mother in law, so I was always given herbs,concoctions and so on to shrink them but all to no avail. meanwhile the cyst is growing large from about 2cm to 9cm( as at the last time I went to the hospital around January this yr).During this period, I also used to visit Islamic pharmacy (for those that live in the north, they should know about Islamic pharmacy) there I was given different herbs ranging from fenugreek, black seed and the oil,Asparagus, and another herb called treasure and I am also a friend of garlic,lemon and ginger, all these I used to take with prayers and hope.The last time I went to the hospital in January,the doctor told me I just have to do the surgery cos the cyst is noe a complex one from a simple cyst to being a cystadenoma,the doctor said the cyst is very large and one of my ovaries may go with it during surgery, I was scared and instantly when he said that,I told him in sha Allah (by the grace of God)my ovary will not be removed, he said if one is removed the other one will work well.I said I don't care,all I know is that non of my organ will be removed.And I told myself I won't go to the hospital for these reason again unless for another reason. I continue to take my Islamic herbs and continue to pray.Around June,hubby came home for eid and it happened but on that same night my period came,July period came,August,waited no show,that was when I posted and one of our mamas said I should go for test.I did hpt and lo and behold it was a bfp.All I know is that God did it.it is not by power nor by might, but by His special grace.May He visit all soon.Awaiting your bfps.

Mamas pls y can't some people mind their own business biko? A lady came to collect bark of a tree in my compound and saw d baby Cardigans I washed and spread(mind u I spread it inside our 2nd flat o) only for her to start asking BIL wot is d name of our baby, my BIL told her wen its time for naming ceremony we go call her so make she no worry o. Then I went to retouch my hair and saw dis witchy witchy lady and I decided to gist my house fellowship leader abt wot happen, only for one of my church member to start rushing to my place with her buluku gown(she even forgot to wear tight under) saw me where I was making my hair and told me her son said its like I don born o(d boy was in d shop wen we were talking and misunderstood me)I just told her by God grace it will soon happen and its going to be a testimony. I tire for all dis monitoring spirits o.

don't be angry, they are only telling God to quicken your time.You shall testify soon.

Some people still see AF even wen pregnant. Why not runs a test.

Hello mamas in the house pls I need your help. About 4 hours after bd on 26th June AF showed up,I saw AF again on 26th of July instead of 23rd cos my cycle is a 28 days cycle. After AF on that same month(July), I continue to see spotting for about 2wks.I was suppose to see AF On 22 of August using my normal 28days.But I waited and no show ,today is cd 33 and I am yet to see it.Could I be preggy.Note that I bd last june.pls help a sis.baby dust to all.

Cystadenoma of the ovary is a non-cancerous tumour of the ovary that is common during the reproductive age, rare before puberty and after menopause. It varies in size, can be very large.

Fibroid is also common in this same age group as cystadenoma. Relationship between fibroid and infertility is not fully understood, it does not cause infertility neither does ovarian cystadenoma, but may lead to recurrent pregnancy loss depending on the location of the fibroid.

people have become pregnant with co-existing fibroid and delivered same, including twins.

Treatment of cystadenoma will depend on your age, size of the tumour and the histology type and may include removing the tumour alone (cystectomy) or removing the entire ovary and the adjacent tube if affected (salpongo-oophorevtomy.

Removing the fibroid will also depend on the size, your age, presence of symptoms or recurrent pregnancy loss as well as on your choice whether to remove it or not.

The only problem is that after the surgery, there is a chance of recurrence if both the fibroid and the cyst, except where the womb is removed (in the case of the fibroid)

Like you've been advised above, go to a Teaching hospital and be managed by the Gynaecologist.

We have seen pregnancies coexisting with large fibroids or large cysts. But when they are preventing pregnancies action needs to be taken.

It is possible to get pregnant with these two mases because in medicine all things are possible. However no medic will advice you to sit on the fence because time is clicking.

thanks but what are the procedures to be followed prior to surgery any advice on what I should say or do at the hospital.

Cystadenoma: Yes, some years back. We operated on one. It was so large to be removed whole. The longest incision could not deliver it whole. It contained more than 10 liters of fluid.

The prognosis was good. Patient recovered and was discharged.
Yours is small; no need to fear. Every surgery comes with risk and that is why patients sign consent form.

Note: The ovary and tube could be removed if damaged.

As for the fibroid the doctors know what to do when they open up but before surgery they would have given you full medical advice. But know that what they see outside may not be what they see inside when they open up.

My scan results showed I have a 9.2cm by 9.4cm cyst on my left ovary and a 6.5cm by 4.2cm fibriod in my uterus . The cyst was concluded to be a cystadenoma . Please anyone heard of this condition and how do I get rid of it naturally.

I normally see round balls appear on my eyelid especially when I take vegetable oil and noodles it do disappear when I stop,about some few months ago,I noticed that whenever I looked into a book or phone for long the eyes become watery and when I go out in the sun,I would not be able to open the eyes properly to look at things afar and I have also observed that when I wake up in the morning I see pus though not much but it do ìtch me a times and recently I have been having this headache from the eyes to my head as if the eyes want to fall off . Please what can I do?thanks

Hi Kudibaby,still wait a while and observe it. Like a week or so and test,inshaAllah it will be positive. U r in my prayers. As for d delayed AF of previous month,are u taking any fertility drugs or herbal? Sometimes,it changes d pattern of AF. Fingers crossed for u
