BolaT53: Hi Ketima,
I honestly don’t understand what the VO mean when they say sufficiently/availability. In my situation my sponsor paid my one year full tuition, transferred my living expenses to me, booked a return flight ticket for me. I as the applicant had about 1.5m my personal funds and my sponsors statement was about 40million no lump sum. But my visa was refused based on he has concerns on if the funds will be sufficiently available for me throughout my program. What do you think went wrong in my application. Please I want to know who the sponsor was? Close relative? How much was sent to you and how long is your program? |

ritzzybaron: I don't think it is compulsory for your transcript to be included in your application for visa. It’s a requirement in the checklist for Accra |

Evidence of employment in Nigeria and intent to return home to the job c. Evidence of high employment prospect in Nigeria after studies in Canada d. Evidence of ownership of landed properties valuable to the applicant and intent to return home to them e. Lekiboboe: Take your time & do a thorough research (google) on the law related PG programs and the colleges offering them in the link below and check the ones that have admission intakes for Winter 2022, & also check the tuition amount for international students of each program, you might be lucky to find the one that falls within $15KCAD

shupy: It's not necessary. I only encourage those using third party sponsor to have the fund transferred to them. However, if your dad is still going to have sufficient balance in his account after transferring 5-10k to your account, then he should go ahead. Thank you so much |

shupy: Gift of deed or not, it's important you submit your sponsor's statement of account. You either submit the two, or just your father's own. Thanks for the response, but should I just leave him as my sponsor or I should make him transfer the money. And if he is supposed to transfer the do I have to open a new account because his operates jus a dollar account. Thank you |

Ketima: Verbally and some companies use Employment Letter but most companies I know use Offer of Appointment.
So is the same. I guess your Employment letter should state the subject matter unless you're looking at constructing offer letter.
Gracia Thank you |

Doree: Hello Just mellow, I'd like to ask a question on this please.
If I understand you correctly, does it mean if I can a run a six months program upon completion of my one year program, the combination of both can qualify me for a 3yrs pgwp? Hello pls I’m interested in this topic |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by Kudiratu28(f): 4:47pm On Jun 18, 2021 |
JustMellow: Hello Kudiratu28,
Confederation College isn't entirely a poor study hub despite its poor ranking. George Brown College is also a good one too and ranks higher than Confederation.
If you fortify yourself with adequate research, you may be able to attain PR with a 1-year program. To do it conveniently, a 2-year program is ideal or you can decide to pursue a second program of 6 months or 1-year at length to get a 3-years work permit under PGWPP.
If you see a program that suits your profile accordingly and demonstrates progression and that has a WIL component whether it's a 1-year or 2-years study, grab it.
Best of Luck Thank u so much for ur input, I am grateful. I consider thunder bay because of RNIP |
