I booked a visa appointment in Lagos on 29th of April, 2022. I have not gotten an appointment up till now. Frustrated by the delay and stress of following my classes online, I got a resident permit that allowed me attend my visa interview In Ghana.

Had my visa interview in German embassy, Accra on 20th February, 2023. Got an approval mail at about 10am on 17th of March, 2023 and pick my passport with visa stamp on 27th of March, 2023.

I will honestly advise you to explore the possibility of processing your visa outside Nigeria, if you have the means and desire to achieve your Deutschland dream. It comes with sacrifice, my dear!

P.S. I have cancelled my Lagos appointment to give chance for people who still want to wait for Lagos, even though I feel it doesn't worth the stress.

Yeah I submitted everything and health insurance during my application but I wasn’t asked for my flight ticket then and even now

Thank you, no I didn’t but I called the embassy telling that I was told to send an up to date letter of enrollment for summer semester 2023.

Which I sent to them, an the lady who sounded rude over phone told me that they won’t notify me if they’ve received it on or that they will get back to me if the visa is ready or not Omo that lady is always so rude I don’t know if they hate it when someone has travel intentions Omo the next the I receive this on my mail

2 months after Interview, I am asked to send academic transcript. Even after sending confirmation of Summer Semester enrollment. But, I never participated in any exam.

Yes they did ask me for an enrollment letter 3 weeks after my interview. However, I'm still waiting for Am, and this is like the 7 week of waiting.

Go to at least 3 banks and enquire how long it might take them. Sterling usually is fast. Or leave the current process to tarry.
But if it becomes urgent say in late January, you can post here and one can recommend.
Otherwise, calm down and hope NGN improves against EUR

Please, amongst the documents to be submitted at the embassy. I am confused about the primary school certificate. I wasn't given any certificate after primary school. I only have my WEAC and NECO. please guru's in the house. is this necessary, if so how do I go about it. I am a master's student

Guys what are you options after you get your appointment date but your admission have expired (although the school promised to admit you next session if you re apply)
