pls, i scored 227 in this year's jamb cbt and i wanna study geology in OAU and my jamb comb. Is:eng,phy,chem,geo.The second thing is i am an igbo.pls what are my chances of getting admitted?

with dat score,u got a good chance if u also get sometin like dat in putme.Concerning ur tribe,what will hinder ur admission is if u dnt meet the merit cutoff for geology and u dnt have a strong connection.But I am sorry to advise u to obtain change of institution to another school that will accept dat comb coz oau doesn't accept geo in lieu of biology.

I think jamb used the simplicity of English in moderating scores. Imagine I have 57 in English whereas I can beat it anytime.
To show that potential in u, trounce ur cut off by 10-20marks in UI.
