EducationRe: Overrated Courses In Nigerian Universities by Kunlexic(m): 9:03pm On Oct 04, 2014
mesoade:
Here are the few overrated courses in nigeria.

(1). Accounting
this course is overrated,i wonder why someone would spend years studying this course when my sister had B.sc in Biochemistry, went for a 7months training and she is now working in a bank.

(2). Microbiology
Don't need to say much about this, the course is quite tough though, but after spending 4 years studying it,most of them end up teaching.
mark my words not all microbiologist but most.

(3). Political science
I Don't need to say much about this course, because it's already speaking for itself.

(4).Business administration.
Only God knows how the peeps that studied this course gets employed.

(5).Pharmacy
yea,i know you might be surprised seeing this but it's true.
Most pharmacist end up opening a shop to sell drugs, but the few that are employed are paid in 6 zeros.

You are free to add yours
@ bolded,it is not all pharmacist that sell drugs, not few but most pharmacist get employed easily and even after dat they can ey can be self employed again

Science/TechnologyFish With Human Teeth Caught In Russian River by Kunlexic(op): 4:59am On Oct 04, 2014
A fisherman from the Arkhangelsk region of Russia caught a fish in the country’s Northern Dvina River that had a creepily human-like set of teeth, Pravda reported Monday.

“When I opened it I nearly dropped the thing in surprise,” Alexander Korobov, an experienced fisherman, said, according to the Metro.

Gennady Dvorykankin of the Knipovich Polar Research Institute of Marine Fisheries and Oceanography said scientists there believe the fish is an herbivorous piranha.

“It is very unlikely that it made its way from its natural tropical waters to our Arctic and then into the river so we can only assume it was dumped by an owner of exotic fish,” he said, according to the Mirror.
