You said peaceful protesters without specifying where

Oh now it's my error that you blazed into comments without watching the video, or even reading the detailed post. You're insufferable, do a recap and scoot please.

Moments before 6:30 p.m., just when Trump said he would begin his address, the officers suddenly marched forward, directly confronting the protesters as many held up their hands, saying, “Don’t shoot."

Soon, law enforcement officers were aggressively forcing the protesters back, firing tear gas and deploying flash bangs into the crowd to disperse them from the park for seemingly no reason. It was a jarring scene as police in the nation's capital forcefully cleared young men and women gathered legally in a public park on a sunny evening, all of it on live television.

Yeah if only you stopped watching NTA for once to an international channel like Al jazeera,BBC and the rest you could have seen how these "peaceful protesters" were looting ,vandalizing innocent people properties ,including confronting policemen in a violent manner live on camera 。
You are one of the naive and easily duped folks
What a lurid dunce, did you watch the protesters that convened at W.H park? They all raised their hands up and were calm, no projectiles, no pushing, it wasn't a rampage like IL, Baltimore, or Chicago, the debris that were laying around were tear gas canisters and rubber bullets from when they were violently dispersed because Trump wanted a photo op.
You obviously have a knowledge gap about that particular protest, so shut up, watch the video and shove your mentions son.

Trump is a bumbling hypocrite, you tear gassed and pepper sprayed peaceful protesters just to do a photo op in a church, is that really "Christan" of you?
Lol, Trump is not even a religious person, he's always playing this card and putting on a show for the naïve and easily duped folks.

Godwin Obaseki, is the juice now worth the squeeze?
This was the same man that was running his mouth and was hostile to every single attempt to find an amicable solution, the consolation of some "new friends" lulled him into a false sense of significance and personal status.
Lol, Godwin has lost this, he should go and get ready for direct primaries please.

You really can't write Akabueze's memoirs without mentioning the huge influence Tinubu had in his life and so many other Igbos that served in his cabinet, the vitroil directed at Tinubu by his kinsmen is unwarranted and misplaced.
Congratulations to Mr Ben Akabueze.

How some Nigerians are always supporting Trump is truly sickening, it's clear he has such an impatient and ignorant contempt for you and he does very little to even hide it...yet you think your allegiance belongs to such a man. It's just outrageous and very disappointing.

A non medical cloth mask or face covering has proven helpful in reducing the chance of your respiratory droplets coming into contact with others or landing on surfaces.

Again, medical masks needs to be preserved for front line health workers, so cloth masks and other alternatives are the way to go. Don't let anyone deter you!

Kanu is suffering from an external locus of identity which is often the result of unmet childhood emotional needs, that's why Kemi was able to easily get under his skin.
Naturally he could have made a broadcast without even joining issues with her but he's highly insecure. He lacks the wisdom and temperance to be a leader.

Every single person gloating and rejoicing over the death of this man needs to have a rethink and learn to channel their grievances to the right quarters and stop spewing toxic slurs about a man that was doing his job. Whatever influence and natural advantage he had was conferred to him by his boss.

I'm simply trying to dissuade you from parading a very false sequence of events. The mainstream of American politics respects Obama and wasn't in doubt that he would choose Joe ahead of Bernie any day when resolutions reaches a fever pitch, but he definitely didn't go out of his way to ensure Joe emerged as the Dem's nominee like you insinuated.

Its obama. He wants to force Biden down democrats throats.

No, Obama didn't have high hopes for Biden, because Joe has the charisma of Mike Pence and Obama is obsessed with his political legacy which Biden might find very hard to live up to.

Biden is the quintessential establishment politician, a man who has to defend all of the ruinous judgments made by the political elite in the last 25 years, including the Iraq War — which Biden supported.

Obama's talk about how politics need “new blood” has always being seen as a blow to Joe, so please say what you know!

In summary...they are all hinging on the magical thinking built on rainbows that the mild cases they are currently treating remains the same across all boards, and we won't have an overwhelming surge of severe cases as Europe and the U.S.

This is mere wishful thinking that further proves this could easily get out hand if there are overwhelming number of cases. This is troubling and not assuring at all.

Music/Radio / Re: The Worst Lines Ever Used By Musicians In Songs by kunmiiii: 10:46am On Feb 25, 2020
You have to make an exception for "Fix You" the lyrical craftsmanship of Chris Martin was great.

"Lights will guide you home" is a metaphor for good souls healing you back to health. They will ‘fix you’ back to your safe zones. So in the chorus, Chris Martin says that he will be her ‘light’ that fixes her back to health.

"Ignite your bones” is also as harmless as rest of the song. This line means that the support you receive from those people around you will restore your energy and give some life into your fading soul. It simply means they are able to re-ignite yourself to former glory.
These lines clearly set the pace, mood and context to the song, and doesn’t deserve to be on that list.

Kyari had plans to push for Monguno’s exit and return the sacked director general of the Department of States Services (DSS) Lawan Daura as NSA, but that didn’t work. Even Femi Adesina was also to have suffered same fate.

Oh, No wonder...this certainly explains the delirious asslicking of Femi Adesina in recent times.

Invictus and his misfit lawyers should know that reading of Miranda warnings (or lack thereof) does not in and of itself require a case to be dismissed, the prosecutors and the court can actually rule that the burden was on the suspect to invoke his Miranda rights, and his failure to do so or sign the acknowledgment essentially amounted to a waiver of those rights; which has been done in several criminal proceedings in the past.
Miranda Warnings Don't Always Apply!

When ever I sit alone all I think is if there other intelligent lives out there in other planets. If at all other intelligent lives are going to be discovered let it be when am still alive because that day would be the most happiest day of my life.
It's plausible there are intelligent lives out there, but would it be the happiest day for us? Don't think so!
Mutation took us from single celled organisms to being the dominant form of reproductive life on this planet. Infinite forms of variation with each generation all through mutation and records show, without any exception that the arrival and discovery of any other mutated species in any region is followed by the immediate extinction of less-evolved kins.
So unless human extinction is something to get excited about, don't look forward to the discovery of intelligent life out there.

He should reveal these "fresh facts" to the US courts and stop using these innuendoes and conjectures to exact political price before his day in court.

Mr Garba, the press has an unassailable right to document, editorialize, and criticize. Without a free press, truth is not reported, power is not held accountable and democracy cannot survive. Stop making it look like you're doing PUNCH a favour because they can go home to sleep after insulting the President.
The framers of democratic institutions had the wisdom to enshrine this understanding in the holiest civic documents. The Presidency seems disturbed about this; the reactions are getting tedious.

Immediately I read the embolden, I knew this was just another thread to wail about Asiwaju and stir the emotions of the usual paranoid and beer parlour gossips.
Banire is not an ally of Tinubu, he's part of Fashola's political machinery in Lagos that foisted Hamzat for Dep.Gov.

A 20 percent increase in collection margin, to generate N4.03 trillion in 2017, N5.320 trillion in 2018, and an estimated N8 trillion bench marked for this year. This record thumbs Fowler as an history maker, leading the agency to set a new record of highest revenue generation, not to talk of the reduction in compliance costs. Please, say what you know oo!
