The RESOLUTION has been drastically reduced DELIBERATELY! This blurring is the PRIMARY means of rigging! Why, because every result clearly visible on IREV will correspond to agent EC8As. Then you can claim less than 10% unclear images as acceptable. However, The 18000 blurred PUs are NOT RANDOMLY distributed!
