In naija court, I dont think fone recording is admissable evidence. Recall some court case in western nigeria involving mtn sim.

If Vanguard did not obtain her confirmation and consent in writing, I'd advise them to immidiately commence voluntary winding down the company before the court process sets in.

Im a chelsea FAN but to be honest MOU's 2nd coming is the worst thing since scolari's
even worse than AVB's grin grin grin

Is that some coaches lose their ability to read the game or what??Is this the Mourinho of the Bridge or a this one is a fraudhuhIn as much as we are blaming the players, no one can tell me what plan or tactics chelsea is playing with now.Are we attacking from the wings or was from central midfield.

Eden Hazard came on and joined Willian on the left flank and De Bruyne ended up all over the field. Not a single attack was launched from Lampard or Mikel. For Essien and Mikel i guess they were training each other in side ways passions. They kept passing the ball to each other whiles we needed to attack.
Luiz and Cahill seem to not even know each other.People are blaming Essien for the second goal but it was deft not his fault. The guy ended up lost cos he had two unmarked players by him whiles Luiz and David where rather marking each other.

Ba,Torres and Eto please join the MLS or the Gulf and leave the Blues cos you guys are far below average
[/quote]I have resolved not to watch CFC games anymore as a result of the non sense they played last nite.

Luiz is a defender yet the ball passed in btw his open legs to hit the net.
Mikel plays d same position as Yaya or Fernandinho in City, yet Mikel looked millions of light years behind the way and upward thinking play pattern of those guys.
Eto had the opening on several occasions but was more interested in refs call than scoring.
Cahill is a typical English player, all body, no brain.
De Bryne should have made way for Hazard but MOU preferred subbing Schurrie instead.

Torres, Eto, Mikel, Essien,Luiz and De Bryne should be shipped out of CFC asap for more serious minded players.

Christianity EtcRe: Open Letter To Pastor E.a. Adeboye And Pastor W.f. Kumuyi by Kx: 9:34am On Dec 18, 2013
Both Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu of SA and Martin Luther were very top clergymen who vehemently championed the fight against civil oppressions in their climes.

It is rather shocking and dissapointing that in our environ, our own clergy men hobnobb with corrupt policital leaders to the extent of inviting them to camp along with other church members to pray, pray and keep praying for them.

When will church leaders take action and personally fight for a change like Luther and Desmond Tutu did?

For those saying MOG's are fighting from the pulpit, behind the scene, all na wash.
Why did nt Luther fight silently behind the scene?

Primary school coach.
How can you spend over 100million and keep churning out those disgraceful results?
And the guy seems proud, so full of himself.

He should rejoin Jose Morinho in his former capacity if he knows whats good for him.
Must every body that have something to do with football become a coach?

In as much as OBJ was not a saint,
his performance in some ways were encouraging.

He paid off all naija debts to the last cent as against GEJ that has brought back huge debt burdens to Nigeria again both efforts shockingly under the same Ngozi Okonji Iweala.
OBJ relaunched Nigeria back into intl reckoning.
Trust if OBJ was still in power, Baba and Nigeria would have delivered cool key notes on Mandiba's memmorial ysterday.
OBJ would have made a good leader but somehow personal interest ruined it.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Paid A Huge Price For What South Africa Has Become Today by Kx: 1:59pm On Dec 10, 2013
The answers to Fashola questions are not fet fetched. WE ARE TO BLAME.

As a country, Nigeria thought campaign against racial oppression and dethroning aparteid was the end.
As a tool in the hands of the handlers of Nigerian foreign policy, fighting aparteid should have been a means to an end.
Stronger economic ties in terms and conditions stated and highly beneficial to Nigeria should have been the goal.
Aside going to SA with visa, Nigerians get issues of yellow fever vaccinations to travel to SA, while Dutch, Britains etc that fought tirelessly
to hold black SA's in bondage are given first class treatment to go to SA.

The same scenario that played out in the days of aperteid is playing out today.
If there is clash in Mali,Liberia, Ivory Coast, etc Nigerian troops will be moved in en masse with nothing in it for Nigeria at the end of the day.

Why did American troops not come to Ivory Coast?
Whether in our individual capacity or as a nation, we need not intervene nor join issues with people or nations that we have no concrete achievable goals other than being a big brother that will c her citizens deported from those countries the next day.

And na we finance the fight against aparteid.
Who we go blame?
For crying out loud, we even get Minister of Foreign Affairs as at todayhuh
Foreign AffairsRe: Nelson Mandela Memorial Service On 10th December 2013 by Kx: 12:42pm On Dec 10, 2013
Take a moment to reflect on Nigerian leadership going by what we are currently seeing on tv as per MandelA's funeral.

Leadership is not for selfish and arrogant pocket lining kindergartens.
Nigeria has never ever fought nor sacrificed anything for true leadership.
We tot chasing away the military was the main thing.
Its high time we put our minds together and enthrone true leadership.
Even in primary school i remember that "motto" in every classroom chalk board : "Aparteid is a crime against humanity"
The picture is clearer now.
Today look at were SA is and c where Nigeria is- millions of developmental years apart.
Lets choose to sacrifice for our chicldren's children to live like human beings like Mandela did
Dont tell me to start it, lets all come together and start something.

South Africa should leverage on this "sharp sharp" and start packaging to bid for the next olympics.
I see new businesses springing up in SA.
Things will never be the same.
The economic liberation that a living Mandela could not usher in for the black SA, the memmory and the weight of a dead Mandela will
open doors and super eco growth yet in the history of SA.
The world is behind SA full time.

Was he solo in ANC and did he fight the fight on his own all by himself?

I ve seen a lot of responses on computer application being taught to law students. The common one is the way pps _ graduates and students alike_term such courses BORROWED course
It is either a core/compulsory course or an elective.
The point am trying to make is it is sometimes not fair to say d standard and quality of university education has fallen when apparently even d people in and out of d schools speak in ways that leaves much to be desired.
It is not entirely fallen standard of education; its a sign of a society that has lost values, norms, and proper ways of saying and doing things

Why dont they first start by banning the importation of refined pet products that we have the crude in abundance so as
to force our refineries to work or cause new ones to spring up?
Foreign AffairsRe: Nelson Mandela Was On US Terrorist Watch-List Until 2008 by Kx: 12:33pm On Dec 06, 2013
The West is d problem. I donot see them supporting anything that will reduce or limit their interest.

I was shocked watching Aljazeera prog of Mandela this morning and saw Mag Thacther's interview where she said
Britain was against Mandela's ANC because it was a violent group. That was in the heat of the Botha's aparteid regime.

Nigeria wake up, unless we take "measures" as a people to fight this suffering imposed on us by bad leadership, ...i dont know what might be the fate of children yet unborn.

Here's what mandela said on why he took to violence
""I and some colleagues came to the conclusion that as violence in this country was inevitable, it would be wrong and unrealistic for African leaders to continue preaching peace and non-violence at a time when the government met our peaceful demands with force. It was only when all else had failed, when all channels of peaceful protest had been barred to us, that the decision was made to embark on violent forms of political struggle." - Nelson Mandela-Statement at the opening of his defence in the Rivonia treason trial, April 20, 1964.
