Is govt giving the masses and labour more time to fine tune supposed protest rallies?

It was like that initially in their Lagos-Lekki outlet.
The rush is for their sugar bread. But the salt and the wheat ones are always available but people prefer the sugar one.

After sometime, people "grew" up.
Its purely initial grar grar.

What a way and a place to die.

Nigerians weep daily when they see death corpses on the roads as a result of road accidents occasioned by bad road.
They shed tears when they read newspapers with bold headlines 9billion stolen by govt officers
They cry when PHCN equipment electrocute their wards
They cry when the govt they voted in to make life better for them spoils their joy with daily news of removal of fuel subsidy, kersosene price going from N80/ litre to the current N150/litre, vehicle plate numbers going from N12k to over N40k, Lekki tolls etc.

The tears has dried from the Nigerian Tears Bank.

To all the tenants in Lekki, is nt not time to relocate?

Banana Island for instance, are we going to have BCC,Banana Concession Company?
Ikoyi, Ikoyi Concession Company
Ketu, Ketu Concession Company
Alausa, Alausa Concession Company?

If govt meant well without any trace of selfish interest, could nt they have borrowed from world finance houses,incorporate Lagos Concession Company,build new roads under BOT arrangement, Lagos Concession Company-LaCC collects the tolls on behalf of Lagos state govt and use the proceeds to liquidate the loans with which the roads were built?

Why is there no toll in Bourdillon, Banana Island, Surulere, Ikeja, Okota,Falomo, VI, etc?

I recall Jakande Built that road initially, is it now Rehabilitate, Operate and Transfer (ROT) and no longer
Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT)

If it is BOT, why dont LCC build their road on a fallow bush/land and toll it instead of upgrading what someone else built with tax payers money years ago.
