Though I do seem to remember certificates being issued on completion of some informal courses/training. Think I even got one back in the day for one control valve training I went for.

It would however still have been considered a feat though, if he spoke plainly and said, "I have a leadership certification from Harvard U". That way, even if they discovered it was a 1-2 week course, everything would still check out, cause I'm sure some sort of certification would have been issued upon completion.

Harvard confirmed he actually finished a leadership course there, so in a way, he did graduate from Harvard.

Everyone tries to market themselves well and I think that's what he was trying to do.

He didn't lie, he just didn't state specifics.

In all fairness though, my new Lebanese mechanic is quite good, but truth be told, the car had been kazeemed so much before him.

But even my brothers Camry that hadn't been kazeemed still gives him issues from time to time, like ac, shocks and the rest.

There are just too many systems in cars for something not to go wrong - Cooling system, HVAC system, tranny, computers and wiring...

Bros, those documents should be all encompassing in a sense.

For a car to be registered, it must have had a clean title with all relevant fees and taxes paid. That's what I mean.

You and I both know that we often fix problems haphazardly in Nigeria, take for example simple census. Every administration always comes with new modes of census, national ids, national this and that, yet we can't still account for just how many Nigerians actually exist.

Let customs sanitize their agency and let there be synergy between them and car reg agency (frsc) as well.
