Hello doctors in the house. Please am few weeks pregnant and I loose strength a lot. Am easily tired and always craving sugar. I drink coke a lot just for strength. Water tastes like gall in my mouth, I just manage small. Can't finish one satchet a day. I try to eat fruits and drink lots of tea(milo and milk). Just manage small amounts of food. Take folic acid and blood vitamins alone. This is my third and it feels so weird.

Please what am I not doing right and what do I do about always being tired. Thank you.
