Thank God we got this notice by the presidency to postpone the election before now. Why is it that aggreived group are the ones with low PVC distribution rate. If they really need sometime to distribute PVC's let FG declare 3 days of public holidays afteer all shops are always locked to welcome Mr President in most PDP states. Most citizen prefer hustling to giving govt activities their time. Let FG declare public holidays if they take the election seriously and stop their cheap blackmaiks and conspiracy.
