No it is an ungodly act. Suicide in itself is a mortal sin. In suicide the person takes their life, life they did not give themselves. It is not up to them to take their own life, they didn't give themselves life. In every person lies the breath of God, and therefore in every person lies a part of God, we cannot be the ones to make a decision as to what happens to a part of God in regards to death.

the government cannot do that. they can however make sure the infrastructure is there for ppl who want to own businesses to strive.
it is not up to the government on job creation, it is up to the ppl. the govt can only create govt jobs, and not everyone can do that. the ppl need to own businesses and to do so they need to have a good business plan and stop being greedy, they need to set realistic goals and be hardworking. one can cever get rich easily. it takes hard work. it isn't mostly about becoming rich. if our mindsets were to change and become about being able to take care of our basic needs we will be just fine.

We need to support Nigerian businesses instead of doing imports. In that we only support foregin business and give them the upper hand.

However if we can create our own products and services we will be ok.

For example, we can start making our own cars, using our own financial advisors and accountants, we can start branding ourselves. In all these things, the government has no place.

You will not understand the New unless you understand the Old. The New takes place with the Old as the background. Ppl misunderstand what is happening and being said in the New because they do not know of the prophecies in the Old, and do not know of the practices in the Old. The Old isn't done away with, it is given life in the New.

I will get a write up for you. Separation of Church and State wasn't at all to state that Church was interferring on the job of the govt. It was to protect the Church, unfortunately ppl didn't see that. The bias has been so against the church that ppl automatically think that the Church is the enemy when in fact it isn't. Most of the atrocious acts that were committed were not committed by hte church as the church never gave a command for such acts, but they were committed by those who were in govts and because there was no separation of church and state the acts were attributed to the church. It's funny how the same ppl who declared a separation of church and state believed in the Church, and permitted God to be in every aspect of our lives and also permitted prayer too, and created a constitution that mirrored the 10 commandments.

Christianity never imposed on anyone the Christian belief. Contrary to popular belief it never did. But I will provide you with the write up, and lastly Christianity built western civilization.

On the onset they weren't however you wouldn't know of democracy had the christian monks not preserved it, the writings of the ancient ppls you know of today was preserved by christian monks, their culture and all were preserved by the monks. If Christianity was the evil, it would have destroyed everything instead of preserved it, and exposed it to the rest of the world. So yes you wouldn't know democracy today if it weren't for the christians.

I don't know what the bolded has to do with the end of the world, but I do know that the rise of Islam and suppression of Christianity shows prejudice against Christians. No one dare speak to a muslim about praying in their office, infact they provide room for them to do so. I see this at my place of work.I work with abused children that have been taken away from their families and they have to be supervised at all times. The muslim man that worked here could easily leave the kids and go to pray, when I started working, I found it hard to pray, and just like him I have prayers to do at certain hours of the day, and it was almost impossible for me to do it. My coworkers are the ones that help to make sure I get to pray whenever I want to, and most of the time, I am praying while watching the kids, feeding them, and such.

Seriously it's not even about the fact that the infrastructure is not stable in Nigeria, it's that social security isn't a good scheme to adopt. The governments job is not to have everyone rely on them for handouts from others paychecks. The government's job is national/regional security, financial regulation, and infrastructure to allow the people to have businesses and support themselves. It isn't the gov'ts job to raise children ppl bring into the world, or to take care of ppl's parents. That is the family structure, and the family structure has dwindled in places where this scheme is adopted. Pls do not bring it to Nigeria.

You can only speak of democracy because Christianity introduced it. The reason you have freedom of belief is because Christianity introduced it. Make sure you are actually checking with credible historians and not someone who posts something on the web that agrees with you. Most credible historians today will tell you that Christianity is the reason you have freedom today.

I am not so sure I am in support of this. Just because it's done in the west doesn't mean it's working. Social security is crumbling in the U.S. Nigeria doesn't need to copy the social security scheme. Abeg we don't need extra taxes.

that is why the doctrine of purgatory is biblical. And the Bible says Jesus descended unto the land of the dead (Hades, Sheol, Purgatory all the same place), and he preached to those in prison, and they were saved there. They heard the gospel sir or madam.

if you're truly sure that God sent you to preach the gospel via the TV, then you don't have to beg cos the God that sent you will surely provide the money u need to do His work in such a way that'll u'll know its the hand of God. Was He not the one that commanded raven to feed His prophet?

pls stop inserting ur own personal opinion. Jesus saying he will send another advocate does not mean one existed before that is different from the one he sent. The first advocate he's talking about is himself, and the second advocate is the Spirit, so there aren't two Spirits, it's the same Spirit. The same Spirit that overshadowed Mary is the same one Jesus sent into our hearts. God's spirit is not of many spirits, it is the same one. Because God is infinite it is not up to you to determine that the Spirit that came upon Mary expired and then another one parted the red sea, and then another one sent to the disciples. You cannot view God's spirit as matter, The Spirit is infinite and because It's Spirit it is not confined to time and space like you and are as physical bodies are. SO you must not view the Spirit as a physical body, because it is not, it is a Spirit. So it is very possible that the Spirit that parted the Red Sea, overshadowed Mary, came upon Jesus and was sent to the apostles. It is the same Spirit, it never expires.

I am sorry that when you went to look for anti-christian things on the web you found this, whomever posted it also looks at the Spirit from a carnal view, and instead of realising that God's Spirit is infinite and timeless and not bound by space, looked at the Spirit as if it's a physical being. Was James disagreeing with Paul?

I say no. I say you misinterpret what Paul says. Paul in speaking about works speaks about works without the faith. James in speaking about speak about works with the faith. They both speak of the same thing. The Catholic church teaches that if you do not have faith in christ, your works no matter how good will not save you. The Church also teaches that if you do have faith in Christ and you do not do good works, your faith alone will not save you. Even the demons have faith and are still demons. They do believe that Christ is the Son of God, and yet they are not in heaven, they believe God is real yet they are not in heaven. They do believe in God yet they are still demons. It doesn't matter if you just call Jesus Lord, You will have to show that Jesus is your Lord by your good works. You will have to act upon that faith. And that is what the Church teaches.

You constantly boast of the works of the RCC. You're guilty of that which Paul denounces. Is it any wonder why monks use to beat themselves in penance? Is it any wonder that sinners had to do penance in order to appease God's judgment and curse as taught by friars and priests?

I have never boasted about any good works of the RCC, do not bear false witness against me, I defend the RCC, and not just the RCC the whole Catholic Church, I bet you have no idea what the Whole Catholic Church is. Christ himself calls us to penance, if you do not do penance how do you expect him to forgive you, or is it that you do not know what penance is?
