Well it depends on what u mean by "proper". 18 is the age that formally welcomes u into adulthood(18 is the stardard adult age in most part of the world according to the law). So at 18 .u're an adult , nomore a kid. So whyn't- u can be pregnant at 18. But i dont think it's proper getting pregnant outside of marriage.
