please dear. i could urge you to take some personal moment for urself and rethink before the making of the decision. take the moment to seek the face of god. my brother , there is no matter too big for god. commit everything to the lord in prayer, and he will direct ur path. i urge u to also join faith with ur wife and pray together.

Nowdays women are more career orientated. With the university education, and the building of a career. She is focus and determined to get to the top. Because of these , some ladies choose to marry now and postpone the baby making for later. some ladies just postpone the marriage alltogether. Andofcourse we are all aware of the health factor align with age and and starting of a family.

For a young lady , thats very career conscious. And one who feel the need to get settled into marriage and have a family. What would be the best age range that would be advisable for her to get marry and have children?

This days people spend quite a huge amount on their wedding. some people will spend all their savings just to have that "wedding". How about investing some of this money to the actual life of the marriage.
wedding is a day business. marriage is an everyday business.


TO THE SINGLES: what will be your budget amount for that 'special wedding' of yours?
TO THE MARRIED: how much did you spent on that "unforgettable wedding"? was that your budgeted amount?

This is for the nigerians in da house. If you're in abroad and yet to marry, will you consider a trip home to search for that husband or wife?

Some people do go back home because they couldn't find their ideal person of their choice to marry. It is like the ladies or men abroad aint just their type for marriage. so going home to find a spouse has been a true success for some.

@temi so is it a pride thin for the rich men daugthers to keep their father's name?

also some of these nollywood big girls like omotola , stella, kate ,have kept their father's name in marriage.

@ mamaput. i know . some of these so called traditions are just unspeakable. in the nigerian society, a single lady or a married woman that lives alone are looked down upon. it is like a shamful thing. and the society will give them all sorts of negative meanings. thats why some women will remain at their husband's home even if they are at the point of death. because all options are like a blockout. they cannot return to their parents home 'cos thats a taboo . and they cannot live alone 'cos thats another big taboo.

only god can help us with some of this cultural beliefs.

married couples should share a joint account. and at the same time there is nothing stoping them to operate their own personalised account.
