Sales meeting in the USA, see with my own eyes.

Out of 500 sales reps, software engineers and support stuff only a hand full where black.
And i have see how fair france and british people can be to black people in the private sector.

Sometimes i feel like crying !!!

And please read the english press, what was this within the London Police Service.
Oya cry for them then! huh while your at it cry for the ones you will never know are high flyers in the UK and the USA,
abeg jare, im comparing germany to US and UK and your sitting their trying to say its almost the same thing, !

It definetly is NOT,
By the by, do you want to say the same thing about me,  Im in a senior position in the pharma industry at the age of 25 and at least 30% of our company are of black indigine,  FACT.

Which part of i did not say racism does not exist in the UK didnt you quite get huh
Or am i speaking deutsch? huh

Well, let me tell you something about the police force lets compare and contrast,

Would a Policeman stop a black man driving a flash car and beat a Black man black and blue for absolutely no reason and get away with it SCOT FREE by fabricating a story within the station even when evidence points in the other direction?

Happened to my uncle,

Would the immigration at the airport who know a black man in particular to travel frequently with his kids to London, deliberatly humiliate and violate both the black man and his kids by stripping them completely unclothed including the poor babies and let them go wth no explanation?

Happened to my uncle and kids!

Would the police stand by while a fellow black man is beating the crap out of another black man to the point that TODAY the beaten black man was left for dead and in a COMA with some permanent brain damage?

This happened to my uncle,

If you were a 1st time visitor to the UK would you end up in the paper the next day because a new black person was in town? huh huh

That happened to me 10 years ago when i first went to germany, my first and last time i enter that place. angry undecided embarassed embarassed embarassed

Which problem?
I am their mother.
I am a german.
Their are living here in germany and this for the next 18 years and may be longer.
So their main culture is here, because they have to live in this country.

when i would be in nigeria it would be the other way round.

culture is nothing, you can adapt to any culture when you are interested in it. What is important is to know his family.
And for an old woman who has lost so many children is important to see her son and his children.

I didn`t say that black/black or white/white couples dont have any problems.
But for them its easier.

When you want to have a permanent relationship and not just your fun for some nights, its very difficult to be together with a person from another country, exspecially when the countrys are so different, like Germany and Nigeria.

Its starts with the point of where you want to live in future. My boyfriend wants to go back when he is older. I want to live in my country. His parenst need somebody when they are getting older and my too, so where you want to stay?

One will always lose.
Selena did you not think of this before? undecided huh huh
Or did you think he would want to grown old and drop dead in a white mans land?
Furthermore, what about the kids?
Will they never know their fathers land?

My aunt was honest and said its a cool thing in germany for young ladies to date a black guy, all the ladies seem to go crazy over them,  but this is always the end story as you have just posted embarassed embarassed cry

Well, my dear, this is what RELATIONSHIPS are all abt, give and take!!
Both parties have to make sacrifices  in order for them to forge ahead together as one,

Even though my aunt (My uncles ex wife) separated from my uncle, we are in very good terms with her and the children adore there nigerian roots and family.
The children come during their holidays at their own accord because they feel their German family are not real family to them,
German as much as it is moving forward in terms of racism etc,  it is stil faaaaaaaar behind compared to UK, USA etc,
Your kids will feel it like it or not because my cousins got their fair share of insult/teasing  and crap in school and by the german society angry angry angry

My point is make a decision that will benefit you, your children and relationship now and for the future ahead, dont listen to enemies of progress who are probably jealous and want what you have,

^ original has a red line when it's opened its their trademark any fakes that lines it red will get in trouble.
at poster yes it tones, i was a fair person i have gone dark through the years, cause of sun and stuff but i started dudu osun and i went back to my original colour which i was in high school but its almost a year now after i went back to my normal color, it stays the same i thought its gonna continue toning but it dinnt so its sort of confusing
Hun, i dont think its toning you, i think it exfoliated all the dead cells away, hence, bringing up all the renewed natural skin colour.
When you stay in the sun too much without proper skin protection (suncream) you will get a tan/burn,
To get rid of your suntan just exfoliate lots and protect your skin, before you know it you have gone back to your normal skin tone,
That why i said dudu osun doen't tone otherwise, like you said it would have lightened you more than your original colour, wink
FashionRe: Sun Screen Creams by LadyDee1(f): 8:59pm On Jul 13, 2010
The best and recommended to prevent tanning and protect your skin is Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch spf50 or La rochay anthelios SPF 50,
Both have either Helioplex or Mexoyl XL which are important agents to prevent and stop UVA/UVB rays - UVB rays are causing the burning/tanning.

I use la rochay and its the best, wink
FashionRe: Help On Sunscreen That Will Not Darken My Skin by LadyDee1(f): 8:55pm On Jul 13, 2010
I use sunscreen EVERYDAY without fail before i step out of my house into the heat,

The best Sunscreens to use to help prevent sun Tanning is Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch SPF 50 and upwards I use the SPF100.

Or another excellent one is La Rochay Anthelios Posay SPF50 which has Mexoryl XL which prevents and stops UVA/UVB rays. grin

Either of the 2 are most recommended to prevent tanning smiley

DuDu Osun is kiss kiss kiss kiss

I love IT!! Its amazing for the skin, a very good exfoliator, removes dead skin cells so your skin glows!!
Im kinda fair in general but this soap does not tone it just thoroughly cleanses,

The west are scouring sites for the original Black soap (dudu osun is the nigerian version and there is a ghanian version which is for sensitive skin).

She is not a child, she wasnt born yesterday, if she knew she couldnt keep up with the temptation why didnt she quit and relocate immediately? what was her husband supposed to do? go to the court to bring her back home? you can only force the horse to d stream. . . . . .

And yes you have defended her actions, do you wanna go back to your post and see where you were accusing him of not putting his manly plate down, thus the reason for her cheating? arent you trying to justify her actions? THE MOMENT A GUY TELLS ME HE IS IGBO, I LOSE INTEREST.
I DO HAVE THIS STEREOTYPICAL REPRESENTATION OF IGBO MEN IN MY HEAD AND IT JUST PUTS ME OFF,

MY FATHER HATES THE "TRIBE YORUBA", HE HAS TOLD ME ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS NEVER TO BRING HOME A YORUBA MAN.
MY FATHER IS A GOOD MAN, AND HE HAS HIS REASONS; HIS TWO SISTERS WERE MARRIED TO YORUBA MEN AND THEY WERE NOT TREATED RIGHT.
MY COUSIN GOT MARRIED TO SOME YORUBA MAN FROM CANADA 4 YEARS AGO,
AFTER THE WEDDING, HE STAYED WITH HER IN NIGERIA FOR A MONTH, AFTER WHICH HE LEFT FOR CANADA. WELL BOTTOM LINE IS HE NEVER RETURNED TO HIS WIFE, AND UNFORTUNATELY FOR HER, SHE WAS PREGNANT AND NOW HAS A SET OF TWIN {BOYS} BUT NO FATHER.

WHEN my Dad FOUND OUT THAT MY LAST BF OF FOUR YEARS WAS YORUBA, HE TALKED AND TALKED AND TALKED
FRUSTRATION DROVE ME TO BREAKING UP WITH HIM.

AFTER TWO YEARS OF SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT IGBO GUY, I MET AN AWESOME YORUBA GUY "again" lol
HE IS THE SWEETEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME
HE MAKES ME HAPPY IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND "YES" I DO LOVE HIM
RECENTLY HE HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT RINGS, ASKING ME WHAT TYPE OF RING I like, TAKING ME TO JEWLERY STORES TO LOOK AROUND, I SUSPECT A PROPOSAL

BUT I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE LOVE OF MY FAMILY
AND AT THE SAME TIME I DO LOVE THIS GUY,,,
I CANT SIT AROUND WAITING FOR THE PERFECT IGBO GUY

@Ja4naija, Are you a male or female?

There is no drugs that will give you such results in such a tight timeframe unfortunatly, however, have you reviewed your eating habits?
How active are you?

The resolution to Weight management with respect to both Gaining or Loosing is the same concept,
If you increase your calorie intake and decrease your activity/exercise you will GAIN weight.

Its important to have a healthy but varied diet. smiley

I see no reason why the kid should be given regular dosage of mild antibiotics when a test wasn't carried out to identify any underlying infection.Afterall, the bloody stool seems to be diet-related.
This is poor child care management since it has been occurring for more than two years now.
I completely agree with you, this is poor child care management and misuse ofr antibiotics, angry
Even if he has an infection, the antibiotics will be useless now since the virus/bacteria is already multiplied into a more resistant strain, sad

@ OP try and encourage him to eat more fruit and vegetables e.g. orange, banana, carrots and for more fibrous foods give hime weetabix (whole grain wheats cereal)

this should keep him regular and help his bowel movements, his stools will be much easier to pass and much softer wink
HealthRe: I Need Help On Strecth Mark. by LadyDee1(f): 9:05pm On Jul 01, 2010
Retin a is used to reduce stretch marks, it is a form of vitamin a (acidic) and increases skin cells shedding, therefore, removing layers of dead skin.
Stretch marks are caused by loss of collagen in the skin caused by skin expanding and decreasing at a fast rate in a short period of time usually,

Retin A increases the collagen in skin, hence, reducing stretch marks and eliminating it in the long run and if used properly.

I use it and it works very well, the stretch marks I had are completely gone, smiley
So i can vouch for it, it is also used for fine lines and wrinkles to smooth them out,
HealthRe: Help! He Stools Blood. by LadyDee1(f): 8:52pm On Jul 01, 2010
If he has developed piles as you stated i advise you vary his diet.
The piles have formed in the first place from a high protein/carb diet and very low fibre intake causing constipation.

Try and reduce his carbohydrate and protein intake e.g. potatoe, yam, bread etc and increase his fibre intake.
This will help his bowl movements and his stools will be much softer which will help in reducing the blood in his stools.

Blood in his stools are usually due to him straining causing the blood vessels in the haemmorroids to rupture and bleed.

If the bleeding persists please take him to a doctor who can offer alternative treatment e.g. suppositoriies or oral medication,

Distance especially for a short while shouldnt be a barrier, not when the other person is constantly visiting or keeping intouch. There is nothing like preventing un necessary evil, she was loose, she is a love-peddler and as far as i am concerned distance isnt the cause of it, for all we care this relationship might have been going on even before they got married

She def cant eat her cake and have it, what else did she want? how else did she want it that she couldnt teach her husband, how did she feel opening her legs for another man?

Goodness this man has no blame, if they have been married for 2 yrs or even a year, ehen then i will ask him why he allowed her stay so far away, but this is just a few months married life

Lady dee are you for real? undecided seriously?

What do you mean he would have put his foot on the ground, we have alot of married couples living afar from each other and still stay faithful to eachother, how does his not bringing or forcing her to come over justify her cheating habits?
I am not an advocate for divorce but if it happens in this case, the dude is 100% on the track, why even stay married to this person when you know this image isnt going to leave your mind? why stay married when the trust is gone? Infact it takes God to make this man enjoy intimacy with this woman again, cos the first thing that creeps up his mind is "I wonder how this man gave it to her"

Is having a husband who is very understanding a crime? this man obviously gave his wife time to settle herself off in abuja before coming to lagos, they have been married only for a couple of months, what is his fault here?

I can't see it, show me

@those saying forgive and talk to her , its easier said than done, this is infidelity for heavens sake, this is adultery, opening your legs to another man whilst married and also treating your husband like sh.it, seriously we are all human beings, i wouldnt even look at my husband without giving him a knock over with my 6inches heel not to talk of sitting down and talking about it, goodness I am feeling very irritated right now
You dont understand why i said that? huh
They were a NEWLY WEDDED COUPLE a time you cant get enough of each other!! if she was pussy footing around the idea of moving to him or vice versa, he as her HUSBAND should have taken the MANLY PLATE and taken immediate action, angry

he was being understanding by doing what? huh waiting for her to settle in Abuja? Why the hell should she be settling in abuja if her husband is in LAGOS,
Im not trying to imply if your separated its ok to cheat, NOT AT ALL!

From experience and wise words from my Popsy living apart is NEVER a good idea especially with newly weds, thats straight walking into danger zone!! shocked shocked sad sad

Lady Dee
My father was a typical ibo man too. I remember him bathing me as a little kid and helping in the house. He used to and still cooks occassionally because he loves it and he is over 70. He even washed the dishes sometimes. He was the one who taught me how to cook and do everything as a woman. But no matter how much he did, my mother always knew that it was her duty.
My husband helps me sometimes with the housework or cooks. I always thank him for evrything he does. He asks me sometimes why and I tell him because it is my duty and he is helpiing me. I love him so much for it because I know he only does it to relieve me. He does it happily because he knows I appreciate it and don`t take it for granted. However there are certain things I would never let him do.
Very often I really spoil him, tidy up real good the house, cook him something special and serve him his food in the real traditional way, help him take off his cloths and prepare for his bath. He loves that too and always asks me what is the special - I tell him I am prepariiing him for night duty wink
The more she submits to her husband and tries to please him the more the man loves her and has the urge to protect her and make her happy.
You know what, ?
I understand you perfectly but i think theres just a couple of things we may disagree on, so lets just agree to disagree,  wink
Your quite right with respect to submission and knowing how to please her husband and overall simple respect!
Overall, yes the OP's wife was straight wrong in her actions and it some how is more frowned upon when a woman does it,
