seunmsg:Most Democratic countries require 50% to define representative of the people, not the 33% percent that was even awarded. The article is not talking about the winner of the election but the "majority decision" of Nigerians. |
How many States? Tinubu won 12 Announced minus Rivers State making it 11 States out of 36 States and Abuja. Imagine 11 States out of 37 Federating Units being defined as the representative of the country. According to INEC IREV portal tabulations. Atiku got 12 States Obi got 12 States plus Abuja Tinubu got 11 States Kwankwaso got a State. |
Provided that Aburi didn't sign any documents during the elections the party conducted, which was monitored by INEC, it can not be said to be disobedience to a court order. The party has a right to conduct the primary election even if all the Excos are suspended by the court. Alex Otti was the chairman of the committee that handled the election in Imo State and as such the judgment will be overruled on appeal. |
sonature1:You didn't read the opinion editorial to comprehend. Next time read slowly. |
Others are Maj Gen NC Ugbo from Nigerian Army Signals School to Department of Civil Military Affairs and appointed Chief of Civil Military Affairs;God bless President Tinubu. At last no more operations python dances. Imagine having pythons dancing year by year in Southern Nigeria but never in the North. |
Jogs1900:$4 million for 25 Startups? That's no money at all. Do you think that your share of that money can sustain a 2x2 shop in Lagos State? Na childishness dey worry most of you. Do you know the total amount in dollars Igbo businesses use to settle the boys after completion of "Nwaboy" annually? |

Go and sit down. Most of all these political jobbers don't know what "due process" means. They think the President and Governors are Emperors. The government comprises elected officials and appointed officials confirmed by the Legislature and commissioned to carry out the functions of the State. What we need now is the composition of Federal and States Executive Councils for the business of the government to kick off. |
helinues:Let me help us with the truth. If you like believe, if you don't like no problem. The majority of the UGM in Southeast are majorly the relatives and friends of unjust murdered Igbo youths by Nigeria Security Forces in jungle justice. These guys vowed to avenge the death of a loved one as they mourn their deaths in tears. The UGM are not that coordinated force. The promise made to a dead person is sacrosanct and can only be avoided by a peace and reconciliation committee and restitution. This is the fact about the majority of the activities of the UGM. |
Had Dr Okonjo Iweala been the Finance Minister and Sanusi the CBN Governor while Jonathan is the President, will President Bola Tinubu be calling Mallam Sanusi alone and not Okonjo Iweala and Jonathan? The final authority is with Buhari and his finance minister and as such should be called out, together with Emefiele. I don't like hypocrisy. Criticise Buhari's government and we will know you are different and fearless. |
bhella10:You never see something. Your wailing is just starting. Na you and them for one Nigeria. You see a tribe that Whitemen couldn't enslave in tens na them you want turn to second class citizens. You have failed woefully.
|
Trying to console yourself for the burden the politicians should bear. Why do so many poor or barely middle-class people defend wicked rich, crooked politicians even when they got no incentive to do so? |
saveman91:You saw poverty and started admiring it. Divide N1.014 trillion by N130 per dollar for an allocation of 10 years ago compared to N700 billion divided by 750 per dollar.
|
Nigeria is getting poorer by the day. 10 years ago, we share more than one trillion under Jonathan with oil benchmark @N97 but ten years later see what we got.
|
priceactionx:Stop babbling. Nigeria should be exporting food outside the country. Why should imported rice be cheaper than what we grow in Nigeria? Carry your failed economics go dump that garbage in the ocean. Lazy youths. During our youthful days we farm from 7 am to 5 pm with crude farm implements but nowadays, Na guy man dey hungry una. |
Just like Buhari promised to do with our refineries? Just sell off the garbage you called moribund industries. |
goldstar25:Aquaclox is N1500 and works the same. |
By their comments, you will know those people still eating from their mum's pots. Don't waste energy arguing with infants. They are selling the PMS with the Station for N340. |
This is only possible when you concentrate oil and gas exploration in the Niger Delta, Eastern Nigeria and do not politicize our revenue generation by looking for drums of oil from the Sahel region as Buhari was busy doing throughout his 8 years regime. |
Asari and his boys are fighting alongside our Military in defence of Fulani herdsmen across the country since Buhari's second term in office. I suspect most of his boys in the military and DSS uniforms have been killed by UGM and as such his hatred for Nnamdi Kanu and the Igbo nationality in general is intense. |
You should first ask what it does. When you realize you need a sip of it when you're tensed, irritated, stressed and lost focus, the money wouldn't be a problem. |
Are degenerated people making excuses to be exonerated? Taa gbafuo dia. Your madam better pass una. It was your choice. Statistics coming out from Facebook and Instagram show that the majority of Nigerian ladies are into hookups. I mean "Ashàwô" Degenerated generation and business partners are the same. Evil people. |

sangresan:Stop writing rubbish. |
sangresan:Nobody needs any approval to quote what is on WAEC or Police Website as public records. Police issue public reports from time to time as contained on their website and these are factual information and can be quoted and tendered as evidence in court anytime, anyway without permission from the commission. |
MT:I always shake my head when people like you throw away decorum because of politics. The subpoena was written by the court and as such she can't make claims. The court knows she is speaking the truth. Her reports are a public document on the AWS website. The Judges know what public records mean and as such do not get validated by the presenter or the messenger. |
INEC should not make claims that will make the world ridicule Nigeria. Eg: "Our Servers were attacked or hacked" when it's a known fact that such never happened. Was the Server Attacked? A "Yes" or a "No" answer is what is needed from INEC than this jamboree cross-examination by INEC lawyers that offers no clue of what happened that day. INEC is a referee and not a political party that employs every available lawful trick to win elections. This particular session has nothing to do with APC as it relates to INEC motives and transparency. |
Omenlon:The conclusion is self-explanatory. She is just there like a Pastor who read a passage of the Bible as what Jesus said, or like an Imam who read some passages of the Koran as what Mohamed said. Those are not her words and as such can't be interpreted on her terms but on the authenticity of the AWS claims as published on their websites. The court also noted, based on her admittance that the subpoena that compelled her appearance was not delivered to the company she works for, but to her in person. This led to further questioning on how she got the report she submitted before the court, and she responded that they are public information posted on AWS Amazon. |
abbey621:You didn't read the part that the Court agreed that the surpenoed was not to AWS but as the Staff of AWS in her private capacity. According to her statement, everything she exerted are public records of AWS and as such authentic and unquestionable. The court also noted, based on her admittance that the subpoena that compelled her appearance was not delivered to the company she works for, but to her in person. This led to further questioning on how she got the report she submitted before the court, and she responded that they are public information posted on the AWS Amazon. |
savcy:Yar'dua was the worst President. Nigeria was just stagnant and unproductive. The problems of Nigeria worsen with the return of Refineries from Dangote after privatisation. |
