These govt wud love to see us underdevelop becos it is a perfect excuse to ask for more money to develop it. God help us.

Nice analysis. But one big question, did the corruption in subsidy suddenly quadrupule in 2011? Hw was the perious admin able to manage the foriegn resevere and still manage subsidy?
