I am sorry for you..

But I am most sorry for the OP if he chooses to listen to your "foolish" counsel...

Last last, He has a choice to make..

May he be wise enough to take good counsel..

You must be the greatest fooool on planet earth to spew something as stupid as your write up from your demented brain.

You called yourself an educated person and yet your common sense couldn’t figure out the fact that the lady was already pregnant before her weakling boyfriend slept with her.

Based on the numerous evidence littered on the OP writeup, it’s so obvious that the lady was already pregnant before sleeping with her Useless and irresponsible boyfriend.

I don't normally talk much on nairaland, but I had to respond to you to put certain Things straight...
First: pregnancy is calculated from the last time a woman sees her menses.. which is usually about 10-14 days before ovulation..that being said, it is obvious she was ovulating when she came to your house..
That means that if she slept with you on the 3rd of November, then you are actually responsible for the pregnancy because the pregnancy duration starts counting from the last time she menstruated, which should be about six week.

Please I suggest you go see her parents immediately and commenc marriage preparations because "brother" it is your child she is carrying.

360frolic:
Ajibola Alao, 29, a member of a one-chance gang arrested by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command, has disclosed that his failure to heed his late mother’s advice not to steal other peoples’ sweat caused his arrest.

Alao was chased and arrested on Thursday afternoon during one of his routine operations in Oshodi after dispossessing their lone passenger of his two phones and the sum of N60,000:00.

The suspect, in company of the driver and conductor of their operational bus, a Volkswagen Transporter, with registration number, APP 820 XE, had picked up their passenger, Asotie Benedict, at Ladipo with agreed plan to drop him at Oshodi Under Bridge.

But instead, Alao and his accomplices, armed with an alternative plan did not stop at Oshodi Under Bridge for him to alight.

Citing the presence of LASTMA at that Bus Stop, they pretended they ascending the bridge towards Oshodi Oke, it was at this point they dispossessed Asotie of his two mobile phones (Blackberry Passport and Samsung) and his wallet containing N60,000:00 before forcing him to alight while the vehicle was in motion.

According to Asotie, 24, “After throwing me out in motion, they threw N100:00 fare beside me on the road, perhaps, for me to find my way back home. But, I didn’t give up, I chased the danfo bus…. Fortunately, I sighted RRS vehicle, Response 091 and I quickly alerted them and they chased the vehicle to a halt. They arrested Alao, who took all I had on me but the driver and the conductor abandoned their vehicle and escaped.”

He added, “All they took from me were found on him and some additional phones, which he disclosed to the police they took from previous victims of their one-chance operations.”

Alao, in his confessional statement, admitted been be part of a three man one-chance gang and that the two additional phones in his possession belonged to two previous victims of their operation in Oshodi.

He stated “I have been in the business of one-chance since 2015. At a point, I stopped and began pickpocketing, joining buses to Sango, Agege, Oshodi, Apapa and disembarking whenever I had fleeced commuters of their phones and money…. At a time, I was arrested in Mushin Olosa Police station. My mum, who was very ill and on admission in an hospital at that time was brought to see me in a chattered car in detention…. She pleaded with the officers and secured my bail. She warned me repeatedly never to take other peoples’ sweat.”

“She told me that if I have been using other peoples’ sweat to foot her hospital bills, I should stop it forthwith. She insisted that if I want to live long, I should stop stealing from people. She added that the consequences would be too severe for me if I go back again. Few weeks after the incident, she died,” he disclosed.

He continued: I did it then because I needed N140, 000 to pay my house rent. At this time, I got more than that from a week’s operation but I didn’t stop then. Now, I went back into it to help raise funds for my siblings so that they won't follow the same path…. I am the first child and the breadwinner of the family. Since the death of my mother, I have been taking care of my brothers. That was my promise to my mum before her death…. Most of my colleagues in the business were arrested by RRS last year. Few ones who were not arrested relocated to other states.”

Confirming the development, the State's Police Public Relations Officer, Superintendent of Police, SP. Dolapo Badmos, said that the Command will not rest on its oars in nipping in the bud criminal activities in the state.

The suspect has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Yaba, for further investigation.

HRich:
Shagari was in office from 1979 to 1983. They say his
government looted the national treasury. Things were not so
good but Nigeria did not go into an economic recession. Then
Buhari came as military Head of State and was in office from
1983 to 1985. They say he did not loot. But during his time in
office, Nigeria fell into a deep economic recession. Then
came Babangida. They say he looted Nigeria from 1985 to
1993. Yet there was no economic recession. After Babangida
came Shonekan and Abacha from 1993 to 1998. Abacha was
also said to have looted the treasury. In fact, his loot
stashed abroad is still being recovered till today. Yet there
was still no economic recession. From 1998 to 2015, we have
had Abdulsalami, Obasanjo, Yar'Adua and Jonathan. All
administrations were accused of looting the treasury. Still
there was no recession. Now Buhari is back and we are once
again in a recession and you say "LOOTING" of the Jonathan
years is the cause? Are we okay
Do u need a prophet to tell u that this pmb is a proven

Hello Gourmets,

The fact that the price of tomatoes has
become highly inflated is no longer
news. What is news however, is that
carrots can be substituted for the
almighty tomatoes. (Are you serious) Yes
o. As serious as a heart attack. The first
time I heard about this was on Facebook
page. A girl saying she made carrot stew.
So, out of curiosity, I decided to give it a
shot. The taste, Divine was the best
synonym I could come up with.
So, before I go ahead telling you how to
prepare this special stew, I'll like to
elucidate on the nutrional benefits of
carrots.
* It prevents cancer
* It aids digestion (cos it's a vegetable)
*Improves eyesight
*Reduces the risk of stroke
*Boosts the immune system and
Reduces blood pressure among others
OK. So, let's get to business. The
condiments needed for this amazing
stew include;
* Cooking oil, preferably vegetable oil.
* Diced onions
* Blended rodo/pepper
* Diced carrots
* A sachet of tomatoes puree
* Maggi, salt, (Curry )
* Chicken/Fish/ Beef
METHOD
Heat the veg. Oil for a while, add the
diced onion and stir continually till it's
well fried. Max 1 minute. The tomato
puree comes in next. Stir until it is
deeply fried. Add the blended rodo and
keep stirring. Add a little water as you
stir. Let it fry for a while. Then add the
diced carrots and stir well with the sauce
in the pot. Add seasoning ie, maggi, salt,
ginger, garlic and a little curry. Then
add your Fish or Beef or whatever it is
you want to garnish it with. Leave for
two minutes and your Delicious Carrot
stew is ready.
It goes well with Rice, Macaroni,
Spaghetti, Couscous or Yam. Enjoy.

PS: This thread is not in any way about
being miserly. It's just about learning
how to diversify; being more creative in
your cooking and adding colours to what
you eat.

it all depends on your financial capacity...

pay your childs fees based on how capable you are finiancially,, but the trick is mak sure not to over stretch your finances while trying to give your child the best...

How much school fees can be considered too much for you to pay for your ward/child?I had the opportunity to be at a venue for common entrance recently. The interesting thing is though the amount charged is in the region of half a million naira per term. The interesting part is that some parents think it is cheap and very affordable. So will you be willing to set a limit to what you are willing to pay as schools fees or is there no limit?

The day she finally reacts, yuou blame a snake that you killed... what rubbish
kingofthesouth:
continuation

in the morning i didnt tell anyone. I watered the flowers and washed her cars. When she came out side i greeted her then for the first time she asked me where i worshipped i answered then she told me she asked because she normally sees me praying everytime. She advised me to keep it up that its good to be a strong christian. Then i went home

after what happened that night i was unable to sleep whenever i go to work because of fear so i was always awake till day break.

After some weeks i was at work and still awake around 3am then i saw a snake which i suspected to be the one i had seen before, this time i used a stick to kill it.

In the morning i first called the driver and showed him. He told me he has been telling madam to fumigate the compound but she wont agree. He told me not to burry it so that madam will come and see so that she will agree to fumigate the compound.

When madam came out i greeted her twice but she didnt answer me. Normally when i greet her she would answer and ask how am doing. She drove out.
Her behaviour toward me changed since that day.

5 days after i came to work late(note this is not the first time i was late) i arrived there 6:33pm and this woman abused the hell out of me. She called me so many names and it was as if she was having something against me, this was the first time i saw her in this mood

i tried to apologise but she said i should shut up. She said am now lazy and i seep off immediately when i come to work which is a lie she also said she is wasting her money on me that am of no use there.

I pleaded with her to check her cameras but she refused. She called our office and reported me and i was replaced.

My supervisor wanted to post me to another place but i told him i have resigned.

Since then i have not been my self . I dont sleep well again becos of fear. My spirit keeps telling me she sacked me because of the snake i killed .

my friend, the moral of the story is DONT CHEAT PEOPLE, COS CHEATING DOESNT PAY. you were only paid back in your own coin......

legundarybeans:
Hello NL's i really don't know where to post this. but i think the mods should be able to help me with the right location.

This happened to me yesterday 23/05/2016........Ok i happen to have a samsung s4 phone which i planned to swap because of the following issues, bluetooth nd wifi not working, charging port works but instead of charging the phone would be discharging, cos of this, i have to use a desktop to charge, also its boils like hell!, faulty touchpad, little bit cracked screen, all the air gestures are not working, and extremely faulty to the core, with all this problems, my plan was not to spend a dime on the phone again cos have spent quite alot on trial and error engineers(abt 15k) cn u imagine? ....having heard of all what computer villa guys do to people i set out yesterday, to be on a safer side i had it in mind that when i get there i would try and locate a 'jolly just come' in CV that does swap (judging by face sha)with a mind set that i was gonna "chop hin eye" with a phone swap. of course,i was not planning to tell them all the problems it had,(having it in mind that they won't discover all no matter what)......(me sef won form smart)......of course i smart na!...... not knowing that its my own eye tha'ts gonna be 'chopped'. on getting to CV, as usual i met those guys at the entrance, after checking out the one i wanted transact business with.i told him what i wanted, I.E a samsung s5 which i was planning to swap with my s4.

After checking the phone normally, He only noticed like half of the problems.... (maybe cos of the mischief he himself was up to)....he confirmed that he did not have an s5 and that even if i get i would have to part away with alot of money b4 i can aquire it cos of the condition of my phone..... well i did't have much on me so i thought of opting for something lesser.........seeing this, he then brought out a BBZ10, along the line i got interested, tho the phone looked ok.it had some deep shit within which i didn't easily locate wen checkin, maybe its cos of the condition of my phone i didn't check well sha,i don't really know.Though i wanted to take the phone to an engineer to check if there was anything wrong with it, i forgot, maybe this was because of what i had up on my sleeves or his juju was more powerful.....i dont really know....after arguing and debating we agreed to make the swap with "my almost dead s4",balancing him with some money. thinking av outsmarted in my way i hopped off happily........

On putting my "mtn" sim in the phone in another shop where i do get battries i noticed the phone was bringing out "glo" network..... ah mogbe! that was only the beginning....as there was still more to come, extending my check, i opened the back of the phone to check what was wrong, as i did that, about 3 bolts fell out.... yeeeh! aH! na so i won dey cry......giving the phone to another person to check it out, i was told that av been sold a total scrap! omo wetin i fit do? nothing o! cos me sef i know the phone i bin give the guy too sef na problem phone....but i checked this phone nw, i didnt notice anything, he even had a missed call b4 i collected it..... so how come e dey see alien network?.....na who i go aski o?....... the thing wey pain me pass na the raba wey i give ham,,, i wont mention the amount at all cos e still dey pain me........... chai! my hard earned savings!.....
Well my main aim of this post is to tell the public to be VERY careful of this guys in CV, most especially those that don't know about their antiques....tho av bin hearing of their pranks, i believed i would never be a victim of it..... please take extra caution whenever you are in CV, anytime you have to go there you can go with som1 experienced and dont ever do any business with those roadside boys... none of them are to be trusted!.....its better you save up and buy a good cheap phone than having yourself duped.......if you have any experience to share pls do so that people can get more insights on being extremely careful in CV.

argon500:
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, May 12, 2016 secured the conviction of Babatunde Abisuga, a former accountant of the Federal Civil Service Commission, who is being prosecuted on a 5-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing, abuse of office and forgery before Justice Maryann Anennih of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting in Maitama, Abuja.

He was arraigned alongside Mohammed Ndakupe and Hassan Mohammed Tukur (now late) on April 3, 2012 on a 12-count charge which they pleaded not guilty to.

Abisuga, through his counsel, M. A. Ebute later prayed the court to allow him explore the option of plea bargain since the money had been recovered in full and handed over to the Federal Civil Service Commission.

Justice Anennih, granted his prayers and the prosecution in consideration of the request amended the charge.

The defendant (Abisuga), when re-arraigned pleaded guilty to the 5-count amended charge.

Justice Anennih, in her judgment convicted and sentenced Abisuga to 3 months imprisonment on counts one and two and 6 months imprisonment on counts 5, 6 and 7 without option of fine.

“The conviction is not to punish but to reform the accused person and to deter the public from the ‘get quick rich syndrome”, Justice Anennih added.

The sentences are to run concurrently.

Meanwhile, the judge has adjourned to June 7, 2016 for continuation of trial on the charges against the second accused person (Ndakupe) who pleaded not guilty to the amended charge.

my candid advixce is for you to just comply... you have less than 8months to go... who knows if it is part of their criteria to retain corpers after service.. personally, i dont see such rules as too much to bear....
God bless you..
jaelz:
Okay am a 2015 batch b, stream ii corp member serving with a private software company in Lagos, i have been with them for about four months now, the problem are their rules which are :

1.) You work 8-6 everyday
2.) You are not allowed access to internet as a corp member
3.) You can't see the management, as any rule being opposed on you is final and is not subject to review or deliberation by us (i.e the corp members)
4.) You can't leave your seat until break time

All these rules and more I wasn't to comfy with them but was still managing but the problem now is that they just brought another rule which is to cancel our CDS days of which we refused. The H.R then said we should come to the office in the morning to collect a release form and then come back to the office after CDS, i mean who does that? Right now am seriously confused and don't even know what to do again as am scared of raising my voice just to let sleeping dogs lie.

Please i need your candid opinions, options and advice... Please no insults.. Help me get this to front page pls it's really serious.
