I have items waiting to be collected. But one thing i have noticed about our oga, is that he works alot, tirelessly, to travel distances to pick craiglist items, receive and consolidate items for individuals, to assist in purchases, and then package everything to be shipped, you may say "afterall that's why we pay him commission" but trust me guys, E NO EASY.

All this delays are really out of his hands. His shippers caused all this, but all we can do is to pray things get better, be a little patient, and we'll all get our goods in one piece.

1) Either link with someone who has registered on Ebay in Nigeria or uses Craiglist (there are many on the thread) and they can help you

2kg? 6 pounds? If you mean shipping cost to Nigeria. Thats about $30-besides any other costs-including price of the item.

Some auction sites do it.

Your iphone was in a box with other items belong to Busky01, Mr Folarin, Mr Mark, Fahud and others. They were all sent with 4 other boxes via USPS to Chinos-for onward shipping to Nigeria. For some reason USPS delivered 4 boxes and not that box.
All items we send are insured. By end of work tomorrow it will be sorted out between USPS and the shipper.
I believe the box will be located-if not USPS will pay the insurance money.

We never ignore any customer. Not all posts on the thread can be responded to. I posted about 12 messages this evening already and the Nairaland spambot warned me 3 times. For every 3 posts/replies-I have to pause and wait several minutes-then post again and sometimes I get banned. But all messages are sent via email. We apologise for the delays in arrivals. @Lagtech -I have known you for just a little while now-and I have to commend your diligence and attitude-I want to believe you are product of Oga Sunny. Listen to your customers-but keep your head high. I have done business with you enough times to know-that doing business with you is good. I have had delays too-I waited for over 2 months for Lenovo; but I have also seen many items in days.
Like I mentioned on this thread before-where I used to work at Ikeja Plaza-the amount of complaints there was in the thounsands. How many customers do you have? Maybe 50? Maybe 100? Maybe even 200. We had over 2,000 customers as we were like a middleman business. Come and see dozens of people shouting at the same time -Ogechi worked wonders and she was just a worker-not the Oga. There was one night we were at Ikeja Plaza till after 2am settling and pleading with an agrevied big customer who had spent millions. All that is over now.
My oga at the company was just a small boy 'stuggling' millionaire then, barely 30 years of age-today he is billionaire-has his own multi story building in Lekki (not rent) and goes about in a convy-offically approved by a former IG. Many of those old customers at Ikeja make daily pilgramge to Lekki now waiting days to get an appointment-instead of just doing their transactions with the staff-they want to see the Oga at the top and always remind the staff that they were the pioneer customers. Any business that is going to go far, any business that brings in anything valuable will have teething problems-you goal is to remain focused, improve and stay a winner.
Research new ideas, find out how you can be your own shipper, bring new and good products. All in all keep up the good work.
