Sir-I have no record of any transaction with you. I searched that name in our database now and nothing came up. What email did you use to communicate with us? How much did you pay? And what are the 3 laptops? And what $36?
I hope you didnt fall for the scam-because you warned by many people on Page 298.

Bro-I have received no email from you with these complaints. The minis sent to you are items you ordered on ebay by yourself-and we shipped to you. I have no idea of the interaction you had with the seller and I dont even know your ebay account. They were sent to you the way they came. I tested them as you requested as you already noted that your seller said they might not be working. You also have other items-which have equally been shipped and arrival date was communicated to you.

@lagtech, with all the pain you have subjected me to, i bought this dell from your inventory for my little sister, after delivery to her she has return to my office due to bad battery, yet you ship it out and you know battery was bad.

Bro-I havnt recieved any email from you concerning this. The battery is not bad. If it were bad-it wouldnt power the laptop without the charger. The warning message you are seeing there is common on laptops that are upgraded to Windows 7 that were originally XP or Vista. That laptop has over 1 hour of battery life on it-maybe more.
All our used laptops come with batteries anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours+ . Battery life is not as important in the USA as many people just plug their laptops in. But in a place where there is no or erratic power supply-even a 4 hour battery will eventually go off. There are a few laptops we shipped that came with bad batteries-and we made note of these and offered new batteries for the owners.
Brand new laptops from the store with 6 cell batteries give 3 hours + of life straight from the box. This is an 8 year old used laptop. We always advise those buying used laptops to possibly buy a new battery-some which are as low as $12.

lagtech these complains are alot and they make your customers(past,present and future) to have doubts and making this thread look like customer complain forum .Some of these complains need individual specific explanation for clearity via their emails,calls,texts e.t.c. and You have a brand to protect,please do the needful asap.

I receive and reply to emails and messages every day-sometimes as many as 300 in a day. Almost all are replied the same day, some immediately. A few might escape my notice if they go into the spam folder-but they are all replied.
I always ask people to first communicate with me by email-for many reasons:

1) SpamBot always warns me after I make 3 posts in a row- if I persist I get banned-so I cant always reply every comment.
2) I come to the thread when there are updates and arrivals-if there is none like yesterday-I might not come.
3) Emails are 'forever' unless deleted. So it helps when one wants to cross check an old email.

I would love people to send their complaints by email-but some choose to post them on the thread.

Good day house. I must say that I feel the pain of all of you who have suffered delays because I have been there too. However it will do us good to understand some certain things about Lagtech and the business he does.

He collects the money, he buys the items BUT he is not the pilot who brings them to Nigeria. You see, he also has to rely on people and their services. So if such people fail he will be left with no choice.

I know a lot of money is involved in this but we will only be right to crucify him and his business if anyone here has come up to say 'I paid Lagtech and he absconded with my money.'
Please let's understand that this is same guy who before now has helped purchase and shipped many items for us.

Let it not seem as if lagtech is deliberately promising and failing. The truth is as we pressure him, he pressures the shippers and they give him false dates.
Please let's try to understand. I'm sure everyone will be settled soon became hard times don't last.

We would like to assure all our customers that that anyone who has not collected their item will do. We are working almost non stop to make this happen-and where necessary we have re -routed items.
No sensible business will take customers for granted-that has never been our practice.
There is no mystery to the delays we have had-no issue that would need full disclosure. When one ships hundreds of packages-there will be times when some get missing or delayed or issues arise. For many weeks now-we have used the services of a shipper here on Nairaland to ship some items based on prompting by a customer-while this shipper has been fast and reliable -it has not meant zero issues. Right now-we are still looking for a box that should have been cleared and given to customers for about 2 weeks now. Late last month-a box of several laptops took almost a month to arrive as it missed the flight

While the workload here is heavy-I am replying all messages same day they come and in many instances -right away.

I understand the situation and assure you everything you paid for will be delivered. The 11 laptops are in your name and no one else can claim them. The HP envy is already with you though as it was left out when other items shipped-that was delivered to you in September.

This is one reason why for over a month now-we have declined many orders -so that the backlog does not become overwhelming. We want to assure everyone that what you paid for-you will get.

And to our importers-we have never forgotten that when you make money-we will also make money because you will come back to order again. When are services are not to your expectations-you wont return and we will loose money and customers. Thus it is in our best interest to ensure that we keep you happy. And for all laptop importers-our promised bonuses will be delivered as promised.

Any item ordered will be delivered. Any refund requested will be made. We will climb mountains for our customers, cross rives, battle lions, slay dragons, swim oceans and if necessary we will go to the moon.
