Business › Re: N65 Charge On Third-party ATM Withdrawals Takes Effect Today by laivwire(m): 5:15pm On Sep 01, 2014
igbsam: Is that why Ecobank wants to drain my battery with this information ? They've been sending me text messages everyday 5 times per day reminding me of this. Seems they really need the N65 badly.

Moreover they need to allow 100k per withdraw then. Instead of this yeye N20,000.
Exactly! I can't imagine them removing N65 for every N20k I want to withdraw. (That's what I faced today). Lemme just withdraw in bulk at once.

The proposed benefits are beneficial to the country's economy though

MARKone: ^^^ nonsense. Did she tell you that she'll be paying from her allawee.
Hellooo, she wrote 'don't have resources' where else will she get the dough from? Except she wants to drive it herself. Anyway true, leasing to graduates are better than those careless and reckless drivers.
Autos › Re: Installmental Car Payment Open To Corp Members By Car Dealers! ! by laivwire(m): 4:07pm On Aug 31, 2014
Total allawee for the whole year without removing one kobo ( which is highly improbable btw) can't get you a functional car, naija used sef. Wait your turn. Boil your yam before eating it.

truthbastille: First body Infinity M35 with 275-horsepower 3.5L V6 with five-speed automatic transmission with a manual mode.

The ride comes with traction control,

a sunroof, heated power mirrors,
speed-sensing windshield wipers
Bluetooth,
a six-disc CD changer, Reverse cam and air bags all around.
Bose surround sound, intelligent cruise control, satellite radio, a lane departure warning system, and a DVD mobile entertainment system.

The interior of this M35 is truly a wonderful place to be.

Pesuzok: if you live in abuja and you have a family, where do you think you will get accomodation for 600k, lets say a 3 bedroom flat considering you have a family, and you work in central area?
True, we'll as I explained in my first pot on this topic, ,marital status goes a long way in determining the size of the house, location too counts.its not just placing a peg on the income proportion that works. Just wanted to point out the miscalculation on your post
Properties › Re: What Percentage Of Your Annual Earning Should Be Paid As House Rent Per Annum by laivwire(m): 10:46pm On Aug 29, 2014
2aces: 10%huh how on earth can one earn 500k per month and still live in a rat hole of 50k per annum? Unless your will says bury with my money when i die!
Oga, you do maths now. If you earn 500k monthly, your annual income is 6m. Living in a house of 600k p.a ain't a bad thing.
Properties › Re: What Percentage Of Your Annual Earning Should Be Paid As House Rent Per Annum by laivwire(m): 10:40pm On Aug 29, 2014
By the time you spend 30% on the rent! where's the money for buying the furnishings which are like times two or three of the rent. Personally, I believe it depends on your marital status which determines the size of the house and the location to work. 10% I believe is ideal.

Ramming him straight on would have been better. At lEast that's what I would have done. Braking hard will reduce the speed and cause basically front damage. It's not like the car was racing in the opposite direction, it was a T-bone I guess. The guy would be badly hit but the better as your ride won't be a write off. Thank God tho and for the car.....ileobatojo, ewa lo bu si
