why would they ask for your payslip? Thats a red flag in my opinion and it means they are looking to ways to reduce your asking salary. Please note for next time, never disclose your salary in an interview. At best, give a range. Its a new job not a continuation of the old one so you should start on fresh terms besides some recruiters do this to spy on their competitors.

As regards this situation, design a fresh one. Don't edit or you won't get the deduction percentages right.
Another option is to tell them its against your company policy and you don't want to get in trouble. Ask them directly, what do they need it for and argue your point from there. They won't be happy either when you share their information with other companies. You've got your integrity to protect.
