jabolo:For louvres? Unfortunately no but I'd snoop around a little and post an update when I find one. |
bigrovar:Hi, not yet. I haven't gotten to that stage of renovation yet. |
These voiceovers make me sick |
We want to see his bullet-ridden corp*e. |
Look at the scope on his rifle. These guys are heavily armed and hardened criminals. I wish the army great success as a disgraceful neutralisation of this bandit would be welcomed with jubilation. |
Justrite007:People up north are relatively more honest. |
why would they ask for your payslip? Thats a red flag in my opinion and it means they are looking to ways to reduce your asking salary. Please note for next time, never disclose your salary in an interview. At best, give a range. Its a new job not a continuation of the old one so you should start on fresh terms besides some recruiters do this to spy on their competitors. As regards this situation, design a fresh one. Don't edit or you won't get the deduction percentages right. Another option is to tell them its against your company policy and you don't want to get in trouble. Ask them directly, what do they need it for and argue your point from there. They won't be happy either when you share their information with other companies. You've got your integrity to protect. |
The only way to deal with such tenants is to frustrate them until they leave. It's usually a war of attrition because if you don't, they would continue to stay even beyond the 6 months notice. Bear in mind that their continuous presence is costing you money especially when they choose to be stubborn. - Cut power. - Change gate locks arbitrarily and don't give them the key. - Send notices of rent due every 2 weeks. Never acknowledge the 6 month grace period. - Disconnect water - Remove the roof |
Several years after leaving political office. See the machines this man is still commanding. Who knew you make such a huge fortune from a sleepy state like Ekiti. Federal allocation bounty that never runs dry. |
ipex:Babanla scam. You better run o. If she's being open with you, it's a totally different thing but with this statement, she's about to take you on a long ride of regret and you're already buckling your seat belt. I second a prior comment because I once dated a circumcised lady. She are averse to sex and that's not something you want to grapple with in marriage. Her age is also telling a story. Be careful o |

sweetrace:How would she know when they go behind the curtains to try the clothes on? Going commando was a passing fad but these gen Z may have carried it on their head now. This also goes as a warning to other unsuspecting buyers. Many of these clothes are already tried by many people you don't know. Think before sticking your feet into shoes, or trying out sunglasses and other fashion items. Wear socks and underwear. Also ask the seller to wipe those glasses well before trying them on. |
nairavsdollars:Lol, say what you know |
MercySpeak:I have a friend, she's a mother and just completed her training last year. She's 35 now and working in the general hospital. She was a public primary school teacher before she started the training. She's now planning to relocate to the Uk. |
Go for it. The 3 years will still pass nonetheless. Nursing is in high demand globally and would be for the near future. |

I have done my research: online and on-ground. |
stagger:Where are the lies? The German consulate in Nigeria will give you appointment in how many months? The blue card is not a a one way ticket. I didn't say that. What I mentioned is the processing time it takes for your family to reunite with you. |
Just know it takes 2 years to get an appointment at the German embassy. You still need to tender €13,000 as block account excluding other expenses. You need to learn German. Even EU blue card holders are yet to have their families join them over 2 years of departing Nigeria. The tax rate is that country na die. Except you're skilled and experienced in IT or the health sector. Don't even bother. |
For her to play this st*pid game on you means she sees you as an equally d*mb person. What's worse is you considering it. |
Its okay to be religious but the truth is men anatomically need to shed that load from time to time. The only ways to conquer the urge is either through a strong mindset or hormonal imbalance. If you don't deliver the package, especially when you are used to making such trips, your mind will hardly focus. This is why self service and sex usually make men relax/sleep. Its a need, not a want for mature human males. |
Wabiaezoba:If you're not yet married and you plan to japa. Better don't marry until you settle your japa oh. Many times the only option left is to seek asylum or marry a citizen when the broad way of gaining PR (securing a good job) remains elusive. Asylum rejection is high npw and is only increasing but meanwhile there are lots of beautiful Nigerian, african women with pali abroad looking for a good man to settle with. Although they will show you pepper if you can't stand for yourself. Being married would put you at a serious disadvantage. |
If you are going to love him, you would see past his dry jokes. Some people are naturally reserved and their partners extroverted. Others can't deal and want someone just like them. It's a personal thing and you need to feel the vibe. if you ain't feeling it, you gotta bounce tbh. |
You know what a lot of people seek abroad after school? Settlement...and many don't get it. It's good to travel out and get a new degree but it comes with high challenges. You're literally restarting as a fresh graduate from uni and it will take a while (except you're lucky) to find your feet and comfort zone from where you can continue to develop. It's a two way junction and you may not know where you'd end up. You situation will judge a lot. How old are you, are you married, with kids? Can you hustle manual labour? How many years can you spare yourself to make this transition? If your answer is favourable, go to Russia, if not, enjoy your job security in peace and try to expand your income. |
Madam, to fix new shower no hard like that now. Placing your nice aside, what if you have guests sleeping over, would they be barging into your room every morning. Please, get a plumber and fix a shower. The toilet should have a drain outlet, you just have to find it and get a pipe through. |

Why not get a loan and seek an apartment for a start. Since things will fall in place, you should be able to pay back before 6 months. In the meantime, find a rundown hotel to put your things. Shouldn't be more than ₦2,000 per night. |
The way this man is always dressed in military fatigues along with his sidearm always makes me fear for his life. This is the reality of a military regime where he can't trust anyone, not even his closest aides, because anyone at anytime can open fire on him in a bid to seize power and he won't see it coming. |
Ijaya123:My woman loves me. |
Where is the guy who counts the number of US plane crashes since nineteen gbogboro ![]() |
If you love her, why would you drop her because of a persistent ex? If no man is chasing your girl, it means you've been left with remnants rejected by everyone else. You should be comfortable only if you have confidence in her and know she truly love you. Some Ex can be so useless too. Just let her be, she will chase him off herself but also keep an eye out so she's not playing you for a fool... and there's no need picking up a fight with him. Only if neccessary, talk to him when he calls when you're around and warn him to mind himself or you will treat his Bleep up. Simple. Edit: My 2 only relationships had some of the worst recalcitrant men I have ever seen for exes. No suprises because they were both highly valuable women. I married the second one. It was so bad they would stalk them at events we had together because they've been blocked on telephone and social media. One almost fought me at an event but I told him I am more than that. He only embarassed himself. |
One of the highest selling new BMWs in US at the moment with used cars going for $70k upwards. While people are making down payment and spreading balance over 2 to 5 years, we in Nigeria have to buy cash down full payment in one go at #1,600 to a $. T-pain is doing well. |
