It gave me d same error yesterday evening and I sent them a message, but later tried it around 2am dis morning and it went thru. So just send a message and give a Lil time to try again

When the mail arrives, it will be in ur mail spam folder. Be sure to always check the spam

U probably used ur brother's number too when registering, so it will count as a single slot. I did d same too
