Yes oo. I read a testimony of conversion here in this forum, I cried. A Muslim boy seeking the truth, trying to know if indeed there's God in Christianity. The manner in which Jehovah took him through the process. Wow. Jehovah is indeed a father. Like Gideon in the Bible, the boy kept asking for signs and God kept giving him signs. Patiently until the young man couldn't hold back anymore, against all odds, he declared for Christ.
God reveals Himself quicker to outsiders who are seeking than to us his children. That's why I think. That testimony so encouraged me.

Since 3 days now my spirit keeps telling me EVANGELISM, EVANGELISM, EVANGELISM to the extent that I woke up from sleep hearing myself preaching......Its high time we take EVANGELISM serious and am pleading with us here pls if you want to evangelise to evangelize pls don`t evangelize church or denomination but evangelize CHRIST the reason I said this is that someone wanted to invite me to his or there church but keeps telling me everything about there church immediately the HOLY SPIRIT TOLD ME THAT "YOU SEE HES EVANGELIZING THERE CHURCH TO ME AND NOT JESUS CHRIST" immediately I just laugh inside of me that people still need to be taught what evangelism is all about.....Christ is the head of the CHURCH not our denomination and it is Him we must preach....Evangelism is a must

A MINISTRY IN THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT



There are those today who are almost afraid to talk about the HOLY SPIRIT. There has been so much cold conservatism and so much fanaticism regarding the HOLY SPIRIT that they scarcely mention Him. Yet He is the third Person of the Trinity, the Executor of the Godhead, the one who takes the leading place in the books of Acts. It was the HOLY SPIRIT, who actually did the work. He it was who guided and directed the apostles. He it was who led. The HOLY SPIRIT convicted of sin and started revivals. He-God, the Holy Ghost was the one who founded the Early Church.
Today, to a large extent, he is ignored. We have an idea that we can get along without Him, that education and training will take His place and somehow become a substitute for His power, and we have endeavoured to carry on our ministry in the energy of the flesh, apart from the HOLY SPIRIT altogether. It is high time, I say, that we gave him His rightful place, for He is the One who must do the work. Unless you and I know something about the ANOINTING OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD, WE WILL NOT GET FAR IN THE SERVICE OF GOD....

One thing I have noticed in people who carry the ANOINTING OF GOD on there lives is that they SPEAK WITH AUTHORITY IN THE NAME OF JESUS, FEAR is not on their diary at all......So if you want to connect too to the WORD OF AUTHORITY IN THE NAME OF JESUS start reading those words of authority in the BIBLE and begin to say it BOLDLY and before you know it POWER IN THOSE WORDS WILL BEGIN TO MANIFEST......SHALOM

@OP do you know that that Prov 8 vs 22 - 30 explained much of the TRINITY not only God dwelling in ETERNITY, it also explain who JESUS Is and the HOLY SPIRIT.....

It scares me how much God loves me. When I first entered the university, I was lost, I had to choose between being a christian and a Muslim. I had no idea what to do with my spiritual life. Then I was in bondage, sexual dreams, masturbation, attacks and a whole of other things was the order of the day.

I lived with two girls in a private hostel ( a muslim and a christian), so it was a matter of *who could convince me that her religion was the best*, the Muslim girl eventually succeeded by saying she already told God that if it remains 5 minutes for her to be a christian, God should take her life.. I was totally convinced, no going back. I started going to the mosque, attending lectures, looking for justification that I was doing the right thing. It got to a point, I hated anything Christianity (meanwhile the attacks never stopped) ..whenever I saw Christians worshipping or even praying, my hatred for them grew.
I started evangelizing to Christians aboutbhow Islam was the way and all that.

However, I wasn't satisfied, I didn't have peace, I was always scared and troubled. I knew there was a void and emptiness in me. In my own case, no pastors or sister preached to me, it was God himself that dealt with me. I couldn't sleep, couldn't think well. I felt i was losing out on life itself. They said islam was the way but my spiritual life was zero. I knew i didnt have a personal relationship with God. But A voice was just telling me *this is not the right way* . I was stubborn and didn't believe that.

One Friday afternoon, a christian program was going on in the common room, and I felt like something was calling me, I found myself in the hall. My legs couldn't refuse and I met with the pastor in charge. I don't know what happened, I just broke down in tears and surrenderd all. I gave my life to Christ there and then.

Sorry for the long post , but since then its been wonderful. If you have given your life to Christ and you are from a Muslim background, just hold on to God.. He is going to take care of you. Am still having serious issues with my dad and God has promised me he is going to take care of me.

I pray to God that he should givee the grace and ability to serve Him like he wants me to, not the way I think I should. I hate being a lukewarm christian , I always want to be on fire for God and I know with God and this thread , it is possible.

I did it and it worked,we need to understand that christian life is not all about praying,praising,praying in tongues but also need to involve some activities. I believe they work hand in hand to the Glory of God.

Did as I read on here and it seems I never used anointing oil before,I guess its because I never bothered about the effect or what power it carries as I usually do it without really pay attention to the details.

Bro JMG1 firstly I love all the questions you raised you made me remember the day the Holy Spirit gave me an ass to do that involved the use of anointing oil though is long but I will try and summarize it.....There was this particular day the Holy Spirit told me to tell my fshp to buy anointing oil and that all the member should come to fshp with sand from there various hostels or houses where they stay, I told the fshp thay all did it including me but there was this my friend He was not present and did not partake in it, I must confess that my friend is late now, but frm the information I gathered where he lives with his uncle who is a POLITICIAN (also late too) the home belong to the Uncle but the foundation of the house a house owned by a politician now a HOUSE OF REPS MEMBER NOW WHO DIED AS A REPS MEMBER was built on fetish or occultic powers to the extents that this my friend did not enjoy his academics cos he was never happy, always failing without knowing the reason or what causes it, when his uncle who is a politician died and was buried in the same house he built where this my friend resides it was gathered that EVIL SPIRITS were tormenting the neighbourhood for about one week before the community decided that they have to dig the grave of the politician and revove its CORPSE which after they did there was peace in the community, now it was in this same house this my friend was staying, eating, sleeping and dinning with evil spirits without knowing.....
When he realized that he cannot continue studying again he gave up to change school and went back to his parents to cut the long story short he died shortly after....

How can a christain expel completely/deal with all or any of these works of the flesh still manisfested in his/her life? Are there in all cases (or only some?) spirits behind these habits that should be dealt with?

I believe the goal of every believer is to be spotless and free of blemishes both in charater, thought and words.



2. What are your views on this issue of using attachments, jewelries, make up, etc by christain ladies as regard requirements for excelling in spiritual warfare and making heaven.

Firstly I will reason like a normal scientist and then enter the christian perspective. Bro when you discover a lot of ants in your house what will you do to drive them away? If you resort to be killing the ants with pesticide, insecticide or whatever you will discover that they keep increasing, but when you stand to analyse the pheromones that trigger the information and communication of the ants that cause them to be increasing in your house to be sugar present somewhere in your room what will you do that moment you stop the use of all chemical spray and then try to remove the sugars that have triggered the ants pheromones and when you clear and clean off the sugars you will discover that the ants naturally will disappear....
How does this analysis up there translate into christian life? Majority of all christians today we are suffering because of 2 things which are IGNORANCE (HOSEA 4 V 6), ABILITY TO BE GENUINELY BORN AGAIN.....
IGNORANCE of so many christians have gave the devil permission to steal there destiny away from them which allow them to be experiencing spritual problems of one sort to the other and how has this ignorance led to this; everything we need to know and do to be PERFECT BEFORE GOD as Mat 5 vs 48 said is written in the HOLY BIBLE and it is in this Bible Jesus said in Jn 8 vs 36 If the Son sets You free then You are FREE INDEED from LUSTS OF THE FLESH, WRATH, ANGER, LASCIVOUSNESS, IDOLATRY, WITCHCRAFT ETC If you read Psalms 32 vs 8 God told David "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you" with this response of God to a believer do you think that the believer will be controlled by the flesh when the Holy Spirit of God is there to guide you and counsel you everyday of your life? I don`t think so.
Secondly ability to be genuinely born again when you are GENUINELY BORN AGAIN naturally you will know that some things are not edifying to the Glory of God. MAKE UPS, ATTACHMENTS, LIPSTICKS etc to me are not sins but it is the motives for using them that determines if it is sin or not when a lady want to seduce a man she will use all the listed above and if another lady want to give a sermon she may use all the listed above too just to look presentable to the congregation, but the difference will be clear from the lady that uses hers to seduce and the other that uses hers to the GLORY OF GOD? That differentiate a believer from the world.

With HOLY SPIRIT IN YOUR LIFE THE FLESH AND ALL ITS WORKS ARE NOTHING

I always love to be present where saints in Christ are gathered.......
I started feeling the PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT in my life when I was younger around either 9 or 10. I remember one night my mum was cooking at the passage of our house and am inside our room sleeping on the long chair expecting my mum to call me anytime to bring something or whatever she needs inside, so as I just relax on this chair I notice that PHCN were just flashing light i.e on and off as they use to do so this continued for some time something just told me immediately to read Psalm 24 as I was reading this Psalm at the middle I began to say LET THE LIGHT ON AND NEVER GO OFF AGAIN and immediately its asive my voice was heard by the officer in the control room of PHCN and the controller on the light immediately swithched on the light and the light did not go off again throughout that night.....Never knew my Mum was experiencing what I was doing as I look at her face she began to smile and call me Pastor for the first time.
Also remember this day sometime last year or early this year can`t really recall there was this friend of mine that came to my place to stay cos He want to write post utme in my school after he came 2 of his friends later joined him in my house together we were four, so the morning we were to go to school together so they can go and write there post utme exam as we were about to leave the room the HOLY SPIRIT just told me to PROPHESY into there life concerning the admission they were seeking for as the Holy Spirit directed immediately I called them to enter the room again and I slam the door and told one of them to lead in praise and worship after that I led them into personal prayer before I now prayed together with them and then PROPHESIED that all of them will get that admission and this year will not pass them they all shouted AMEN and we left off....
After I slammed my door and padlocked it 20 metre from where I stay I just noticed one of them picked up his phone to check the school he had earlier written post utme to see if he was admitted low and behold he saw his name on the merit list and immediately he bust out into laughter and praise and his second too that they came together too checked his own too he too was admitted in the same school (EKSU) to study INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY so the JOY they had made them to not take the post utme of my sch they came for serious again even though they did the exam but this my friend was feeling a bit afraid and intimidated and I told him that my school will admit him when they release the list of successful candidate and lo and behold he was admitted he too into INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY and me too that HOLY SPIRIT told to PROPHESY into there life am studying INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY after everything I keep thanking God for his Holy Spirit in my life though it has not been easy but God has been FAITHFUL......

I'll tell you what:

Years ago, during my early Xtian walk, everything seemed to be so difficult, i found God so demanding. He was always demanding this or that and in exchange i couldn't even get what i wanted. spoiled baby in the Lord things nah

I remember one particular incident when i categorically sat and said i won't pray because "i was fed up". Sulked and sulked angrily.
Then i felt a gentle touch on my cheek . I still sat there huffing angrily.

Then i felt something touch me on both cheeks; cheeks began to tickle.
I answered [i]"Look, i'm angry, me i don't want to laugh"[/i]

The tickles increased and i still insisted "You're wasting your time BECAUSE I AM NOT LAUGHING!!!" "Ah stop it"

The tickles kept on increasing and i found myself smiling then laughing and i was like " Ok ok , you win, as usual". And i felt much better. Just like that.

Another incident was when we used to live in an apartment. Our kitchen at the backof the house was directly above a house some expats built. One day, i was peeling carrots and one tiny peel accidentally landed in the expats' compound.No one was around, I was just like "oh sorry, accidents happen. I'll be more careful next time". A pressing sensationcame on my heart and prompted me to go pick that carrot peeling. And i was like "Ah, it's no big deal nah" [/i]The pressing insisted. And it was a hot afternoon, i didn't want to go out. I tried to bargain like [i]"ok , i'll go later. " .

One tiny voice in my head just whispered in a no-nonsense tone "You will only go down and pick that carrot peel" and the pressing sensation increased. Of course, i dragged my feet grudgingly, went downstairs, got into the neighbour's compound, picked the measly carrot peel and threw it into one dustbin nearby.

Funny enough, the pressing feeling left me, immediately. And i felt light. The little voice said "Aha, don't feel good about it? Thank you , i'm so proud of what you just did. You kept the neighbou's compound clean". Though i felt good, i still stubbornly hissed (mtschew) and i was sweating because of the heat. Only cos of one carrot peel!!! chaiii!


Thinking about it makes me smile now.

Reading your expreience makes me to remember when I was still my fshp secretary in Uni we were planning our 1st year anniversary and its the duty of the Secretary to give the anniversary report of the fshp for that year, so I went to meet my President and told him to give me a guide on how I will write the report and present it cos the report must be read in front of the congregation so to tell you how nervous I am not to fumble that day, surprisingly my President told me it is my duty to do and not his and that his own is to crosscheck if there is any shortcomings so as to correct it, I was disappointed at his response that I left him sad and disappointed but on getting home cos the thought of the report was still on my mind and its 3 days to D-day as I sat on my chair in my room, since I`ve been hearing the Holy Spirit talk to me its has never been this audible and loud, as I sat down I began to hear a voice from my left direction asive someone stood there and started interviewing me that "HOW MANY OF YOU STARTED THE FSHP?
WHEN WAS THE FIRST FSHP meeting?
WHICH LECTURE ROOM DID YOU PEOPLE USE?
WHICH STAFF SENT YOU OUT OF THE LECTURE ROOM TO STOP FSHP BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED WITH THESCHOOL AUTHORITY?
WHEN WAS YOUR FIRST SUNDAY SERVICE?
WHO ASSISTED THE FSHP IN REGISTERING WITH THE SCHOOL AUTHORITY?
It was at this stage I now open my mouth and respond that "BUT HOLY SPIRIT WHY ALL THIS INTERVIEW QUESTION?
AND HE RESPONDED THAT THAT IS HOW ANNIVERSARY REPORT SHOULD BE WRITTEN....And immediately I flew up from my chair and wrote everything down and when I faced the congregration on the day of our anniversary to give the REPORT people were just clapping and excited at our SUCCESS STORY considering how we started but me I was just reading it and smiling deep down and ECSTATIC cos I know my source of the REPORT WHICH IS THE HOLY SPIRIT......If I remember then now I just smile.

Nigeria we attach religion to almost everything including politics and yet only few are TRUELY RELIGIOUS......

There is this INNER PEACE you enjoy when you are filled with the ANNOINTING and the HOLY SPIRIT of God, mouth cannot quantify it, you just experience this PEACE even in the midst of STORM......

Sorry for replying late to your post.
The dream is a good one, not to worry about the Name of the Person who had the Land project.

The dream signifies that God has visited your family and He is about to do a new and miraculous thing in your household.
This is a replica of an event in the bible when three men visited Abraham to tell him that Isaac will be born and Sodom & Gomorrah would be destroyed. Genesis 18.

These foreigners have told you that their intention is to Build and Develop, that God is about to taking your family into a whole new level in life.

A cleared land or a land to be cleared represents- New work


The three men in your case are angels representing the Godhead (authority of God), just like in the case of Abraham. The Man that stood out looking like an Arab is a representative of God the Father.

3 Billion isn't talkng about physical money but represents a great value(great blessing) coming from the authority of God. So this means that this GREAT BLESSING is coming from the Godhead (God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit).
The number 3 means Godhead (Divine Authority of Heaven). God is the owner of that land, God is the one doing this new thing in your lives.


You could all sleep comfortably because the message and presence of God brings peace and comfort. You can check for examples, it's seen everywhere in the Bible. Every time an angel or prophet of God brought good messages from God, there was always comfort, peace and great rejoicing.



So these angels representing God's authority are telling you that the blessing that is about to happen in your life and family's is coming from God, out of the authority of Heaven.
