Tcwork:You see the bolded? It needs to be grinded to dust and feed to you three times a day so it will clear the fog in your brain. Saying there's no system racism, especially against black people in America, is like saying the sun doesn't rise in the east.. Do you think the policeman would have knelt on the neck of a man till he died if the man was a white American? Wake up man. |

Mokason288:Unfortunately, if there's famine in Nigeria today, it's the south, southwest and southeast that will die of hunger... Since the protests started, have you bothered to check the price of foodstuff in the south? Everything has skyrocketed... Meanwhile, those in the north aren't affected much... Now, if you inquire why things are so expensive in the south, they tell you it's because there's no road to transport goods to the south. 3 bulbs of medium size onions now sells for 500 in Delta and Port Harcourt... Sachet tomatoes now sells for 150, from 50... How many people can afford all this increased food costs? This is why you saw many cases of warehouses being looted in the southern region of Nigeria. A lot of you keep getting fooled by NBS statistics to think that the north is poor and wretched... But what is poverty in reality? Is it not being able to afford three square meals a day because of high inflation? You find it more in the south. We keep thinking that crude oil will rescue the south... The true benefits of having crude oil only reaches those who are at the corridor of power in Nigeria and in the south in particular due to massive corruption. Do you think this will change when they redraw the lines dividing this country? No. Many ordinary folks will still be poor and reliant on crumbs falling off the tables of the rich and powerful in the south, the rich and powerful in the south who like to see themselves worshipped as gods. Meanwhile, how many people can eat or drink crude oil when the time comes? When there's excessive hunger in the south? Many of the northern leaders know this truth and that is why they spend the little allocation they receive on building the infrastructure to support farming and other economic activities in their region. Go to Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom and tell me what they have been doing with their massive allocation and 13% derivation for years... You have many political billionaires in the south but infrastructure is dead... agriculture is dead... Living expenses excessively high, making many of the ordinary folks poor and unable to meet their daily needs...hence the high rate of internet fraud, yahoo, and other crimes all in a bid to escape poverty placed on the people by excessively corrupt southern politicians who actively divert the attention of southern people to northern Nigeria as the cause of their problems. Wake up my brother. It is daybreak already. |
Youths and everyone have lost faith in government... I thought the combination of Buhari and Osibanjo would rid Nigeria of corruption. One was supposed to have balls of steel to make the hard decisions while one was supposed to find all the legal jargons in the law to backup such necessary actions... Alas, it seems I have been wrong... Both are merely playing to the gallery and patiently bidding their time so they can finish their tenure and retire into luxury while majority of Nigerians continue to suffer as a result of the rot in governance. I expected Buhari to evoke emergency powers and slash salaries and earnings of all political appointees by 80-90% to make funds available for education and health... I expected Buhari to evoke emergency powers and declare a full out war against corruption by using an executive order to remove bottle necks in the law and also send a bill to effect maximum punishment on looters to the national assembly. All these are popular policies that would have stamped Buhari in the hearts of Nigerians... But this may not be... The man is just behaving like the rest of the thieves who have looted the country and retired into luxury.... Is Nigeria not in an emergency situation that warrants the president to evoke emergency powers to save his people if he truly cares? Over 70% of the people extremely poor and inflation of over 300% since 2015? My heart just bleeds for this country. I'll be so disappointed in Buhari if he fails to take the necessary steps to save us all. If he keeps waiting to follow due process, due process that entrenches corruption and bureaucratic bottlenecks to true progress, he will be stoned anywhere he steps foot in the South before 2023. Mark my words. |
Elections to elect another set of thieves? INEC must be mad! |
Kaigheyisi: Hello sir. |
Wonderful Johnathan the "hero" of democracy unbundled PHCN and gave licenses to DISCOS and cronies who know nothing about how to solve electricity challenges in Nigeria... These same people are mere corrupt politicians who prefer to sell darkness to Nigerians instead of light. If their licenses are not withdrawn now, Nigeria's electricity problem will remain unsolved for years to come. Withdraw their license and give it to technology companies who will come in with funds to meter every house connected to the national grid and ensure that wires taking light to any house in Nigeria also passes through a meter NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE HOUSE, preferably at a central location away from the house to avoid people BYPASSING. Then invest heavily on constant unscheduled monitoring of both meters to checkmate such issues of bypassing. The current system is not working because the DISCOS are just political establishments, and they are not willing to put in the investment and technology to improve the situation because they prefer to sell darkness and over bill customers, While many Nigerians who have meters inside their house steal light by constantly bypassing the meters. We need to change our ways and approaches to problems in this country. |
Dayoebe:Should he be a PDP member? Do you think he would have won election if he contested his first election under an unknown mushroom political party? Ensure you turn on your brain before commenting on political issues. |
FBACCOUNT:How much and location |
Wonderful You guys reject IPPIS, you reject ASUU solution... You want to continue the old system where heads of departments and other top administrators can insert their family members and ghost workers into the payroll so they can be collecting free money from government illegally... It's either we return Nigeria to the military where they can hang looters without fear or favour or Nigerians will revolt against the government since democracy seems to be the fertile ground for corruption in Nigeria |
dyera:Your analysis is repulsive and very nonsensical. The situation you described is so, not because Buhari is in power or because the police respect or fear northerners more, but because southerners are majorly corrupt in the name of over civilization... The corruption in the south stinks to high heavens and it is present everywhere, from public offices to private enterprises... The stupid SARS terrorising people in the South, are they northerners? Are they not the same southerners as you and I? Why then do they treat their own people with so much hate? Watch all the sars harassment videos and show me one where a northern SARS operative is involved... Use your sense bro. Most southern police officers and SARS stink of corruption and evil mindset... It is made worse due to the fact that the people themselves are also very corrupt and we have a religion in the south that indirectly encourages corruption. If you post a southern police officer or SARS to the North, they won't try such rubbish because they know that northerners majorly don't tolerate corruption, their religion detests it and doesn't encourage opulent display of riches....and their people will rise up in unity if you try to oppress them with the power given to you. While here in the south, the youths will prefer to just PAY and go their way because they know they have been involved in illegal stuff...the police officer who is also a southerner with NO CONSCIENCE OR FEAR OR RESPECT FOR RULE OF LAW will want to feed on the fear of the average southern youth because they know that here it is all man for himself. Look homewards for the cause and solutions to your problems... Stop calling buhari or the North in your zombie like cry. And when I say south, i mean south west, south South and southeast |

The man from the state with the highest voting population in Nigeria... When Borno vote is declared
|
iaamxavier:You wonder why Nigeria is rotten when people like you fill this geographical space, looking for how to cut corners and corruptly enrich themselves at the expense of true growth and development in Nigeria. Tufiakwa!

Skmoda360:Nothing good about this... The country is bleeding seriously from scare dollars due to oil price crash yet we're still importing American service to coach our team... A coach that will be paid in thousands of dollars.. |
Is the country bereft of local talents who can coach this team or is this just another avenue to misspend or loot FOREX that we don't even have? Our craze for foreign goods and services will be our undoing |
ShallyAnyadike:Can you please provide the email you used to contact the embassy? Thanks. |
Mention one thing Nigerian don't provide for themselves in Nigeria... I wonder what the need for government is if citizens provide everything for themselves. It's Time we stop these organized criminals from feeding fat on our sweat while providing nothing in return apart from wanton looting of national resources |
Kingsley Igbinede deceived and sold this crap Powerbank to my friend... When my guy noticed the nonsense behaviour he decided to call the seller to return his fairly used fake Powerbank that was sold to my guy for 3500... Kingsley Igbinede refused to pick calls till date... Then my guy decided to open the power bank... Lo and behold, there are only two functional batteries inside... Two dummy batteries filled with sand was also attached just to give it weight. Kingsley Igbinede is a fraudster. People should beware of him. The phone number of the fraudster Kingsley Igbinede is 08118828734 |
Wonderful. The level of toutism and agberoism in Lagos is on another level. The government of the state need to do more to improve the situation |
Wonderful. All hail Malami The pot calling kettle black The beginner and finisher of corruption in Nigeria The one who wants to someday become the president of a corruption infested Nigeria But who today sits on, deliberately stall or refuse to prosecute corruption cases referred to him by EFCC The one who now seeks to render EFCC a toothless lion, by placing her under his total control All hail Malami |
Wonderful. On Sunday they will go to church and shake the same bum bum to the lord... The same bum bum spent rocking the cöck of another man who is not your husband on Saturday. Four years old and above will watch this and believe it's the best way to dance and show excitement. They copy it, improve it, and transfer to the next generation. In the end, we create a society where the young and potentially productive age group glorify sex, booz, fast wealth and other vices more than hard work and integrity. All this happens while the country continues to deteriorate, looting rampant and life becoming worth less than a kobo. We're getting there gradually if we continue on this path. Certainly we will get there. |
Wonderful. Their power tussle is never in the interest of the common man. Rather, it is always a means to get closer to the state or national treasury where they can put their looting and abuse of power skills to maximum use. Yesterday it was certain people dragging Igwe position in Kano, today it's another set of people dragging power to head an organisation that sees it fit to support the hanging of a man over his religious actions but won't support the hanging of those whose looting and abuse of power has lead to untimely death of thousands and millions of Nigerians. When are we going to get our priorities right in this country? |
