dis is what happens when people work for a slavin system.frustrated wit d system,dey attack eachother creatin factions dat further kills productivity.lack of trust,envy,jealousy is d order of d day.a system where loyalty is more important dan competence.b4 u realize it d world has left u behind.big job titles widout opportunities to update skills & abilities relevant 4 higher opportunities out dere.my advice:do the best u can wit d best of ur ability.be trustworthy & start plannin to leave.stay 3yrs at most
