I agree completely. In fact reliable sources confirmed to me that many times, it is the aides that help him to bed! In fact, they also stated that during Patience's birthday bash in Uk sometimes ago, he was so drunk that he barely could stand!!!. They told us that it was during these periods of sapele stupor that ministers, special advisers and anyone that needed to sign any document, get what they want. Two cases come to mind here:
Remember when on a 1st of January, an announcement of the removal of fuel subsidy was made. It claimed that it was a directive from the president. The panic reaction of the presidency showed that he never sent anyone to announce. It was still in the works. It was so obvious that the so-called safe landing for Nigerians, sure-p, free buses blah, blah, blah was an afterthought by the president and mama okonjo.
Can you also remember when the 5,000 naira notes were to be released? The CBN governor claimed that he had obtained directives from the presidency to print, only for the presidency to deny afterwards.
Nigerians can site several other examples were the president's decisions seemed unstable, directionless and atimes ourightly mad!!

It's not unusual for a media outlet to have political leanings. Fox news is unrepentantly Republican as MSNBC is Democratic. APC also have media outlets supporting their cause. Sahara Reporters et al..So what gives?

If you don't want to follow Mr Gbenga's superior argument with verifiable facts, then you are left with two choices:
1. The AIT is an incompetent and clueless media outfit in organizing such polls knowing the risks. A more advanced media outfit like channels tv would have handled it better.
2. or the PDP team are a bunch of block heads that couldn't replicate what APC supporters did going by the wide marging between GEJ and GMB.

A sharp contrast exist between the management of the undergraduate programme as compared to the postgraduate school. The PG School has been turned into practically a big money spinning business for her handlers. School fees are increased arbitrarily, with gimmicks being employed to extort monies from students at all cost.
Worthy of note is the recent and sudden increase in the cost of convocation gowns from 5,000 to 10,000 naira for the just concluded 25th/26th convocation ceremony, the refusal of the school's management to give a concession for the wasted six months strike in 2013 resulting in an extra fee of 50,000 naira (reactivation fee) and 40,000 naira (third session) . The postgraduate hostel bedspace goes for 75,000 naira per bedspace and the acceptance fee is now 40,000 naira.
Education they would say is expensive, and the need for generating internal revenue for running the university is high. They are wrong because. The university is a Federal university. I can bet their counterparts (FUTMINNA & FUTO for example), don't charge as much as this.
I advice all and sundry pursuing a postgraduate programme in FUTA to run for it, except you want to pay mad school fees and stay for up to six years in some cases. The major delay comes from the unnecessary so called thesis registration that takes donkey years to complete before your final defence.

On the property, delayed payments of property tax is not the same thing as tax evasion.

As for the date on the letter of appreciation it might have been an error from the same office that issued it at least it has a refrence number and duly signed and can be authenticated through the issuing office.

The first thing he should have done is to provide a document to the effect that he is no more with jaykay pharmacy, or write JK pharmacy to issue one to that effect, if he has misplaced it like Buhari, not a letter of appreciation for tax payment for a residential address dated 30january.
Is he trying to tell us the company is in his own house, paying a residential tax that covers both a residential and commercial building?
