afrodoc2: That is about 1,500 people. All the focus should be on getting everybody out of Sudan first. We can now get them out of Egypt as quickly as we can. I think this is the plan. To get everybody to Egypt or the other evacuation point first and then evacuate to Nigeria. |

izzou: It depends on how many are in Egypt
If there are still Nigerians trapped in Sudan (which i am assuming), there is little they can do
I know they gave that 72 hours twice. Yes, there are still some in Sudan which I think the remaining buses will ferry. I’ll check madam Abike timeline later in the evening for more information. |

liveLongNprospa: Please what commodity are we spending? When you remove the limits what does it lead to? Why is there a restriction in the first place?
Buhari borrowed from CBN beyond what was allowed to enable government spend. You guy said he wants to removal whatever restriction on our spending..
You want to use English to bend away.
I am very open to being educated. Infact school me so that every person here can learn from my L. Bros there’s a different between government spending and government borrowing. In fact there’s no restriction for government borrowing except you want to borrow from the CBN as the last resort, that’s where there’s a restriction to 5% of your last year revenue. And that’s what Buhari broke. What Tinubu is proposing is to remove restriction on government spending. During every year budget presentation, there’s also a finance policy that goes along with that budget which most times is always under the short term or medium term expenditure framework. This framework sets a cap on what the government can spend which is usually a % of the GDP or Revenue. You can read this world bank article that was released last year on why Nigeria needs to remove the restrictions on government spending. https://www.worldbank.org/en/news/feature/2022/11/21/nigeria-needs-to-spend-more-and-better

But i don't see both NAF and Azman bringing in up to 1000
I just dey concerned about the 72 hours ceasefire expiring
Once dem start fight again, it would be extremely difficult to do anything If it’s the 72hours, I’m sure the ceasefire go don expire. I don’t think it’s going to be just a trip for Airpeace and Azman, I think they will go for the evacuation many times. |

I think the Governors should push for the sharing formula to be reviewed. The recent constitution amendments that Buhari signed into law like the Power, railway and correctional services being move to the concurrent list means the governors will have more responsibilities.
The FG shouldn’t still be getting that 52.6% of the revenue anymore.
I know the RMFAC submitted a proposed review of the sharing formula last year August to Buhari, the governors should push for it to be signed into law. |

Can we evacuate everyone before it ends?
This one wey 270 people just land. When we wan reach 4000? Madam Abike just an update that 27 more buses has moved. I don’t know how many people don land sha. Those 270 people that just landed were from the air force helicopters. Azman and Airpeace will also evacuate some soon so the numbers should go up soon. |

liveLongNprospa: Did buhari remove it abi he broke the law by going beyond the required 5% in the CBN act.
I legit said tinubu will make it legal to do what buhari did.
Abi is that difficult for you to understand? Buhari had the CBN print naira in excess to use. Tinubu has said he wants to use a more legal means to still do the same thing.
You had better read everything I posted from yesterday if not please be quiet Bros they are two different things. Stop confusing yourself. There’s a different between government spending and government borrowing. What Buhari broke was the limit the govt can borrow from the CBN. What Tinubu said he will do is remove the restriction on government spending. They are two different things. If you don’t understand something, take your time to do a little research first before you start blabbing. |

liveLongNprospa: Again When you are done playing politics like a game, you'll realise the same tinubu has said he will remove FG restriction.
Basically the same thing buhari did that accelerated the fate of this country is what your candidate has said he will make legal because after all, the naira is our own sovereign currency 😂😂.
You dey win you dey complain for real life. Your friends dey complain. You families dey complain but you think say na game. 😂😂.
The failed nations we have also had people like you who thought just their winning is enough to cover for everyone.
One side of lekki is for the wealthy another side of lekki is for the poor.. I will not drag how you want to define your reality.
But when shit hits the fan and FG actually tells the citizens the truth maybe we will see how your winning will shield.
I'm currently in the supermarket and the price of things has jumped in one month. Can I afford it, for sure coz I'm lucky to. Can everyone afford that jump in price.. Fvck no.
Again you can big yourself up and say what you want to say.. But the vast majority of Nigerians are getting poorer and poorer and if that's not an issue then good for you😁 Tinubu proposed to remove restriction of government spending. Please tell us when Buhari removed restriction on government spending. This is what happens when you just lump everything together so you can have avenue to wail unnecessarily. |

Bro I really don’t want to start this argument with you because trust me you don’t have the scope for it so let’s just leave it at that. birdman: underrated by who? The question mark was if Murray could be his pre-injury self. With Gordon and Porter, both who are borderline all stars, Denver is deep and talented. And well coached. Pre-playoffs I though it would come down to a Warriors-Nuggets WCF. Why? None of the young teams has the playoffs experience, and the two older teams that have the experience, Suns and Lakers have not played long enough to gel the same way.
Im still seeing Ham work new rotations for Lakers in the playoffs. And Suns have still not figured out how to maximize Ayton, plus they depleted their bench to acquire Durant. Nuggets and Warriors have been very smart with personnel moves, and they are both clicking at the right time.
Durant is going to have to drop 40+, same for AD to have chance What is going to make this series harder for Sun is because unlike the Clippers without PG and Kwahi, Durant and Booker can’t outscore Nugget. Imagine if Jamal has just a decent shooting game yesterday and it would’ve been a blowout. PG13 has to do more same with Ayton and Craig. Their bench does not instill any confidence likewise. |

This is even still a pilot scheme. The grand total of buses they got was 2 buses.
Oando will be the one to provide the charging stations in most likely in one or more of their retail outlets.
This is a pilot scheme to get data and see how it can efficiently on the BRT scheme. |

BlueRayDick: It has always been like that for long time. Yorubas usually share properties/inheritance using two main systems ; 1 . Idi-Igi system and 2. ori-ojori system.
The IDI-IGI SYSTEM is one in which the inheritance is shared according to the number of wives the man has . Obviously it’s used in polygamous settings where the man has multiple wives . Each of the wives will get their own proportion which they will keep in trust for their children’s upbringing .
The ORI-OJORI SYSTEM can be used in both polygamous and monogamous settings . Each of the children gets their own proportion of the inheritance . If the man has 3wives with wife A having 3 children, wife B having 2 children and wife C having 5 children…. The 8 children will have their equal share of the inheritance without any regard to other factors.
Like Raumdeuter posted up there , Yorubas don’t really do much gender wahala . Na age and respect gangan be Yoruba headache 🤕 I think the only thing women can’t inherit in Yoruba land is Kingship except for being a placeholder. |
