Not in every situations. My wedding ring was oversized. Had to get a small one till the real band will fit well.

1,check engine belt
2,check your engine RPM,if it is very low.
3,faulty torque sensor,is located under the compressor.

Good day Sir. I drive a Toyota Corolla 2002 without any AC issues after years of usage. I noticed the AC switch blinking while driving today and stopped cooling, I had to switch Off and On again which started cooling again and after about 5 minutes again, the Ac switch started blinking again without cooling. Bros, I work with FG and I'm telling you what's obtainable where I work. Majority of them don't follow up on these things until they're closer to retirement. You need to see how senior colleagues that retired after spending about 30years in service are complaining. I just told u about a former registrar who retired earning a little above 50k after retirement as monthly pension and was earning over 400k before retirement, where as the old pension scheme will continue paying your basic salary excluding allowances till death which amount to the 65-75% you quoted above. Things don change now ooo.
That's all I have to say. Civil servants don wise up oo, all planning their future.

Pension is contributory according to the 2004 pension reform act, your pension is contributed monthly into your pension account registered with the PFAs and whatever you contributed after retiring is what you'll get depending on what you picked. if it's Program withdrawal, you'll get paid for 10 years after retirement but if you picked Annuity you'll be paid for life.
My father retired from the private sector and he gets his pension monthly. I work with FG and if I have the opportunity of getting a multinational job, I'm leaving. In fact, the new pension act is very good for those in the private sector because what their company deposits into their PFA account is higher than what any Govt job will deposit into your PFA monthly.

On the issue of paying you pension for life. It depends on what you picked, either Program withdrawal or Annuity after retirement.

Okay so I'm back with my review of the a7 pro...
I'll try to be straight to the point...

1. Design: This device looks very nice and premium... The ocean blue makes you feel like you bought three colours for d price of one �, and the glass back and somewhat metal sides feels really great.

2. Camera: This is one aspect i don't understand the fuss about in some users negative reviews... This camera is really good. As a reminder from Redpanter1, i actually did a camera comparison with a friends redmi note 8 and the guy had to start cleaning his camera lenses. That's how good it is. The only thing it struggles with is in portrait photos in the back camera, u have to be really steady, i installed gcam-go and the front camera portrait totally blows mind. Sure, it's no google pixel, or IPhone X or S10, but it's definitely impressive.

3. Battery: Maybe not as good as you'd expect, but considering that nice full hd display, i can't complain. It should give about 7 hours screen time for normal usage. Modified: I'm currently at 3hours, 50mins SOT with 52% battery left. So you do the maths.

4. Display: Absolutely Beautiful!! I can't say any more.

5. Charging: Takes under 2hours to get a full charge, around 1hr 45mins. That's fast enough for a budget device.

In summary this device is the best you could get for its price and it's definitely punching way above it's weight(its actually a tiny bit heavy), my first Umi device and I'm totally impressed. It was nice murdering my redmi guys(i think the note 8 is around 71k now) with my 41k device in camera and display comparisons (xiaomi fanboys abeg mk una nor come for me). Any questions prospective buyers wish to ask, i gat you. Let the umipeppering begin!!!

OP. I dont know your budget, but from your selections, in order for you to continue enjoying the same Toyota reliability.. drop the Honda Pilot.

Also, If fuel consumption is your first priority, then you will be needing an I4 engine (V4 is wrong) and not V6. Toyota Highlander comes with V6 engines, so your only option here from your personal selection is the Camry 2007 - 2010 (Muscle). Do have it in mind that it comes with it's own known issues too just like your current Camry 2000 has it's own despite its reliability (absorbers, timing belt breakage and the likes) but note that every car has got it's own known issues, might be minor or major depending on your own chosen make/model.

Then, i would have recommended a corolla 2003 - 2006. Thats a good one for you if you dont mind the engine size and the compact body compared to your current car. You will surely miss the Engine and size though , but the reliablity is worth it. Even much more than your current ride.

Finally, whatever you will go for, make sure u check the Internet and ask users around you for its pros and cons.

I was about turning back at that junction because the normal Alausa staff won't attend to you at such time, called Dad to update him and encouraged me to get to Alausa, funny enough the trip to Alausa was really free and I was attended to that day.

A girl of 20years was recently employed where I work, an FG job for that matter and running her Msc also. Monthly gross pay is over 100k. Imagine what she could save between 19 she got the job to 24 years. I also have a boss who got to the peak of her career which is level 15.7 at 45 years and still got about 25 years left in service.
