Century Link is a communications company that was heavily neglected during the rallies of 2020 due to their decision to slash dividends due to decreasing revenues and their desire to pay debts.

It is currently trading at 75% lower than its historical P/S ratio which makes it a sure candidate to rebound this year when you consider they have enough free cash flows with an impressive dividend yield of 10%.

I have watched it slowly crawled beyond $9 to $10.50 today.

My Shoe Making Adventure You'd Love To Read.

The past few months hasn't been easy for most people due to the COVID-19 virus causing Global unrest. Businesses, offices, engagements, sports and other human related activities have been shutdown around the world and Nigeria inclusive.
Initially, it was a moment of relaxation and to ease my nerves of the daily stress encountered at work as I only engage myself with sleep, food, social media and the TV programs as salary alert never stop beeping but got tired of the new routine overtime.

If there was something I missed out while growing up, that would be not learning a craft, well, I quickly decided to make use of the indefinite holiday to revisit what was missed out as a kid. I thought of what I liked, stuffs I spend on, a skill that can be acquired within a short time, something I can always use or gift people even if I don't go commercial, not capital intensive, and would serve as side hustle asides my usual 8am - 4pm Job. BOOM!!!! SHOE MAKING popped into my mind.
Going forward, I started making plans and feasibility study of this craft, followed by downloading videos of how shoes are made on YouTube to equip my mind on how this can be done, I watched those clips over and over but still couldn't get it because I lacked the basic knowledge, then I enrolled as an apprentice to acquire this knowledge in a local shoe making factory that I've known for a while because I
patronized them. The guy who owns the place laughed when I made my intentions known to him, in his words ''Oga you can't have time for this now with your job'' but I insisted that I would begin and if the lockdown is relaxed in the near future, I'd drive down to his workshop after office hours and would close after another Three (3) hours.

To cut the long story short, I commenced training on the 1st June 2020 and can confidently make simple Palm slippers, Sandals and belts exquisitely. Making cover shoes and loafers are kinda technical but with time, I'd get it. I have been able to achieve this because I knew what I wanted and submitted myself to teaching, I asked questions from other apprentices, the youngest apprentices there are always with me
to guide me whenever the boss assigns certain tasks to me because I had to submit myself to them in order to learn fast and I'm enjoying it. Let me also tell you that I've made over 50% of what I paid as training fee within 3 weeks of training..

All I was trying to do on my WhatsApp status was to intimate and update friends about my new adventure and never intended to start making money from it now till after my training but I can't just let the oder coming in slide away , gave some tecnical order to the Oga while I handle the simple ones. SO COME PATRONIZE ME O....

The essence of sharing this is to encourage people to make use of this lockdown to acquire skills, learn some crafts, read, learn and unlearn. Be open to new ideas, and please always remember to stay safe by abiding with the precautionary measures put in place.

At least I know saints saviour teachers earn high. Had a colleague who did her IT there and she was earning 150k. And every Christmas they are entitled to one bag of rice, 1carton of turkey and 10 litre vegetable oil + your one month salary as bonus.

The head of their school Mrs Griffin's earns in dollars. A parent told me that.
Now imagine how much their full timers will be earning.

Ive not even talked about corrona, British international High school and Loyola.

These schools are better than some company jobs.

The government contribute part of the workers pension till they die,while the private guys are on their own after retirement.

So what the private guys are earning doesnt qualify as pension.

I just their own money saved somewhere for them they are getting,but the govt guys get both.

you'll get paid for 10 years after retirement but if you picked Annuity you'll be paid for life.How much will they pay the worker every month is what matters.These guys are cunning.

Will the worker earn 65-70% of his salary bf retirement as his pension for life/.

Private gus must save for their pension,but the govt guys are an opposite.
They enjoy double portion anointing for life.

The govt guys get real time pension in sync with the current economy till they die.

All this pension fund managers have infiltrated private companies with their pension things.

Calculate/forecast how much they will save for you in your portfolio and how many years that money will last you if your retire at the age of 57 and live till 85-90.Compare it to the govt guys.

The only benefit of working for any govt is pension.

Okay so I'm back with my review of the a7 pro...
I'll try to be straight to the point...

1. Design: This device looks very nice and premium... The ocean blue makes you feel like you bought three colours for d price of one �, and the glass back and somewhat metal sides feels really great.

2. Camera: This is one aspect i don't understand the fuss about in some users negative reviews... This camera is really good. As a reminder from Redpanter1, i actually did a camera comparison with a friends redmi note 8 and the guy had to start cleaning his camera lenses. That's how good it is. The only thing it struggles with is in portrait photos in the back camera, u have to be really steady, i installed gcam-go and the front camera portrait totally blows mind. Sure, it's no google pixel, or IPhone X or S10, but it's definitely impressive.

3. Battery: Maybe not as good as you'd expect, but considering that nice full hd display, i can't complain. It should give about 7 hours screen time for normal usage. Modified: I'm currently at 3hours, 50mins SOT with 52% battery left. So you do the maths.

4. Display: Absolutely Beautiful!! I can't say any more.

5. Charging: Takes under 2hours to get a full charge, around 1hr 45mins. That's fast enough for a budget device.

In summary this device is the best you could get for its price and it's definitely punching way above it's weight(its actually a tiny bit heavy), my first Umi device and I'm totally impressed. It was nice murdering my redmi guys(i think the note 8 is around 71k now) with my 41k device in camera and display comparisons (xiaomi fanboys abeg mk una nor come for me). Any questions prospective buyers wish to ask, i gat you. Let the umipeppering begin!!!
