Don't compare microfinance bank interest rate to government agric interest loan. Whatever form of loan you get from MFB can never be compared with govt loans. Dem no bi same sir. MFB interest is killing. Government agric loans are given moratorium of 6months or more. Majority of those that got the Nirsal loans haven't started paying sef, that's if they'll even pay. I avoid beef now cos of the cost, too expensive. 3k beef no go pass 10 piece if dem cut am moderately, not big like party own oo . what I do is buy broiler and slaughter whenever fish don tire me. OP come dey stay Abuja join. Imagine op eating outside, he'd even spend more.

Good analysis but practically you can't make 1m monthly from 500 layers. Even without removing their feeding cost, it's still not practicable now consider the feeding which gulps about 60-70% of running cost and see what's left.

Good for you (maybe cos na righty and probably manual drive) got my 2001/2002 Corolla, naija used for 800k June 2019, was cleared from port according to the custom documents around Nov 2017, so it was less than 2years used in naija. It was sold at that price based on the relationship between myself and the seller (area brother shit). Other used neat ones I saw were close to 1m sef, was almost picking one up at Ibadan for 920k while Tokunbo was sold around 1.2-1.3m, almost same range with 1998-2001 camry. That car is almost 2m if not over today sef.

The cars available within your quoted price na golf 2, Nissan Almera, Primera, Carina E, II, Sunny, etc cos those were the cheap cars then. Camry and Corolla don cost no bi today.

The figures quoted for University lecturers are false. No Professor in Nigeria Federal Uni net 500k after all deductions, infact it's less than 450k, that's why they're clamoring for a review after over 14years of earning same salary. It's sad they're not smiling at that old age.

If you want the fast life, with money, go for the Data Analyst job, opportunities abounds. But if you want it slow and steady, you can reason lecturing, just know that It'll take you 12years (Senior Lecturer) if you're employed with your Bsc and 9years with Msc in a College of Education to start earning over 200k. Lecturing job na advanced teaching jobs for naija oo, it's only for those that wants to impact and not make huge money.

Don't want to waste resources, I'd be 33years by Oct with over 5years experience in Public Relations at a Federal Tertiary Institution, also with Msc(Mass Comm.) while wifey is 28years, Bsc (Maths & Special Education), preparing to take the TRCN examination. No relevant work experience in teaching cos she has a fashion store. Having gone through the released NOC 2021(1), I observed teaching is highly sort after and special educators aswell (major concern is lack of teaching experience for her) while my field is also listed.
I intend applying, but the age issue is worrisome also if she's to apply as the primary applicant, she lacks the 2years minimum experience required.
Please what do you suggest with the above situation?
