Met them last year. Arranged with babe to get some fruits, kept in my house and carried it along on the said day. I was nervous because I've never done this before so had to go with a friend who's skilled in that aspect and also free with me and babe. Got there around 10am on Saturday, we were welcomed by her family and babe introduced us to her parents. Mum and Dad liked me instantly, very easy man, we spoke about politics, education, public service, business ideas and more. Thank God I went with a friend who's very vocal and versatile, we discussed more like youths and he never asked us any question. Before arrival her dad gave her money to get us chicken and asked what we'd like to eat and after awhile, we were led to the dinning. I pray I have a loving family like theirs where children are so free with their parents, I felt like spending more time with them but had to leave early because I hate driving at night. Another funny encounter was immediately after the meal, babe was at the dining with us and told me to discuss with mum personally, you need to see how scared I was, was asking her what I'd talk about, how would I say this and that, my friend laughed at me ehn.... But the visit was cool. I loved her the more after that meeting because I saw a template of my projected family in theirs. I'm getting married this year sha, tired of bachelorhood. 35 Likes 1 Share |
Agriculture / Re: Dont Be Fooled, Here Is A Practical Cost Analysis Of Raising 100 Layer Birds by larrypourl(m): 7:14pm On Feb 24, 2020 |
jhameel3: Thank you bro. The production is even not good. I managed 500 birds for for almost 2 years and within the first 12 months of production I got nothing less than 85% Production, it fluctuate within 85-91%, I got 15 creates in a day at times but got nothing less than 14 creates for the first 11 months. Please review your analysis again. So you mean I'll be making 240 × 5 = 1200 daily on 500 birds, that's very terrible. Mind you I used finished feed all through. Top Feeds to be precise. 1 Like |

Travel / Re: With N20M, Should I Travel To USA Or Stay In Nigeria? by larrypourl(m): 7:49pm On Feb 22, 2020 |
My little advice for you is this. Go to an area where an higher institution is situated. Universities or Polytechnics. Buy One and half plots each at two different locations and build hostel on them. One property should accommodate at least 20 rooms of A room self-contained. I meant each room with bathroom/toilet and kitchen and beautify the place and see how students would rush it. 20 rooms on 1 and half plot on one and another 20 rooms on another 1 and half plot. Totalling 40 rooms. 40 rooms × at least 50k per room = 2m Yearly. Some hostels sef goes as high as 120k annually here, depends on the finishing. You'll even have enough left after completing the projects, and mind you, the investment is for life because accommodation keeps increasing daily. Finally Go back to here and before you finish you'd have saved from the hostel rents paid to start up other business. |

Greatzeus: Very correct. Especially a young comfortable guy with a secured good job and you came over with your car. They won't bore you with questions honestly but you still have to prove your worth in your conversations. Exposed and literate family will discuss, world politics, academics, life generally with you and her father will pick things up from your conversation. One needs to be careful so man won't miss yarn oo, and again don't forget to buy fruits along for the family and probably wine for her dad.....ask her daughter for his brand, but it wasn't easy as a first timer |

Bro since the car is for your mum and she's a civil servant, Please kindly go with Nurey s advice, I'll prefer 2000-2002 Toyota Corolla and if you want something big 1999-2001 Toyota Camry but will still have to up your budget with at least 150k. You'll get one within 1-1.150m. I wish her success. 2 Likes |
