The recent trend where banks peg the maximum amount one can withdraw from an ATM at N10,000 is really annoying.

When ATM came into Nigeria, the machines are designed to dispense 40 notes. If it is stuffed with 1,000 note, you can do a 40,000 withdrawal at one dispense. Which I think the manufacturers must have upgraded it to a higher one-off dispense capacity but i Nigeria, banks will buy these upgraded versions yet peg it at less than 50% its capacity.

Gradually at around 2014, the max we are able to withdraw came to N20,000 and have further been pegged at N10,000. Give them time, it will move to N1,000 just because they need to gain from the deductions associated with usage for a country promoting cashless policies.

These are policy advice from regular Nigerians complaining same about the politicians just because they need to be promoted at work or be seen as intelligent. The superior boss will key into such baseless idea without looking at the long-term effects.

In western world, the price you will get a commodity from online purchase is $100+ less than when you walk into same shop that own the online portal.

If you say it devalued, I can't tell but I bought mine with the first set of estate managers that sold properties around that eviron; there price was high because there wasn't much competitions and greater PH seems feasible not till upcoming managers stormed the area and crashed the price to increase sales.

If you are among those that have the believe that lands can't be devalued, yoh need to change that.

I personally don't see those places as a good land banking spot in 10 years.

I bought property at the early stage around there for 1.2m 6yrs ago, with the recent influx of new estate manager and competitions, most sell at 500k per plot.

I need my fund to reinvest elsewhere but can't as I will run a loss.

Maybe 20yrs from today, the place might experience a spike or if the greater PH city turns reality.

In the Feast of Jesus Christ as the Universal King , there is a procession with Priest carrying the Blessed Most Holy Sacrament , I think Corpus Christi is a Feast to celebrate the Holy Communion as a real Flesh and Blood of Christ. There was a story of a Priest who forgot the remaining Bread and Wine after a Mass , but coming back for another mass, it has become real flesh and blood. Corpus Christi - Body of Christ. I think this should be another Feast. Catholic should help me.

They are two different feasts.
However, in Nigeria, the procession for Corpus Christi is postponed to later in year to avoid the raining season in June.

Let me narrate how it all started
My usual barber wasn't around and I really needed a cut so I agreed for his boy to cut my hair. He injured me when he was carving and I thought it was not going to be an issue because he cleaned it with antiseptic and after shave.

After about 5 days I started noticing a small bump on my forehead at first I thought it was a pimple but it was black I've never had pimples in my life so it didn't make sense.

After a few days it kept getting bigger and I didn't know what to do so I cut it off and it was like it had gone but within a few days it grew back again. There are also some smaller ones that came up by the side of my hairline.

Please Nairalanders, I need your help on how I can get rid of this growth it's really affecting my confidence. People especially those that know me are always asking what is on my forehead and I don't know what to answer because I myself don't even know what it is.
