If you really really love this country with all your heart, tomorrow, gather your friends, sew uniforms, make placards, go to NASS and occupy until they impeach the disaster currently masquerading as president!
Don't worry, just carry the placard and lead the way. We would surely follow you.... undecided mtcheew!

So jubrin destroys and you want the guy to come and mend? You, what solution have you proffered to salvage what's left of this zoo?
Check all my posts on NL. sad Various ideas and solutions have been proffered in them. Your assignment is to do a summary and post it here. undecided All over the world, people pay for solutions and not for complaints. Yet some folks keep whining, without offering anything tangible to resolve the problem, as if their lamentations will turn water into wine overnight.

Nigeria is ruined beyond repair
And you played your own part too, in ruining it. sad You are just too full of hate. Abeg, go to Chad and apply for their citizenship since you are so tired of Nigeria. You are always complaining, but lack the intelligence to offer solutions. Biko, don't even bother quoting me, if you want it to be well with you...

On calling Nigeria a zoo, Nnamdi erred.
It is an insult.to call Nigeria a zoo.
The insult.is to zoos around the world.

Do you know why?
A zoo is organised.
There is mutual respect and orderliness.
All animals have bounties.
A lion and a lamb can share boundaries and yet live at peace.

Nigeria is not close to a zoo.
Its like a jungles ruled. by wild animals.
Some Nigerians behave like carnivorous animals.

On calling Nigeria a zoo, Nnamdi should apologise to zoos around the world.
He insulted them.
You have obviously not been to a proper zoo before. undecided What do you mean by "All animals have bounties?" huh Explain, o! And who told you that "a lion and a lamb can share boundaries and yet live at peace?" Which kind boundary? You well so? The lion would have the lamb for breakfast in the blink of an eyelid!! shocked

This has spiked my interest Mantiger. This satlite footprints that are abandoned. What use can it be if the original owners have not seen it fit for purpose?
The owners may have abandoned it due to lack of funds, or probably because they found a better way to fulfil their needs without using the satellite option. That was probably why those satellite footprints were discarded. No harm in cross-checking with the old owners though, in order to avoid any potential litigation down the line....

Nobody saw her when she was pregnant?

Baby bump pictures or I don't believe.
alexialin:
Me too

Nigerians sef
Baby bump... .wetin? shocked Abeg, make una free the woman, jare. angry How many women her age, are so carefree as to post baby bump pictures online or trend their pregnancy all over the internet? In fact, looking at her history she may have decided that discretion is the better part of valour, and in line with innate wisdom decided to keep her pregnancy from prying eyes, to prevent anything from going wrong. Does she look like one of these slay queens or baby mamas or 'yeyebrities that like to splash their semi-nude bellies all over instagram, snapchat and facebook? huh When did baby bump pictures even become a fad, sef? Haba!! sad

People within her community must have seen her when she was pregnant, and unless you lived in her community, it is unlikely that you would have known or seen her before she put to bed. undecided

The one at alapere I concur, but when it come to VGC I'd rather visit northwest. Them too much.
I try as much as possible to load my tank at heyden (alapere)/petrocam (elf)/northwest (VGC)
Heyden also has a really good station at VGC Estate in Lekki, not far from the Northwest Petrol Station that you mentioned.

Let's wait and watch this company and others if they don't go the same way others have gone. Backs do well maintain standard when monitor end or under supervision by Oyinbo. See what South Africa has become after Oyinbo left governance. I don' t contest the Ingenuity of black man when trained but to manage property and human resources is black man's natural disaster.

You may disagree but the backwardness of black race is clearly our own making. I don't think any black nation can make it till thy kingdom come..

We are not in a wrong world, we (blacks) are the wrong people..
Which company? Did you read through the entire thread from the beginning?

The truth hurts but this is the reality. We are not very good in managing big things, look at our national theatre for example, or mma airport in Lagos. We do not even have a reliable airport train system , talkless of having a 24 hours electricity. What i am saying we need manage things small before going big. Instead we going big.
Oga, free your mind. sad Managing things (whether small or big), is a function of planning, skill, expertise, knowledge and execution. It is not a function of the race you belong to, or the colour of your skin.

You see am?

We are not in a wrong world but we are the wrong people.
I don't think we are the wrong people. sad If you go to foreign countries and you see the size of projects, cases and establishments that are manned by qualified Nigerians abroad, you would marvel. wink Yet, everything works well, with those Nigerians at the helm. Like MadCow1 said: "It is all about planning and execution." Until we imbibe the right methods of execution, we would not go anywhere.

Ironically, the largest gas processing plant in Nigeria today is situated inside Akwa Ibom. The $600 million USD or N90 billion naira gas processing facility located at Uquo in Akwa Ibom State, is owned by Accugas Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of indigenous company Seven Energy International Limited headquartered in Lagos, and London. The gas plant commenced gas deliveries in early 2014 to the 190 megawatts (MW) Ibom Power Station.

So why was it so difficult to connect the hospital to a stable source of electricity? shocked I still do not get it, o! cry

As for personnel, there are more than enough well-qualified doctors within Nigeria to go round that hospital, if only the recruitment process had been properly done. sad There would have been no need for foreigners to be resident there 24x7, if the govt authorities had put on their thinking caps.

In most private hospitals, surgeries or specialised medical care is booked over a particular period, and patient appointments are programmed back-to-back within that specific time frame, so that any invited foreign-based medical expert can handle all the cases within a scheduled period, and then fly back to his base. Some private hospitals do this when they have to conduct heart or kidney transplants for multiple patients. undecided Such block bookings save time, cost and resources. The only downside might be the waiting period for some patients. undecided

In many hospitals abroad, the chief executive officer or most senior hospital administrator is NOT a medical doctor, but a trained hospital manager or specialist administrator whose function is to coordinate the medical officers' schedules, pool resources, supervise administration, facilities and services including logistics, IT, and legal departments, in addition to reviewing the hospital's cost profile and managing revenue accruing to the medical centre. Most doctors I have met may be gifted clinicians, but more often than not, their administrative skills are a mess.
