You have not answered the first question. You claim it is close to Lagos Business School (LBS). Which of the LBS sites? LBS has a site just after Abraham Adesanya where they have been using for over 10 years. ![]() Then they have another site which they intend to build on further down the Lekki-Epe road. So which one of them are you referring to? And what is the name of the exact area where your site is located. Pls don't say Ibeju-Lekki as that is the title of the local govt area, not the name of a specific community where the site is located. ![]() |
No pictures? What do you think will make people interested enough in the property to call you? |
Are you asking for =N=9 million per terrace or =N=9 million for all the units, per year? Kindly clarify. ![]() |
sureboy1:Bros, resize the pictures. Make them smaller, but still capture the essential parts of the property. Anyway, the few you have posted looks interesting. Kindly include the price. |
This looks like a scam..... beware! |
No price? No location? No VIN Number? ![]() |
patpeypey:Sorry, jare. |
Well, everyone's experience is different. Many doctors often say that people do not outgrow asthma. That it is only a myth, to talk about outgrowing it. I know people who died as a result of complications from asthma. The late Professor Oritshejolomi Thomas, is a case in point. I know others who successfully managed their condition, by keeping away from the allergens that trigger their symptoms. However, at a later date they eventually came into contact with that same set of allergens, and the whole asthma cycle started all over again. There are different strokes for different folks. ![]() |
MAJOLAUTOS:You did not even have the guts to call out my username, instead you had to state that " ...the same commenter whom you quoted..."? What are you so jittery about? What exactly are you afraid of? On your thread, a single comment was made by me on the 18th of Nov. 2014 and another comment was made on the 24th of July 2015. During that interval of 6 months, how come your car was not sold? Was it the 1st comment that prevented the sale? Meanwhile, you had opened the thread to sell your car in Sept 2014. Until Nov 2014, when I posted a response, how come you did not sell the car? For 3 months, you kept updating the thread, before I made a single comment. Was it my comment that prevented the sale of your car during this period? Stop blaming others for your failure to sell your car, please.Hahahaha ...... you are really so funny. The thread you are boasting about, where you clicked the report button, is still online. In fact, two other people commented about the price of your car. Does that make them confusionists too? Like one of the other posters stated below, this is an open site and people are free to state what they think, provided it is done openly without any issues. I am going to re-post the comments from the other thread here, so that it will serve as a source of advice for you, and others that think like you: https://www.nairaland.com/1886428/affordable-preowned-rimini-red-range/2 goldenval:https://www.nairaland.com/1886428/affordable-preowned-rimini-red-range/2 |
MAJOLAUTOS:Don't be funny. This is a social forum and people are free to state their likes and dislikes about a particular product. A comment by one person, will not discourage thousands of others who are interested in buying a product if they are convinced it would add value to their lives. Even the owner of Nairaland, encourages opposing views provided they are free of rancour and conflict. So what is your problem? Just confess that you are unskilled in marketing your product and seek ways to make amends, so that you can attract buyers to your thread. Period! ![]() I will also report to the moderator that you are on a mission to muzzle other people's opinion, by using the report button carelessly. |
BannedOtherView:Are you saying Jennifer Oguzie is the mother of the child and NOT Snow white?? ![]() Ok, na who come bi the papa? Am having my doubts, because of these new tweets you posted up here....hehehe! ![]() |
PulseWeb:SEO is not everything. Marketing, Good Customer Service and immediate response to client's enquiries is far more important. A lot of Nigerian companies have pretty websites. But after a while the corporate details get outdated and are never updated. Old NITEL phone numbers and non-functional Multilinks phone lines litter the websites of many Nigerian companies and SMEs. Of what use is the SEO, if a prospective customer sees your website during a search, but cannot get through to you because your numbers are outdated or non-functional? ![]() Some of them have enquiry forms embedded on their website. You take the time & pains to fill it but you never get a response. If you do the same thing on the website of a foreign-owned company, you get a response by e-mail, text or phone in 24 hours to 72 hours. ![]() So, of what use is the SEO to a company that does not even bother to use its website as a marketing interface or a tool for connecting effectively with customers? ![]() |
propertyminder:Thanks. Great pictures. Wish you luck in your sales. Are the prices negotiable? |
Aguveso:It has been more than a week since you promised to post the pictures. Where are they? |
a). In what area and in which state exactly, is it located? How much is a plot? ![]() b). What kind of title does it have? Is it C of O, Excision or Gazette? ![]() c). What is the plot size? d). Is the area sandy or waterlogged? e). Is the area ready for immediate development (i.e. can you buy it today, start building tomorrow and move in once it is completed?) |
Chai! You mean say dem never sell this car??!! |
Not again!! ![]() |
This shows the shallowness of some bankers. Now that the rigs are parked at Marina, what does First Bank intend to do with them? Will they be auctioned off, leased out or what? Those rigs are a multi-million dollar asset, just lying idle and wasting away. Before you know it, certain vital parts may be vandalised and the rigs may become unfit for use. ![]() If it was an SME that borrowed this money from First Bank, the officials of the bank would not give the SME Owner any breathing space, with their monitoring of the customers' books and accounts. But because it is a larger foreign-owned company, the bank officials turned a blind eye....or how else do we explain how such a loan went bad?? Under their very nose?? ![]() |
Too pricey for a Naija used model... ![]() |
kilode100:Your head no correct, so?? |
@OP Rotjijatau, what is the meaning of 'Britains'? ![]() |
PPAngel:Na wa oh! Why di matter dey pain you like dis? Did they ask you to join their 'ashewo' business?? ![]() Or did they come to hawk their wares on your doorstep?? ![]() |
kilode100:What dirty prayers??! The girl is NOT on drugs! Why do retar.ds sit behind their keyboard to spew out rubbish?? Without any proof?? Did she come to you to buy or solicit for drugs? Were you the one who threw the the so-called 'sin parties' for her? If your claim has to do with the fact that she is wearing an outfit that is too large, then you have to understand one thing. Academic gowns are not made -to-measure, in case you have not noticed. They are large bulky garments that are issued out to people irrespective of their size or frame, not haute-couture dresses designed to flatter the female figure. So there is no way it can be made to fit your body like a glove. ![]() ![]() So kindly resist from defaming people, when you lack proof. And some strange minds actually clicked your posts 12 times, to like the meaningless conjecture you posted up there...how shallow! ![]() |
casmirjohn:Gone where? If you don't reduce your price, Bros your house go tay for market oh! |
These look like artists' drawings or rendering. Have the actual houses been fully completed? kindly confirm and show us the "as-built" pictures. Thanks in advance. ![]() |
You did not let us know where exactly this land is located. ![]() Is it in Lagos? What part of Lagos? ![]() |
No price? ![]() How do you want people to take you seriously?? ![]() |
deking:Bros, is green your favourite colour? Anyway, it looks good on the exterior, but it is a bit too heavy for the interior as it makes the inner rooms look dark.Would you give permission to the prospective tenants to change the colour if they wish to do so? |
danowena:Huh?? Unquote you?? Why?? And how are the comments about the road bad for his marketing? Isn't it better for any prospective client or tenant to know all the pros and cons before making a decision? ![]() In fact, such threads are beneficial as they provide sufficient info on a property to anyone interested in taking out a lease. It is not Deking's fault that the road is bad. He is not responsible for the rate of disrepair on that street. ![]() The location is still a central location and people live in that axis. So what is the issue, here? I am not going to unquote you, oh!! ![]() |
MalcoImX:It is not possible to believe it is the so-called "Change". Come back after the rainy season or in the next 4 months, to assess the power situation. If it remains stable, during the dry season then your mantra of 'change' may win new converts. ![]() Apart from the increased levels of water at the dams, a lot of rehabilitation work has also been done several months before now, on transmission infrastructure and upgrade of equipment at some of the power plants. Power projects have a lengthy gestation period and take a long time to complete. Their equipment could not have been upgraded or overhauled, in just 3-4 weeks that Buhari became President. Kindly do your research and talk to those who work in the power sector before you draw your conclusions. |
