It does bro...many items are usually shipped via passengers plane... Ethiopian airline had to convert many of their passengers plane to cargo planes so that they can bring items to diff countries

Not true.. I have received refund showing edi received.... Edi is electronic notification of shipment dat a package is coming.. Its same as despatched to oversea...

I'd suggest you go to the post office and ask them to show you the tracking information that they have there so you can take a picture of it or something. In this situation I think unless AliExpress sees that the package really isn't with the post office they would keep giving the verdict as invalid. Because according to the tracking that says edi-recived it should mean that the package has been registered as being in Nigeria. Best thing to do is go to the post office and tell them the situation. Don't call or email. You can't get proof through call...or I don't think you'd get the service you need if you're not there in person.

Incase you guys dont know that there are some people in this country that will win the dispute, get the refund and later get the package, most of them wont bother to refund aliexpress/seller.

Imagine someone who got refunded for a phone around(200 dollars) and after few month, he was called to pickup his item, he or she will say awoof..

If you notice one of the screenshot uploaded here recently, the company said NIPOST no longer update their tracking which is true cuz even nipost website is purely useless. The question is how will alliexpress know whats going on in our country.

The fact is once its shipped to NG/LOS or shipped to destination country bla bla bla, then they have done their part because they can no longer track it if nipost decide not to update the tracking info, its now left for our lazy and useless nipost to do its own part...

So guys dont blame them o

I have been following this thread for a while now, making contributions here and there when I can, but I want to make an observation about this dispute thingy that AliExpress is using to deal with alot of people.

See, there are various shipping methods on AliExpress, Cainiao, Yanwei, 4PX, Singapore post, China post, Aliexpress standard, China small packet etc. Now, some of there shipping methods are designated with *Tracking Available* while others are *Tracking Unavailable*.

I believe disputes will go more in our favour if we start using more shipping methods that has available Tracking. Because even the the Aliexpress team that settles these disputes, they cannot possibly know exactly where an item is, all the info you have is what they have.

Just a suggestion/observation, what do you think?

completely over coz by then the money would have been sent to the seller and the seller might not even reply any more message from you, lastly you'll figure out that all the sweet talk and honesty from seller before making payment is just trash.

Nope... Its over... Dey simply repeat wat de judged earlier in dispute.. Many sellers mor go de ship real items now a d aliexpress go de release payment to them.. Sellers wan de cash out

My father has done it ooo..... despite the laughter, my item is now on it way to Lagos. I have already forgot about the package but after praying continously, I decided to check for update and I discovered it has finally left china.
There is nothing prayer cannot do I believe in few weeks time, I will be here to share testimonies. Talk to God he will surely reciprocate.

I got a dispute in my favor. BP expired early Sunday morning, I applied a few hours later and today got a response.

Order has been at “Dispatched to Overseas” since 25th June and was ordered in April.
