Why is the market falling? The main reason right now is Trump’s tariff policy. The Wall Street Journal published an article describing how aggressive Trump’s tariff policies could be starting April 2. It’s still unclear how far the administration is willing to go with this and how long the tariffs will last, but here’s what WSJ reports: Advisors are discussing the possibility of global tariffs of up to 20% affecting almost all of the U.S.'s trading partners. Additionally, the idea of "mirror" tariffs is still on the table. According to a source, Trump wants to impose duties on every country with which the U.S. has a trade deficit, insisting on a “specific figure” for each country. But no final decision has been made. The administration is also considering new tariffs on specific industries—especially critical resources and the goods they are used in. It looks like tariffs are becoming de facto Trump’s 2.0 economic policy, which means markets will likely keep falling in the short term—at least until Trump’s plan starts working with Fed rate cuts and money printing. And, of course, let’s not forget that the world might be on the brink of a major shift—potentially even the start of World War III. Many countries are already preparing for this scenario, and constant updates of gold ATHs serve as proof. Once again, the light at the end of the tunnel seems to be dimming. |

Two Possible Scenarios for the Future of Crypto Thoughts by 0xKyle Fundamentals will be the only thing that matters going forward. The crypto market structure you once knew and loved no longer exists. Acknowledging this is a tug-of-war between how flexible and adaptable you are (which you must be if you invest in ever-changing markets) and how stuck you are in your old perceptions. Point 1: The 4-year cycles are gone. This is obvious by now. If you still believe in a classic "altseason" where all alts pump non-stop—good luck. Point 2 (more interesting): I believe the market structure is completely broken. Everyone expects the market to "come back," but in my opinion, it won’t—at least not in the same way as before. The arguments I keep hearing go like this: *"2023 was a bear market, but then we recovered because buyers stepped in. 2024 saw a slight dip, but then we recovered again as buying resumed. Now everything is great again."* Basically, a cyclical market: bull → bear → bull → bear. Yes, every bear market eventually transitions to a bull market. But the real question is *when*? It used to take four years. If the 4-year cycle is gone—what happens next? Now we’re seeing this: 2024 had a mini-bear market where many alts dropped 90%... and now we’re facing the same thing again. So, mini-cycles? But this is an unstable model. I don’t think it will last long. I suspect the recovery periods between these mini-cycles will keep getting longer. Simply because no one wants to keep playing a game with an unknown... |

What a complex and sensitive situation! Firstly, kudos to you for being financially independent and having a successful career. It's also commendable that you're considering your wife's feelings and potential impact on your personal and professional life. Now, let's break down the key points: 1. Family dynamics: Your uncle's behavior seems controlling and manipulative. Stopping your allowance because you declined his job offer raises questions about his motivations. 2. Financial independence: You're financially stable, which reduces your reliance on the allowance. However, the fact that it's an inheritance paid to all siblings creates a sense of entitlement. 3. Personal relationships: Your wife's posting to Port Harcourt adds a new layer of complexity. Her scrutiny could impact your decisions and relationships. 4. Career and personal growth: Accepting your uncle's offer might compromise your personal and professional life. Considering these factors, here are some potential options: 1. Communicate with your uncle: Have an open and honest conversation with your uncle about his expectations, motivations, and concerns. Try to understand his perspective and express your own feelings and boundaries. 2. Re-evaluate the allowance: Consider whether you truly need the allowance. If not, you could politely decline future payments and maintain your financial independence. 3. Explore alternative opportunities: If you're interested in working in the oil industry or expanding your professional network, look into other job opportunities that don't involve your uncle's influence. 4. Prioritize your relationships: Focus on nurturing your relationships with your wife, siblings, and other family members. Your personal connections are more valuable than any financial gain. 5. Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries with your uncle regarding his involvement in your personal and professional life. Ultimately, the decision is yours. Take your time, weigh the pros and cons, and choose the path that aligns with your values, goals, and priorities. |

Hello house, Pls I need ur opinion on this matter. I had an interview and where they asked for my take home amount for my salary and I told them a different amount then afterwards I was asked to provide a payslip and which I told them my company doesn't have a payslip and I was asked to provide my employment letter which I did and explained to them that the amount is different as I have gotten a raise after the appointment time.So I want to know if it's advisable to provide a payslip even after telling them my company doesn't have? |
Hospitals follow strict protocols for handling and disposing of patient gowns, especially those worn by patients who have passed away. The procedures may vary depending on the hospital's policies and local regulations, but here's a general overview: Handling and Disinfection 1. Immediate removal: After a patient passes away, the gown is immediately removed and placed in a designated container or bag for soiled linen. 2. Disinfection: The gown is then washed and disinfected according to the hospital's laundry protocols, which typically involve high-temperature washing and drying. Laundry Protocols 1. Separate washing: Soiled linen, including gowns worn by patients who have passed away, is washed separately from other hospital laundry. 2. High-temperature washing: The washing process involves high temperatures (usually above 140°F) to kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. 3. Sanitizing: The laundry is sanitized using disinfectants or sanitizers to further reduce the risk of infection. Disposal or Reuse 1. Reuse: If the gown is still in good condition after washing and disinfection, it may be reused in non-patient care areas, such as administrative offices or for cleaning purposes. 2. Disposal: If the gown is damaged, worn out, or contaminated with bodily fluids, it is disposed of according to the hospital's biohazard waste management protocols. Hospitals prioritize infection control and patient safety, ensuring that all laundry, including gowns worn by patients who have passed away, is handled and processed according to strict protocols. *************************************** If you looking for a remote job, check JobZoneNG on telegram. |
