PoliticsOba Of Benin Did Not Endorse Jonathan..... Crown Prince by lawflec(op): 12:30am On Mar 07, 2015
THE Crown Prince of Benin Kingdom, Prince
Ehenede Erediauwa and traditional chiefs from
the palace of the Oba of Benin, led by the Iyase
(Prime Minister) of Benin Kingdom, Chief Sam
Igbe, yesterday declared that the Oba of Benin
has not endorsed candidates for elections,
contrary to the earlier claim that the Oba had
endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-
election bid through the Crown Prince sometime
last year.
While
reacting to recent comments of endorsement of
presidential candidates by some top palace
chiefs, the palace also disclosed that the Oba
has not mandated any of his chiefs to make any
political statement on his behalf ahead of the
forthcoming Presidential elections.
In a statement signed by the Secretary of the
Benin Traditional Council, Frank Irabor, the Crown
Prince stated that his visit to President Goodluck
Jonathan last year was misconstrued by
politicians as an endorsement for President
Jonathan by the Oba, warning some media that
have been running adverts which indicated that
the Oba had endorsed President Jonathan to
desist from it henceforth.
The Crown Prince explained that the Oba sent
him to Abuja last year to visit President
Jonathan due to the earlier insinuation that the
Oba did not like the President and did not
support his administration. “As a result of these
negative reports and comments from some
quarters that the Omo’N Oba then deemed it fit
to send his eldest son, the Crown Prince to carry
the message to Mr President and to let him
know that the Omo N’Oba supports and prays for
him.
The Crown Prince made it clear that Omo’Noba’s
support and prayer for Jonathan as president of
Nigeria should not be misconstrued as support
for election purposes.
“The reference some politicians want to keep
making in the electronic and print media to a
remark in the message the Crown Prince
conveyed from his father to the press at the villa
which states that ‘President Jonathan will be
given the opportunity to continue his good works’
is being totally and mischievously misconstrued.
“The Omo N’Oba’s prayer came to pass by way
of Mr President being nominated as presidential
candidate of his party. The Oba of Benin is a
non-partisan traditional ruler who treats all
politicians equally and always praying for all
those who are into partisan politics and other
ventures.”
“That well thought out and applauded message
of Omo N’Oba, through the Crown Prince to Mr
President is being politically manipulated by
some self-serving politicians in order to gain
upper hand in soliciting for votes. The public
should take note that the Crown Prince being a
seasoned diplomat, did not make the mistake of
mentioning any political party in the message.
“Rather, the message was personal to Mr
President. The Crown Prince has totally frowned
on the use of his visit as directed by his father
to Mr President for political campaign votes and
all those involved should please desist from it.
Non-partisan in politics has been the posture of
Benin monarchy from the time when political
activities started in Nigeria” it stated.
The Iyase of Benin and other palace chiefs
addressed journalists on the issue yesterday at
the palace. Iyase lamented that “it was
surprising that the visit of the Crown Prince to
the Presidency several months ago, which was
meant to express/pledge the
support/ loyalty of the Benin monarch and his
people to the president’s government, is thus
being unscrupulously used by overzealous
politicians to whip up sentiments and boost
support of the people for their party in Edo South
senatorial district.
“The Oba palace as well as its chiefs, seriously
consider this somewhat image tarnishing
development vis-à-vis the Oba Palace and should
out rightly be discouraged by those politicians
concerned. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/03/oba-of-benin-did-not-endorse-jonathan-crown-prince/

PoliticsWhy I Tore My PDP Membership Card... Obasanjo by lawflec(op): 7:29am On Feb 18, 2015
Obasanjo early yesterday, announced his exit
from the party while hosting members of the
PDP from his Ward 11, Abeokuta North Local
Government Area of Ogun State, who called on
him to enquire on his continued membership of
the party following what they claimed as the no
love lost relationship with the president.
The members were led by the ward chairman,
Alhaji Usman Oladunjoye who asked him to
explain where he belongs.
In his response, Obasanjo said he had his ears
close to the ground and said that he, too, had
heard of the plan by the PDP leadership to
sanction him.
He said: “You asked me two questions and I will
answer them comprehensively. This Nigeria
belongs to all of us and it must not be
destroyed. This is my PDP’s membership card,
where I am standing is that Nigeria belongs to
everybody including babies. We must not allow
anybody to destroy it wherever they come from,
whatever they have and if they destroy it, it
becomes our burden to our children and
incoming generation.
“The question asked is that which party am I? I
belong to the group that believes that Nigeria
must not be destroyed. Those of you that are
marketers you observed that there’s inflation in
the market. The bureaux de change operators
exchanged dollars with N150 then and is (now)
going to be N250 to a dollar.
“What it means is that, what you’ve been buying
for N150 will be bought for N250, this is not the
kind of country we dream of. There’s no job,
employment. Some people have started
destroying Nigeria and I will never be in a party
that will destroy Nigeria. Perhaps, you don’t
understand that it is because there’s Nigeria that
is why PDP exists. Without Nigeria, there will be
no PDP anymore.
“What some of us should be concerned about
now is how to make Nigeria stronger and our
economy would witness economic growth.
I won’t join another party
“They said they want to expel me from PDP,
although I have not been told but I have my ears
on ground. We’ve been trying to run away from a
man but he pleads we wait for him at the other
side of the river. I have told you before that I
became president on the platform of PDP. Once
I leave PDP, I will not join any party.
“I will only be a Nigerian, I’m ready to work with
anybody regardless of political affiliation. Why
would some people say they want to send me
away? They don’t need to bother themselves,
here’s your membership card, take it,” Obasanjo
said as he handed over the card to the ward
chairman.
“From today on, in the presence of all of us and
with your support, I am not going to be in any
political party in Nigeria. I am no more a
politician but a statesman both internally and
externally. Once you people are with me what
other people am I looking for?
“And on the day of election, whatever it takes”,
the PVC must be obtained, you don’t need to be
a politician before you get your PVC. On the day
of election, you can vote for your choice, but I
will vote for those who will repair Nigeria and not
those who will destroy it.
Tears the card
“What is important is that we should hold Ward
11 community together, what we are going to do
now is that I don’t have the burden of PDP
again. Help me tear into pieces my membership
card”, he said as the ward chairman dutifully
carried out the directive.
Obasanjo also dismissed claims by the Jonathan
campaign organisation that he was planning the
installation of an interim national government.
“How can anybody in his right senses talk of ING
in a democratic setting? Some of them are
working for it (but) God will not allow it. In my
ward, we’ll be meeting from time to time to
discuss and interact on whatever you want and
what I want.
“I don’t want to be carrying membership card
around but you can do that but when election
comes, we’ll pray God would direct us to vote
rightly. Nigeria will be okay, Ogun will be alright,”
Obasanjo said.
Ward members jubilate
Immediately after Obasanjo’s card was torn, his
ward members rose in jubilation and started
praising him for the action.
Before now, scores of Obasanjo’s loyalists,
including the sacked PDP National Auditor, Chief
Bode Mustapha; the sacked National Secretary,
Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola; former governor
Segun Oni, Dr. Femi Majekodunmi, Chief Jide
Awosedo and others had defected from the PDP
to the APC, on the orders of the former
president. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/02/tore-my-pdp-membership-card-obasanjo/

CelebritiesBetween E__money Android Don Jazzy.. Who Is The Doro Bozz by lawflec(op): 3:13pm On Feb 13, 2015
Last Updated: Monday, May 19, 2014
This topic has been one of arguments between
fans/followers of showbiz practitioners/ Business
moguls; E-Money and Don Jazzy.
The argument centers on who is the real
“DOROBUCCI”.
What is Dorobucci? ‘Dorobucci’ is a street
parlance used in describing a money spender,
cheerful giver and someone that loves to flaunt
wealth.
Dorobucci is a baller, very influential, a
philanthropist etal.
For those who have been keeping tab on Don
Jazzy and E-Money ’s lifestyle in and out of
showbiz industry, you will noticed they have
something in common; they are both rich,
famous, suave, stylish but above all, they have
the charm that people find irresistible.
Although these two moneybags love to keep it
low, but like the saying goes “A golden fish has
no hiding place”.
For some time now, there have been serious
controversies between the followers of these
rich dudes on who is the real Dorobucci.
Your number one entertainment news portal,
Nigeriafilms.com hereby brings to you the two
notable moneybags rocking the showbiz scene at
the moment.
E-Money
EMEKA OKONKWO a.k.a E-MONEY
Business mogul/ Boss of Emmy Cargoes Limited,
Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, is
the elder brother to music star, Kingsley
Okonkwo, the Limpopo crooner.
E-Money is known in various business circles.
Not many people can identify him as the man
who is one of the biggest players in Nigeria’s
shipping, Oil and Gas industries and he is also
the C.E.O of Five star Music that produced
artistes like KCee (The Limpopo crooner), Harry
Song, amongst others).
He is obviously a quintessential unassuming
multibillionaire who shies away from publicity.
He has got a lot of money to throw about and he
sure knows how to spend it noticeably which
usually makes him a center of attraction at any
event he attends.
One of the reasons why E-Money is loved by
club owners, as we learnt, is because he drinks
only exclusive Champagnes and if he decides to
hang out at any club or lounge on the Island, he
usually pre-pay and pre-order nothing less than
20 bottles of exotic Champagnes, and his
presence in any club usually attracts a lot big
babes to his table.
E-Money owns a magnificent mansion in Omole
Estate, as well as state of the art wonder on
wheels.
He is quite coordinated, as he steps out with
style and panache.
On a couple of occasions, E-Money steps out
with custom made outfits and his kind of swag
and attitude radiates only class.
A couple of weeks back, when E-money
presented KCee with 2013 Benz G-Wagon as
birthday gift valued at over N20million, tongues
got wagging to the source of his wealth, but
Nigeriafilms.com gathered that he is a young
entrepreneur with vast investments and business
in various sectors.
Don Jazzy
MICHEAL COLLINS ENEBELI a.k.a DON JAZZY
Many people who know the celebrated music
producer and the brain behind Mavin Records,
Michael Collins Enebeli, popularly known as Don
Jazzy very well will easily confirm that he is very
shy but easy going. But aside the above
characteristic, Don Baba J, as he is fondly called,
when it’s come to business ideologies and
practicability, is a genius.
Apart from making good beats, Don Jazzy has
proved beyond reasonable doubt that he is a man
that is worth his onions in terms of publicity.
A master at his game, Don Jazzy has not only
taken the showbiz sector by storm, but now
occupies a large chunk of cyberspace in Nigeria
as he has become the kind of social media in
the country.
He has become a colossus of sort in all social
networks available on the internet.
When world acclaimed media titan, Forbes
Magazine listed Don Jazzy as one of 40 African
Most Powerful Celebrities, it was on account of
the impact he has made on the music scene in
Nigeria.
Don Jazzy novel ideas of giving airtime recharge
cards, iPads and money to his followers has
earned him more respect and popularity.
Whenever his presence is announced at any
event, babes go wild with excitement.
Don Jazzy is one of the biggest brand
ambassadors in the Nigerian showbiz, thanks to
telecommunication giant, MTN, Samsung, Loya
Milk amongst others.
He also has D’Banj, Kanye West, Beyonce, and
Jay-Z on production credits; not forgetting the
world class studio valued at over N30million he
owns in Lekki, Lagos.
Don Jazzy also owns state of the art wonder on
wheels, including his newly acquired Porsche 911
Carrera (about 484,000 Dollars, N13.4million),
Black Cadillac Escalade (about $70,000,
N11.2million) Black Bentley Continental Flying
Spur (about $ 185,000; N29.6million), Range
Rover Sports (about $60,000; N9.6million)
amongst others.
Don Jazzy is believed to have many business
interests including Mavin Records, Oil and Gas
Company called Mavin Energy Limited, etal.
Although Don Jazzy faces an array of critics,
who think the source of his wealth is
questionable based on his flamboyant lifestyles,
but that has not stop him from soaring like a bird
in the sky.
However, based on the profile on these two
young and prominent moneybags, WHO IS THE
REAL DOROBUCCI?

CelebritiesMan Deported From Saudi Arabia For Being Too Handsome... Photos by lawflec(op): 10:55pm On Feb 12, 2015
Ladies, say hello to Omar Borkan Al Gala. Or
just make whatever sound you can after being
completely overwhelmed by his handsomeness
(which we show in all its glory in the photos
above). The Dubai-based actor, photographer
and poet (SWOON!) was one of the three men
who were deported from Saudi Arabia because
authorities deemed them “too handsome” and
worried that women would lose their minds, tear
their clothing off and throw themselves at their
feet. We’re considering it anyway, especially
after reading Al Gala’s Facebook page, which is
full of “When Harry Met Sally” quotes and posts
like “If you need to be happy, I’ll be your smile.
But anytime you need a friend, I’ll just be me.”
Can anyone get this guy deported to our
apartment?
Meet Omar Borkan Al Gala, the hunk from UAE
deported from Saudi Arabia because officers of
the country’s morality police, fearing for the
safety of their women, thought he was too
handsome to be allowed to stay.
According to Jezebel , Omar Borkan Al Gala, a
Dubai-based actor, photographer and poet, was
one of three men from the UAE attending the
Jenadriyah Heritage and Cultural Festival in
Riyadh as delegates. Digital Journal reported
that he and his colleagues were kicked out Saudi
Arabia because they was just too handsome to
be allowed to stay and expose modest Saudi
Arabian women to unaccustomed carnal
temptations. News that some UAE men were
kicked out of the conservative Sunni kingdom
out of fear of exposing women to spiritual
dangers of carnal lust first appeared in the
Arabic newspaper Elaph. According to Elaph: “A
festival official said the three Emiratis were
taken out on the grounds they are too handsome
and that the Commission members feared
female visitors could fall for them.” Both Elaph
and Sky Dancing Blog reported that Al Gala was
at the UAE’s pavilion at the Riyad festival when
an incident involving a well known UAE female
singer, Aryam, led to the feared religious
morality police, the Commission for the
Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice,
storming the UAE pavilion and unceremoniously
bundling him and his colleagues out of the
festival and out of the kingdom entirely! Sky
Dancing Blog confirmed Aryam went to the UAE
pavilion but the artiste explained she visited the
pavilion as a delegate of the UAE. According to
Sky Dancing Blog, Aryam said she was invited by
the Abu Dhabi Culture and Tourism Authority.
Arabic newspapers quoted the 33-year-old
Dubai-based artiste of Egyptian origin, whose
real name is Reem Shaaban Hassan, saying: “I
went to the UAE stand as a delegate and
congratulated them on their folklore… I stayed
there for 20 seconds and had no intention to
sing… I strongly respect the traditions of Saudi
Arabia and all Gulf states and I consider myself
a Saudi woman.”
A spokesman or the UAE delegation, Saeed Al
Kaabi, confirmed the incident in a statement:
“Her visit to the UAE stand was a coincidence as
it was not included in the programme which we
had already provided to the festival’s
management.” And of course, the Western media
became curious about the identity of mortal men
who were so handsome that an entire nation’s
law enforcement could not tolerate their
presence out of sheer jealousy for their women.
Images of him can be found at Omar Borkan Al
Gala they do show how dangerously handsome
he is. Note those seductively dreamy eyes, well-
groomed beard, perfect cheekbones… aaawwww!
And judging from his photos, we reckon that
those religious morality goons knew exactly what
they were doing. Girls from the US to China are
swooning over this guy’s photos going viral
online. And he seems very modest (LOL!!) about
his killer looks judging from the plethora of
glossy photos of him being distributed online.
He even posted a link to a news report about
him on his Facebook page with a comment
suffused with unfathomable poetic wisdom
( swoon! ): “The beauty of a woman must be seen
from in her eyes, because that is the doorway to
her heart, the place where love resides.” While
you work to decipher the meaning of this
profoundly wise utterance, reports say
investigations are ongoing to identify his other
two companions. According to The Week, his
Facebook and Twitter accounts are already
flooded by invitations from foreign women who
are promising that their country will not deport
him. Jezebel reports there were rumors that
Saudi Arabia was considering imposing sanctions
on UAE for violating the strict rule that prohibits
Saudi women from interacting with unrelated
men, especially unrelated men like Omar Borkan
Al Gala.

PoliticsI Regret Serving Pdp Government That Created Boko Haram B/cs Of Politics.. Maku by lawflec(op): 8:48am On Feb 10, 2015
Former Nigerian minister of information Labaran
Maku, yesterday apologized to Nigerians in
general and people of Nasarawa state for his
participation in the government runs by Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP as a minister), the party
which he said created insurgents that have
been killing people all over the country.
Maku who made this known while addressing
his supporters at a campaign tour of Akwanga
Local Government Area of Nasarawa State,
apologized to his people for participating in
government that “is using insurgency to kill
them.
“I regret working for this government, a
government that is sponsoring some disgruntled
elements to kill her people because of politics.
All the killing taking place in Nigeria is a product
of this government.”
Maku, who is now the governorship candidate of
All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the
coming election in Nasarawa State, emphasized
that Boko Haram insurgency is a product of the
PDP government.
He however, pledged to develop the state and
to provide jobs to millions of unemployed
people in the state.
He promised to do everything possible to
discourage crime in the state. http://thecitizenng.com/headline-2/i-regret-serving-pdp-government-that-created-boko-haram-because-of-politics-says-maku/#
