I really think the whole marriage thingy is overrated. People get married because they have to, not because they want to. It's an obligation dictated by the society. If you want to get into society's good books, get married at the right time, have kids and probably be a responsible individual and you are applauded for living the perfect life.

Marriage is not bliss. Marriage does not translate into happiness. Many people i know who got into it with this mentality are living unhappy married lives.
