godofuck231:If you read properly, the writer meant that Nigerians are already divided due to tribalism, issues bordering on religion and so on, and that the controversy the bill generated united Nigerians to form one voice to speak against the passing. |
godofuck231:Did we read the same thing?
|
In other words, the bill shouldn't fly when there arent any laws in place to treat the Bleep up of our thieving politicians and law enforcement beaches?
|
kapelvej:Can i just ask you a question. Why did you not mention it? It is a simple question. Have you ever been denied a VISA before. ? Some times human beings are just the architect of their own misfortune.. |
The problem is not about freezing the accounts. It how they go about it.You just don't go through a company bank account and because it has 100million naira turnover, you freeze the account. Put a call to FIRS and ask if they for once asked any question about the funds. Now lets talk about the church own. Have they asked questions to determine if the funds in the account was as a result of commercial activities carried out or donations. Like i said, the FIRS of today is all about gra gra and wrong interpretation of law, the same way it was done during the LIRS days. |
Origin:SPOT ON!!!!!! You know your onions. What they have been collecting are all arrears. You would see this years collection after they are done with the backlog. The audit carried out on the companies is nothing to write home about. By the time they finish auditing all the companies to last year and all backlogs cleared, where do you think they would be getting new collections from. No wonder they are putting liens on bank accounts anyhow not following the due process and trying to bring out different laws all to beef up collections. Na siddon i dey look. We would see the magic that wants to happen |

How could one be rich and so poor at the same time? |
kpansia:lol at merit... i have nothing against fowler but pleaseee he is not a saint not even after wanting FIRS to spend about N188,000 to sew each driver’s uniform and N825 million for refreshment . So because he performed well at LIRS....when things are going bad within his organisation, they should turn a blind eye.. let leave performance at one side......what really has be done..he achieved 5.3 trillion which even going by the recent FIRS collection from time past....the achievement of 5.3 trillion was still going to be achieved. It was even during his tenure he collected below par in the first three years. My point is that in as much he is doing a good job, we shouldn't throw the grievances of the staff under the carpet |
ClassicMG:2011 - 4,628.50 2012 - 5,007.70 2013 - 4, 805.6 2014 - 4, 714.6 2015 - 3, 741.8 2016 - 3, 307.5 2017 - 4,027.94 2018 - 5,320.52 Not much of a difference though he has attained the highest ever in 2018, Firs had been collecting in the range of over 4.7 trillion in the past. Nothing significant |
Oga Seun, please do something about these idiots that post betting nonsense on threads. Meanwhile, the North owns Nigeria. Sad but true. To be honest, they own the monopoly of violence because they do not value human life. It's just so pathetic that we share the same country with them, given that they are even the ones keeping the country back in the stone age. There are solutions to this menace but they would not do anything about it. It is well. |
ChristianNorth:The house wey una no gree build for una caves because of your old folks waiting to suck the progress out of your destinies. Na afonja land una feel safe. Oloriburuku |
Chizuru01:It will never ever be well with you and those that are liking your comment. Bastard creatures from the pit of hell |
Where can i get the "do as i say"charm? i have some things to ask them at CBN ![]() |
Begging is a full time job for many Northerners. Their leaders did them that way. |
It's because our people from the East are easily patronised, emotionally. Just say what they want to hear and watch them support you all the way, even if you had wrong them woefully in the past. Take FFK for example, who'd have thunk they would be full of praises for him these past years after all the vitriol he's thrown their way? Just tell them what they need to hear and we are good to go. |
